Cantilevered dumper system
10457480 · 2019-10-29 ·

A cantilevered dumping system comprising a dumping mechanism that is adapted to be repositioned (e.g., reversed) relative to a base structure such that there may be multiple modes of operation of the dumping mechanism relative to the base structure (e.g., loading of materials and/or movement of the dumping mechanism, etc.). An exemplary embodiment of a dumping system may allow for the connections of a dumping mechanism to a base structure to be changed (e.g., reversed) such that the operation of the dumping mechanism relative to the base structure (e.g., loading of materials and/or movement of the dumping mechanism, etc.) is different. Another embodiment of a dumping system may include a base structure that includes multiple guide plates and/or guide rails to facilitate the desired modes of operation of a dumping mechanism relative to the base structure (e.g., loading of materials and/or movement of the dumping mechanism, etc.).

Rotary dumpster

A rotary dumpster maneuvers a receptacle via a rotary fork lift assembly that includes a pair of forks. The rotary dumpster includes a base, a first sidewall, and first and second fork tubes. The base is constructed and arranged to support the receptacle when in an upright position. The first sidewall projects upward from the base when in the upright position. The first and second fork tubes are engaged to the first sidewall, and are constructed and arranged to respectively receive the pair of forks for generally moving the rotary dumpster between the upright position and a dumping position. The second fork tube is spaced above the first fork tube when in the upright position.

CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

A system for assembling a plurality of p re-fabricated components to form a structure comprising: a first lifting device for transporting at least one pre-fabricated component from a source to a designated site; a second lifting device for engaging the at least one pre-fabricated component at the designated site; wherein the second lifting device comprises an engagement means to engage a portion of the at least one pre-fabricated component for installation at the designated site, and wherein the engagement means is capable of moving the engaged pre-fabricated component in at least two degrees of motion, is disclosed. In some embodiments, the engagement means comprises a plurality of locks.

Forklift Assembly

A forklift assembly is provided and generally includes a frame, a movement system assembly having, an extension assembly coupled to the rear support assembly, and a carriage assembly. The frame includes a front support assembly and a rear support assembly. The movement system assembly includes having a plurality of sensors. The extension assembly is coupled to the rear support assembly and includes a boom support, a sliding support positioned within the boom support, a sliding mechanism positioned within the sliding support, and a raising mechanism coupled to an outer edge of the boom support. The carriage assembly includes a knuckle rotation assembly, a carriage movement assembly, a back rest assembly coupled to the knuckle rotation assembly and the carriage movement assembly; a prong assembly, and a locking assembly.

CARRYING ROBOT

The present disclosure provides a carrying robot which includes a movement chassis, a shelving unit, and a carrying apparatus. The shelving unit is disposed on the movement chassis. The carrying apparatus includes a connecting base and a first goods fork assembly. A first end of the connecting base is connected to a side of the shelving unit. A second end of the connecting base extends in a horizontal direction away from the shelving unit. The connecting base moves vertically relative to the shelving unit.

The first goods fork assembly includes a first mounting plate which is connected to a side of the second end of the connecting base facing the movement chassis and two first side plates which are disposed opposite on two sides of the first mounting plate in a width direction of the first goods fork assembly.

BAKERY TRAY STACKER

A stacker includes a base having a dolly-receiving area into which a dolly can be rolled. A vertical structure extends upward from the base. A pair of arms are pivotable toward and away from one another and toward and away from an area above the dolly-receiving area. The pair of arms are movable vertically relative to the vertical structure and are configured to engage containers supported on a dolly in the dolly-receiving area. In an alternate stacker, the pair of arms may be configured to revolve about an axis generally parallel to the arms and spaced away from the arms. In this manner the arms can dump the contents from a bin engaged by the arms.
