SOUS-VIDE COOKER
A food holding wrapper is fabricated from malleable, thermally transmissive sheet material, and mechanically deformed to cause face-to-face contact with exterior food surfaces. A fluid filled cooking chamber provides heat to chambered fluid with sous vide cooking temperatures and durations. With air as the cooking fluid, the chamber heats fluid within the chamber to temperatures above boiling causing thermal coloring of outer food surfaces. User input directs a projected food serving time and a degree of thermal food surface coloringFluid within the cooking chamber is propelled by a motor driven impeller. The food containment wrapper which is coated on its interior surfaces with a nonstick coating. The food filled containment wrapper is vented to outside air. A user can enter a description of the food being cooked and a projected serving time, and a duration and start time of each required cooking processes is calculated from the projected serving time.

Cooking device with sealing unit
A cooking device includes a base, a housing, a lid, a control module, a heating module and an exhaust module. The heating module includes bottom heating units disposed at different locations inside a storage compartment of the housing. The exhaust module includes an air-filled element, an air-extraction element, an inlet passage, and an exhaust passage used to exhaust fog or oil flume generated in an inner pot(s). An inner surface of the lid is provided with multiple first sealing units, a second sealing unit and a third sealing unit. The third sealing unit is arranged corresponding to an opening of the storage compartment. The second sealing unit is connected with the third sealing unit to divide a region surrounded by the third sealing unit into sub-regions with different sizes. The first sealing units are arranged corresponding to the bottom heating units and in the sub-regions with different amounts.
Cooking device with multiple heating units
A cooking device includes a base, a housing, partition walls, a lid, a control module, an exhaust module, a connecting electrode and a heating module. The exhaust module includes an air-filled element, an air-extraction element, an inlet passage and an exhaust passage. The air-extraction element is used to exhaust fog or oil fume generated in the plurality of inner pots. The connecting electrode is arranged in a middle position of the base. The heating module includes: bottom heating units disposed different locations inside a storage compartment of the housing respectively and connected with the processor individually; second heating units arranged on the partition walls and connected with the connecting electrode by wires inside the partition walls; and third heating units arranged on the inner wall of the housing.
Apparatus and method for cooking an egg
An apparatus for cooking at least one egg with an eggshell, comprises a housing provided with a device for providing microwave radiation in a confined space in the housing and a holder located in the confined space. The holder is provided with at least one cavity adapted to the shape of the egg with the eggshell. The holder comprises at least a first holder part and a second holder part being movable with respect to each other between a first position in which an egg with an eggshell can be positioned in the cavity to a second position wherein the holder parts enclose the cavity. The apparatus further comprises means to insert a liquid into the holder for filling the cavity with the liquid to at least partly surround the eggshell of the egg located in the cavity. The apparatus comprises a container for holding the liquid and a dosing unit to add at least one component to the liquid.
