Mobile Robot Having Pneumatic Charging System
A mobile manipulator robot having a pneumatic charging system. The mobile robot includes an energy source and a charging system to charge the energy source. The charging system includes a coupler having a mating end configured to mate with an external pneumatic supply system to access a pneumatic supply and a pneumatic actuator disposed downstream of the coupler. The pneumatic actuator is configured to convert energy from the pneumatic supply to charge the energy source. The pneumatic actuator may be an air motor or a piezo.
FORKLIFT AND SELF-CHARGING APPARATUS THEREFOR
The present disclosure relates to a forklift and a self-charging apparatus therefor. A forklift includes a guide disposed in a forklift body, a feeder that moves together with a forklift fork along the guide, a power generator coupled to one of the guide or the feeder to make contact with a remaining of the guide or the feeder, and that produces electricity through rotation thereof due to the contact during relative movement between the guide and the feeder, and a battery that stores the electricity produced by the power generator.
Full free triplex forklift mast with maximized operator view
Disclosed is a full free-lift triplex forklift mast assembly with increased operator forward view, including an outer mast, a middle mast, an inner mast and a carriage. The carriage includes a pair of lift cylinders, located rearwardly of the outer mast and mounted on top of lower cross-tie, which upon commands from the operator extend or retract, thus move the middle mast accordingly in vertical direction without the lift cylinders obstructing the space between the inner mast profiles. Mechanisms are also provided such that the inner mast, the carriage and free-lift chain pulleys can be moved in a vertical direction while providing maximized forward visibility through the mast assembly.
Operating head for an industrial truck
An operating head for an industrial truck comprises a support extending along a longitudinal axis and comprising opposing carrier sections. One or more gripping sections are positioned opposite each of the opposing carrier sections, wherein the opposing carrier sections and gripping sections at least partially define a handle opening. The operating head further comprises at least one operating element positioned on at least one of the opposing carrier sections. The at least one operating element comprises a cylindrical body extending along a cylindrical body axis and defining a bulge extending radially from the cylindrical body along a bulge axis. The bulge extends towards the one or more gripping sections when the at least one operating element is in a rest position and the at least one operating element is pivotable about the cylindrical body axis by exerting a force against the bulge.
ROTARY TELESCOPIC BOOM LIFT
A rotary telescopic boom lift, which comprises at least one self-propelled machine, which can move over ground and supports in an upper region a rotating assembly, associated with the machine by way of a rotary coupling element. The assembly comprises at least one turret and an operating boom, which is articulated to the turret with a first end thereof.
The boom lift comprises elements for supplying electrical power, at least for the movement of the machine, the rotation of the assembly and the actuation of the boom. Such elements comprise at least one first battery which is integrally supported by the machine and is arranged substantially below the element, and at least one second battery which is supported by the assembly and can rotate with respect to the machine integrally with this assembly. Such second battery is arranged substantially above the element.
Payload lifting device
Disclosed is a payload lifting device capable of stably lifting a payload using one lift-driving unit. In the payload lifting device including a lift-driving portion configured to vertically lift a payload, the lift-driving portion includes lift-driving units configured to generate a driving force for vertically lifting the payload, a first power transmission portion including first power transmission members which vary in vertical positions and apply a vertically lifting force to one side of a bottom of the payload when a first rotational shaft rotated by the driving force of the lift-driving units rotates, and a second power transmission portion including second power transmission members which vary in vertical positions and apply a vertical lifting force to the other side of the bottom of the payload when a second rotational shaft rotated by the driving force of the lift-driving units rotates.
Hay stacking apparatus
An apparatus for stacking hay bales comprises a base frame securable to a motorized vehicle, a plurality of tines pivotally connected to the base frame extending to free distal ends, the tines defining locations therebetween spaced to correspond to a bale of hay and a push bar extending parallel to the base frame and movable between a retracted position proximate to the base frame to an extended position along the plurality of tines to push the hay bales from therebetween. In operation, the apparatus is used by passing at least two of a plurality of tines to each side of a hay bale, lifting the hay bale by a platform extending from a base of the plurality of tines and pushing the hay bales off the tines with the push bar.
STOCKER SYSTEM
A stocker system includes an operation controller to control operation of stacker cranes in a plurality of stockers, a maintenance room provided between adjacent stockers to allow entry of both stacker cranes in the adjacent stockers and capable of accommodating at least one of the stacker cranes, and an identifier to identify which of the stacker cranes in the adjacent stockers is the stacker crane accommodated in the maintenance room. The operation controller restricts operation of the stacker crane identified by the identifier.
INDUSTRIAL TRUCK COMPRISING A LOAD FRAME
An industrial truck includes a drive part with a drive frame and a load part. The load part includes a lift frame having a load frame, which includes a plate, a load-carrying means connected to the plate, and at least one bearing head configured to receive a lift cylinder. The at least one bearing head is connected to the plate.
Systems and methods for a mobile carousel with power and communications contacts
The present disclosure provides a material sorting system adapted to engage a material handling vehicle. The material sorting system can include a base including fork pockets adapted to receive a pair of forks from the material handling vehicle and a carousel assembly coupled to the base. The carousel assembly can include a plurality of storage units, and an actuation mechanism configured to move the plurality of storage units relative to the base. The base can also include at least one electrical contact within the base and in electrical communication with the carousel assembly.
