Electric vehicle charging system using vehicle elevator device for vertical parking of individual households in collective building, temporary parking system using the same, and electric vehicle charging system
A vehicle elevator device for vertical parking for individual households of collective building includes, a private parking lot attached to an individual private space; a vehicle elevator unit that transports vehicles between a waiting vehicle space and the private parking lot; a sliding moving means for horizontally transferring the vehicle between the private parking lot and the inside of the vehicle elevator; a control unit specifying vehicles that needs to be entered or by managing the reservation of enter and exit, controlling the operation of the elevator unit and sliding moving means.
Hoistway Communication System
A communication system includes a host node and a plurality of network nodes. The host node has a processor, a non-transitory computer memory, a host receiver, and a host output select line. Each of the plurality of network nodes has an input select line, an output select line, and a tri-state transceiver. The host node and the plurality of network nodes are daisy chained such that the input select line of one of the plurality of network nodes is coupled to the output select line of the preceding node. The tri-state transceiver of each of the plurality of network nodes is activated when the input select line of that node receives a token from the output select line of the preceding node.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PROVIDING PIT ACCESS PROTECTION
An elevator system having a hoistway having a bottom landing with landing doors. An elevator car is in the hoistway, and a safety chain is coupled to the car and is in an open-state to stop the car and otherwise in an intact-state. A first sensor wirelessly transmits a first signal when the car is at the bottom landing, and a second sensor transmits a second signal when the doors are open. The system includes a control circuit including a first control element that receives the first signal indicating the car is at the bottom landing and a second control element that receives the second signal indicating the landing doors are open, and the control circuit changes state upon receipt of the signals, and the safety chain transitions to the open-state from the intact state when the control circuit changes state.
AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM
According to an aspect, there is provided an elevator system comprising a serial data communication system, an elevator controller communicatively connected to the serial data communication system and at least one elevator system node communicatively connected to the serial data communication system. An elevator system node of the at least one elevator system node is configured to register an event associated with an elevator car; determine event data associated with the event; determine timing data associated with the event; and send a message via the serial data communication system to the elevator controller, the message comprising the event data and the timing data. The elevator controller is configured to receive the message via the serial data communication system; and determine an estimated value of an elevator car control parameter based on the event data and the timing data.
METHOD AND AN APPARATUS FOR EVALUATING A CONFIGURATION ASSOCIATED WITH AN ELEVATOR
According to an aspect, there is provided a solution for evaluating a configuration associated with an elevator. An update request may be received for a new configuration to be deployed with the elevator. It may be checked, from a memory, whether the new configuration exists in the memory. When the new configuration does not exist in the memory, a request for performing configuration upgrade tests associated with the elevator may be issued. The request causes a testing environment to obtain information associated with a first testing procedure using a software package associated with an existing configuration used in the elevator and to obtain information associated with a second testing procedure using a software package associated with the new configuration to be deployed with the elevator. A diagnostic report associated with the first and second testing procedures may be received and stored in the memory. The data stored in the memory may be evaluated to generate at least one prediction associated with the new configuration, and the at least one prediction may be sent in response to the update request.
Elevator system with visitor operating mode
In a system with an elevator system, a host can grant a visitor access to a building and switch the elevator system into a visitor operating mode in order to transport the visitor to a destination floor. The host can initiate a movement of the elevator car to a first defined floor, on which a visitor would like to enter an elevator car, by means of an input on a mobile device. A camera arranged in the elevator car and a camera recording, which is produced by means of said camera and displayed on the mobile device, enable the host to check if only the user is located in the elevator car. If this is the case, the host can initiate the movement of the elevator car to the destination floor by means of an additional input on the mobile device.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DISPOSING OF FAULTS IN AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM
A method and device for disposing of a malfunction of an elevator system, an elevator system including the device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for implementing the method. In a method for disposing of the malfunction of the elevator system, states of a plurality of landing door safety chains are monitored. Subsequently, in response to an abnormal event associated with the landing door safety chains, a safe landing station at which a car is to be stopped is determined based on a motion state of the car. Landing door state detection devices are divided into a plurality of groups of the landing door state detection devices, and each landing door safety chain comprises one of the plurality of groups of the landing door state detection devices. The motion state of the car comprises a movement speed and a position of the car.
Elevator management system that transmits combined operational and position data to an elevator management center
Disclosed is an elevator system, including a gateway configured to: receive, from an elevator car controller of an elevator car, car controller data for the elevator car that includes a car positional log of the elevator car; receive, from a beacon mounted to the elevator car, car operational data for the elevator car that includes car and door data representing car and door events; and transmit, to one of an elevator management center and a cloud service, a combination of the car controller data and the car operational data to identify an alert condition and a position of the elevator car during the alert condition, wherein the gateway or the one of the elevator management center and the cloud service is configured to stitch together the car controller data and the car operational data to identify the alert condition and position of the elevator car during the alert condition.
