The present disclosure discloses a winch comprising a motor having a rotator, a brush holder assembly electrically coupled to the rotator, and a coil assembly surrounding the rotator, a motor casing covering at least a part of the motor which comprises a plurality of conducting columns electrically coupled to the coil assembly and the brush holder assembly, a driving shaft drivably connected to the motor, a gear reduction unit drivably connected to the driving shaft, a first support frame detachably connected to the motor casing, a second support frame detachably connected to the gear reduction unit, and a winding drum located between the first support frame and the second support frame. The winch as disclosed facilitates mounting and dismounting, and provides improved waterproofness.
Drive Device for the Spool of a Winch
The invention relates to a drive device (1) for the spool (6) of a winch. The drive device (1) comprises a drive motor (2) having a drive shaft (5), a transmission (3) and an output shaft (4) that drives a spool (6). The transmission has a first drive connection (10) between the drive shaft (5) of the drive motor (2) and the output shaft (4) to the spool (6). The first drive connection (10) drives the output shaft (4) over a first rotational speed range (DB1) in a first gear. According to the invention, a second drive connection (30) is provided between the drive motor (2) and the output shaft (4), wherein the second drive connection (30) drives the output shaft (4) over a second rotational speed range (DB2) in a second gear. The second drive connection (30) is designed to be separate from the first drive connection (10) as a parallel drive path, and is driven by the drive motor (2) together with the first drive connection (10). If the output shaft (4) is driven by the second drive connection (30), the power flow of the first drive connection (10) from the drive shaft (5) to the output shaft (4) is interrupted.
Drive unit for a construction and/or material handling machine
The invention relates to a drive unit for a construction and/or material handling machine or lifting equipment such as a crane, comprising a torque density of more than 20 Nm/l at a predetermined output speed, wherein the drive unit comprises a drive motor and a connected transmission, wherein a fast-running electric motor is provided as the drive motor, wherein the motor speed thereof is at least two times said output speed of the drive unit and is reduced by the transmission by a factor of at least 2 to the output speed of the drive unit.
Winch with multiple work modes
The present disclosure discloses a winch comprising a transmission shaft disposed in a longitudinal direction, a motor in drivable connection with the transmission shaft, a three-stage center wheel rotatably mounted on the transmission shaft, an upper planetary wheel frame mounted on the three-stage center wheel, a lower planetary wheel right frame mounted on the outer side of the three-stage center wheel, a convex extending from an end of the upper planetary wheel frame, a connecting ring mounted on the three-stage center wheel which is longitudinally movable relative to the convex, and a position control mechanism to control longitudinal movement of the transmission shaft, wherein the three-stage center wheel is in contact with one end of the connecting ring, and a spring is disposed between the other end of the connecting ring and the upper planetary wheel frame.
Multiplying Nested Gearbox
A transmission apparatus is disclosed. The transmission apparatus includes at least a first gearset and a last gearset. Each gearset includes a sun gear, a set of planetary gears, and a ring gear. The ring gears have splined outer surfaces. Each gearset has a rotational speed and a torque. A drum encloses and mates with the gearsets. The drum has splined inner surfaces that mate with the splined outer surfaces. The last splined outer surface transfers the last torque of the last gearset directly to the drum. The drum transfers at least a portion of the last torque to the first splined outer surface of the first gearset. This reduces the first rotational speed of the first gearset and increases the first torque of the first gearset, thereby reducing the last rotational speed of the last gearset and increasing the last torque of the last gearset.
Power Bar for Winch
A winch is described that includes a rotatable drum comprising a winch cable windably connected to the winch drum, and a removable vehicle winch frame. The winch comprises a winch motor, a gear assembly, and a power bar spanning the winch drum, the power bar being connected to an electrical power source and comprising an electrical power connection for powering auxiliary hardware. A winch controller comprising manual and app related software in communication with the motor, allows the controller to receive manual and or app related commands from a user to operate the winch assembly.

Swivel winch rotated via an actuator in response to pressure sensor data
A system and a method for a swivel winch are described for rotating a winch about an axis such that friction is reduced when letting out or pulling in a line. The swivel winch includes a fairlead with an orifice and sensors which sense the pressure from the cable and send the retrieved data to a controller which generates commands for an actuator, causing the swivel mount coupled to the winch to swivel in a direction that will relieve pressure.
