The first prong is associated with the first slider with the possibility of sliding along the adjustment direction (X) for a predetermined adjustment stroke and the second prong is associated with the second slider with the possibility of sliding along the adjustment direction (X) for a predetermined adjustment stroke.

Load handler for lift truck with segmented channel bearings, wing gussets, padded slave fork stops and backrest guards

A clamp assembly for a lift truck load handler comprising a frame with one or more guide channels and one or more load handler appendages such as forks or clamp arms. The appendages are coupled to arms, each slidingly inserted in one of the guide channels. The guide channels each have a segmented channel bearing set inserted therein. The load handler also includes a wing gusset that is coupled to an appendage and to an actuator. The load handler also includes one or more backrests and one or more backrest guards, each backrest guard slidingly coupled to one of the backrests and configured to be slid enough to cover a bottom forward edge of the backrest and a top forward edge of the fork coupled to the backrest.

Industrial truck comprising a device for reducing transverse vibrations

The invention relates to an industrial truck, in particular a tri-lateral stacker. The industrial truck may include a lateral pusher having a degree of freedom of movement that is oriented laterally, transversely to the main direction of travel of the industrial truck, and a lateral push drive device that can be controlled by a control device of the industrial truck for moving the lateral pusher along a lateral push frame. The industrial truck may include a device for reducing transverse vibrations, such as vibration components that are transverse to the main direction of travel of the industrial track. In a vibration-damping operating mode, the lateral push drive device can be operated as a component of the device for reducing vibrations, wherein the device allows the lateral pusher to move relative to the lateral push frame so as to reduce vibrations.

A tractor attachment mountable on a loader boom of a tractor and a tractor attachment kit. In one embodiment, the tractor attachment is a grapple assembly, and the grapple assembly kit includes a mounting assembly, a plurality of clamping units, and a plurality of support units. The clamping units and the support units are removably mountable on the mounting assembly and may be arranged in different combinations on the mounting assembly. Such combinations may range from a single clamping unit mounted on the mounting assembly to a mixture of clamping units and support units mounted on the mounting assembly to several clamping units mounted on the mounting assembly. The clamping units may have alternative pivot points to permit jaws of the clamping unit to close at different speeds and with different forces. One or more fangs may be removably mounted on a clamping unit to enhance its grip.

A fork assembly can include multiple forks configured to surround a load. Multiple attachments can be made on the forks to couple to straps for support a load. The fork assembly can further include multiple fork extensions having end attachments to couple to straps for pulling on the load. Alternatively, the fork assembly can include multiple fork lifters having blades rotatable between a non-lift position and a lift position. The fork extensions can also have blades rotatable between a non-pullable position and a pullable position. The blade rotation can be performed by a remote rotate mechanism by an operator operating the fork assembly. In some embodiments, the fork attachment assembly for a forklift or a forklift vehicle can include roller legs coupled at far ends of the fork beams or the fork extensions. The fork assembly can include roller legs coupled at far ends of the fork beams or the fork extensions. The fork assembly can include a clamping device coupled at a far end of the fork beam or the fork extension.

STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL DEVICE FOR PARALLEL OPERATION OF A HIGH-BAY WAREHOUSE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREFOR
20190062058 · 2019-02-28 ·

A storage and retrieval device, in particular for parallel operation of a high-bay warehouse, contains a device frame, which has frame compartments arranged to form a three-dimensional compartment matrix, and has at least one cab used to hold storage goods. The electromotively driven cab can be moved within the compartment matrix in a vertical direction and/or in a second horizontal direction from each frame compartment. The storage and retrieval device advantageously realizes fast access because of the movability of the cab within a device frame of the storage and retrieval device in a vertical direction and/or in a second horizontal direction and realizes a high handling rate of storage goods in the operation of a high-bay warehouse because of the parallel operation of a plurality of cabs.
