TOUCHLESS FLOWABLE PRODUCT DISPENSER
A new and improved touchless flowable product dispenser which is to be utilized to reduce the amount of bacteria and germs transmitted when a customer wishes to dispense a flowable product, such as, for example, various condiments into a container. This invention allows large quantities of the flowable product to be stored and dispensed without customer contact, thereby reducing the risk of germ and bacteria transmission inside of a restaurant, particularly during infectious disease events or calendar seasons.
Printed user interface
Methods and apparatuses are disclosed that, in some aspects, provide for a cost-reduced touch sensitive user interface including a static printed display. The methods and systems may include providing illumination to guide a user through interaction with a touch sensitive user interface. The methods and systems may include a configurable printed display. Further aspects are disclosed providing use of a cost-reduced touch user interface in a beverage dispensing apparatus.
LIQUID DISPENSER
A water purifier or other liquid dispenser may sense a height of the inlet of a container accurately through an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver that are disposed at different positions of a water discharge module moving vertically. Additionally, in the water purifier, the water discharge module may discharge purified water at a point spaced a certain distance apart from the inlet of the container, based on infrared sensing, thereby preventing the inlet of the container from contacting the lower surface of the water discharge module.
Beverage dispenser valve with fill detection
A system and method for dispensing a beverage includes the detection of a presence of a cup underneath a nozzle, and in response to the detected presence of the cup, a target fill height is calculated. The controller operates to begin a dispense of a beverage into the cup. A beverage fill height determined and compared to a target fill height. When the beverage fill height exceeds the target fill height, the controller operates to stop dispensing the beverage into the cup.
Water purifier and method for controlling the same
Provided is a water purifier. The water purifier includes a water purifier body provided with a filter, purifying raw water supplied from the outside, and supplying purified water, a water discharge module of which at least a portion is coupled to protrude to the front of the water purifier body so that at least a portion thereof rotates or is elevated with respect to the water purifier body and which is provided with a water discharge nozzle, which supplies the purified water supplied from the water purifier body to a user, in a lower end thereof, a driving unit providing power providing power required for the rotation and elevation of the water discharge module, a detection unit installed in the water purifier body or the water discharge module to recognize a position and size of a container placed around the water purifier body, and a control unit receiving position information and size information of the container from the detection unit to control the driving unit so that the water discharge nozzle moves above the container.
CONTACTLESS INTERFACE FOR A BEVERAGE DISPENSER
A contactless interface for a beverage dispenser including a sensor and circuitry. The sensor has a field of view and is configured to sense an object located in a detection zone of the sensor. The detection zone is an area within the field of view and at a distance less than a maximum detection distance from the sensor. The circuitry is configured to output a detection signal while the object is sensed within the detection zone. The detection signal is an electrical signal.
