A printing device includes: a casing; a first accommodating unit accommodating therein a printing medium; an image recording unit; a cutting unit; a supporting unit; a second accommodating unit; a first conveying passage; and a second conveying passage branching from the first conveying passage. The image recording unit is configured to record an image on the printing medium. The cutting unit is configured to divide the printing medium into a first medium and a second medium. The supporting unit is configured to support the printing medium conveyed in a first direction. The printing medium accommodated in the first accommodating unit is conveyed to the supporting unit along the first conveying passage. The second accommodating unit is positioned upstream of the image recording unit in the first direction and configured to accommodate therein the second medium. The second medium is conveyed to the second accommodating unit along the second conveying passage.
STACKING MACHINE FOR HANDLING INDIVIDUAL SHEETS AND A SHEET DISPENSING SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING INDIVIDUAL SHEETS
The present invention relates to a method of stacking individual sheets and a stacking machine for handling individual sheets, the stacking machine comprising a frame assembly (13) including support columns (711, 811) for supporting the delivery station (70), the transfer station (80) and the elevation station (82). The delivery station has a delivery table and the transfer station including a handling arm (85) is movable from a first position above the delivery table to a second position above the elevation station. The handling arm includes a holding member (86) for contacting the sheets individually and transferring the sheets individually from the delivery table to the elevation station and releasing the sheets individually at the elevation station. The elevation station has a platform for collecting the individual sheets and the platform is moved vertically from a first level to a second level for allowing the sheets to be stacked on top of the one another.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PREPARING EDGES OF REELS OF WEB MATERIAL
A method and apparatus for preparing edges of reels of web material, where a reel is held with its axis horizontal; a manipulator applies a first adhesive element on an outer surface of the reel; a gripping member picks up the first adhesive element and forms a loop; and a cutting device transversely cuts the web material at the loop. A section of web material with a length equal to or greater than a circumference of the reel is unwound from the reel; a second adhesive element is applied on an outer surface or on an inner surface of the web material; and a scrap portion of the web material is cut and discarded by a suction device.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING TRANSFORMER CORES
The invention relates to a device and a method for producing transformer cores, the device comprising a cutting device (33) for cutting sheets of metal (16) from which a transformer core is constructed and comprising a reel system (32) having a reel (34, 35), the reel having reel heads (36, 38) each having steel-strip rolls (37, 39), at least one steel-strip roll being disposed so as to be able to be unwound in a production direction of the cutting device, a sheet-metal strip (42, 43) of the steel-strip roll being able to be supplied to the cutting device, the reel system comprising at least two reel heads each having a steel-strip roll disposed thereon, the steel-strip rolls being able to be unwound in the production direction of the cutting device and being disposed in a row relative to one another, the device having a supply system (46) by means of which sheet-metal ends of the sheet-metal strips of the steel-strip rolls being supplied to the cutting device in an automated manner.
PRINTER WITH IMPROVED PAPER DISPENSING MECHANISM
A printer includes housing having reel mounted therein to support paper roll and paper exit formed in front panel thereof, printing mechanism positioned in the housing and having printing head for printing an ink on the sheet of paper, paper cutter for cutting the sheet of paper and paper path defined between the printing head and the paper cutter for the passing of the leading end of the sheet of paper, and paper dispensing mechanism positioned in the housing including drive module and paper dispensing roller set drivable by the drive module to carry the sheet of paper toward the paper exit. The paper dispensing roller set consist of two rollers made of a flexible and elastic material and pressed against each other. The distance between the center of the two rollers is less than the combination of the radius of the two rollers.
