Liquid food dispenser system and method
A system and method for dispensing fluids is introduced. A preferred embodiment comprises a sealed tank, a bag containing fluid inside the sealed tank, an outlet for dispensing the liquid in the bag, and a pressure generating device to create pressure in the sealed tank.
ULTRA HIGH RATIO LIQUID DELIVERY SYSTEM
A liquid dispensing system comprises a container enclosing a chamber. A flexible bag in the chamber contains a first liquid. First and second conduits are contained in the chamber. The first conduit connects the chamber to an outlet port in the container were the second conduit connects the bag to the first conduit. A supply source introduces a pressurized second liquid into the chamber. The first conduit serves to direct an exiting flow of the second liquid from the chamber to the outlet port, with the pressurized second liquid serving to collapse the bag and expel the first liquid contained therein via the second conduit to the first conduit for mixture with the exiting flow of the second liquid. The second conduit lacks flow restrictions, such as metering orifices or the like.
Device for providing a disposable bag in keg or other container
A device for providing a disposable liner or bag and valve inside of a keg. An example device includes a valve assembly connected to a spear assembly. The disposable liner or bag is wrapped around the spear assembly to fit through a top opening in the keg and the valve assembly is connected to the top opening of the keg. A series of valves and passages enable an inert gas to flow into and expand or inflate the disposable liner or bag inside of the keg, and the valve then enables filling the disposable liner or bag inside of the keg with beer or other liquid to be dispensed from the keg. When the keg is empty, the spear assembly may be disconnected and withdrawn, thus removing both the disposable liner or bag and disposable valve assembly from the keg.
System and method for storing and selectively dispensing liquids
The inventive system and method advantageously enable superior preserved storage and selective dispensation of liquids by storing wine (or other liquids) in a pressurized environment to ensure that the stored liquid does not come into contact with air, and then by selectively dispensing a portion of the stored liquid, in accordance with a desired dispensing regime, by utilizing a controlled source of pressure force to apply a sufficient pressure to the pressurized environment to expel the desired volume of the liquid in a pressurized stream directed to a dispensing/pouring interface through a conduit or equivalent delivery system. In at least several novel embodiments thereof, the system and method of the present invention are configured for use with wine-in-bag (“WinB”) products.

A system comprising, a pressurized container including hollow portion and outer portion, pressurized container maintains pressure level in the hollow portion, transport system including two conduits, one transport being coupled to an interface and a valve port, the interface coupled to the hollow portion, the interface maintains pressure level in the hollow portion, one valve port allows flow of liquid volume through one conduit to a dispensing interface via another valve port, an external container is airtight and operable to dispense another liquid volume stored within, another conduit is coupled to the external container and further valve port to refill the liquid volume via the valve, pressure regulation system connected to pressurized container, pressure regulation system including a pressure conduit extending from outer portion through a pressure interface, pressure regulation system operable to compress liquid volume in the environment and a control system controls the valve and pressure regulation system.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REFILLING, STORING, PRESERVING, MANAGING AND SELECTIVELY DISPENSING BEVERAGES
SCALABLE MODULAR SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND SELECTIVELY DISPENSING BEVERAGES
A system comprising a pressurized container including a hollow portion and an outer portion, the pressurized container being airtight to maintain a pressure level in an environment in the hollow portion, a controllable pressure system coupled to the pressurized container to generate the environment, a transport system including two transport conduits coupled to two liquid volumes stored within the pressurized container, a pressure regulation system connected to the pressurized container, the pressure regulation system including a pressure conduit extending from the outer portion through a pressure interface and into the hollow portion, the pressure regulation system exerting and maintaining the pressure level within the pressurized container to enable compression of liquid volume in the environment, a temperature system to maintain temperature of the transport system, a temperature control system providing a temperature control signal to the temperature system, and a control system controlling the pressure regulation system.
GASEOUS LIQUID DISPENSER AND METHOD OF PROVISION OF A GASEOUS LIQUID
A collapsible bag for use in dispensing gaseous fluids, the collapsible bag including three collapsible enclosures. Two of the collapsible enclosures have respective fluid paths extending from internal to external of the outer enclosure. The configuration of the food quality of an inner enclosures and the integrity of the third outer enclosure and as well as the relative volume of one inner enclosure to the outer enclosures effects the dispensing mechanism of the pressure which allows transfer of the pressure without fluid interaction to another of the at inner collapsible enclosures and selective dispensing.
Bag-in-keg container with fixed pressure PRV
A bag-in-keg container for a carbonated beverage has a container body C, a flexible bag B within the container body, and a valve closure V attached to the container body. The valve closure includes a gas inlet port (11), a liquid dispensing port (12), and spring-loaded valve member (6) to sealably close the gas inlet and liquid dispensing ports. An adapter (20) sealingly attached to the flexible bag B incorporates a bag PRV (26) to vent gas pressure from within the flexible bag. A container PRV (40) vents gas pressure from between the container body C and the flexible bag B. The bag PRV has a valve shuttle with one side exposed to gas pressure within the flexible bag B and an opposite side exposed to gas pressure within a sealed plenum chamber (37). The bag PRV therefore operates at a fixed pressure independent of the differential pressure between the bag and the outer container. This solves the problem of venting excess pressure within the keg whilst still allowing the dispensing gas to achieve the equilibrium.
