Battery lock
The invention relates to an electrically powered industrial truck, in particular a narrow aisle forklift truck, comprising a battery box for housing a battery block, which box is open on at least one side for removing the battery block in the width direction of the vehicle and comprises on its top face a strut extending substantially in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and at least one locking device for the battery block housed in a battery box, wherein the at least one locking device comprises a mount associated with the strut, a pivot shaft, which extends above the battery box in the width direction of the industrial truck and is pivotally held by the mount, and a pivot lever, which is carried by the pivot shaft and is pivotable between a locking position and a releasing position, wherein the pivot lever is designed, when in its locking position, to support the battery block in the width direction of the vehicle and, when in its releasing position, to release the battery block in the width direction of the vehicle.
Removable plug-in modules for material handling vehicles
A handle and tiller head plug-in module for a material handling vehicle. The handle having an elongated tiller having an upper portion including at least one steering handgrip member and an upward extending wall surrounding electrical contacts associated with operator control functions. The tiller head plug-in module includes a housing having a downward extending wall surrounding electrical contacts, with the housing supporting a plurality of operator control interface elements, including at least one lift control element, and at least drive control element. The tiller head plug-in module is configured to be removably electrically connected to the handle when the upward extending wall surrounding the electrical contacts of the upper portion of the tiller is plugged into and received by the downward extending wall surrounding the electrical contacts of the housing.
Excavator battery mounting
A load-handling vehicle, including a body; a boom, pivotally mounted to the body at a rear end region so that the boom can pivot up and down about an axis extending laterally with respect to the vehicle, wherein the boom has a load carrying implement attachable at a forward end region thereof; a steerable ground engageable propulsion arrangement; an electrically powered drive for the propulsion arrangement; a platform positioned at the rear of the body and to the side of the boom; and a battery pack positioned on the platform.
Removable Plug-in Modules For Material Handling Vehicles

Systems and Methods for a Modular Battery System
A modular battery system for a material handling vehicle is provided. The modular battery system includes a counterweight assembly, a battery assembly enclosing a power source and including a battery base, and a pair of channels removably coupled to the battery base and laterally separated from one another to define a counterweight slot therebetween. The battery assembly is configured to be slidably installed onto the counterweight assembly with the counterweight assembly received within the counterweight slot defined between the pair of channels.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A MODULAR BATTERY SYSTEM
A modular battery system for use with a material handling vehicle, the modular battery system comprises a battery assembly and a counterweight assembly. The battery assembly can include a power source and a battery base, and the counterweight assembly can include a counterweight base configured to slidably receive the battery base and be removably secured thereto.
Forklift Having An Integrated Battery Box
A forklift includes an integrated battery box. The forklift includes a forklift body having a mounting chamber with an opening to a side of the forklift body. The battery box is loaded into the mounting chamber from the side opening. After the battery box is loaded into the mounting chamber, a mechanical connection between the battery box and the forklift is realized by the locking mechanism, and a circuit connection between the battery box and an electric control mechanism of the forklift is realized by a plug-in device.
Load-handling Vehicle
A load-handling vehicle, including a body; a boom, pivotally mounted to the body at a rear end region so that the boom can pivot up and down about an axis extending laterally with respect to the vehicle, wherein the boom has a load carrying implement attachable at a forward end region thereof; a steerable ground engageable propulsion arrangement; an electrically powered drive for the propulsion arrangement; a platform positioned at the rear of the body and to the side of the boom; and a battery pack positioned on the platform.
Electric telehandler
Described is an electrically powered telehandler (1) equipped with an electric motor, a containment compartment (100) for receiving an electric battery (200) for powering the motor. An electric battery (200) which can be inserted in and removed from the compartment (100). The compartment (100) is equipped with an access opening to allow replacement of the battery (200) and guide means (103, 104) for the sliding of the battery (200) during insertion and extraction.
Conveyor for moving four-wheeled vehicles
A conveyor for moving four-wheeled vehicles comprises a telescopic frame provided with tire-chock arms movable between a retracted position and a position in which they engage with the treads of the wheels. The conveyor comprises a propulsion unit made up of a front frame to which two lateral subunits are secured, each comprising a motorized and directional wheel, which can be oriented independently of one another and a means for coupling the telescopic frame with the front frame.
