A dispenser having a pedal actuator. The dispenser includes a valve operatively connected to a nozzle and which moves from a closed position to an open position to dispense an item, a first actuator operatively connected to the nozzle, and a second actuator located below the first actuator and operatively connected to the nozzle. The dispenser can be electro-mechanical and can include components capable of retrofitting onto existing dispensers.

The disclosed beverage dispensing monitors, systems, and methods help to track, monitor, and analyze data about beverage pours dispensed from one or more beverage dispensers. For example, a beverage dispensing system can have monitors attached to one or more of its beverage dispensing taps so that when a beverage is dispensed at one of the monitored taps, the beverage poured is tracked and analyzed for many reasons like tracking inventory levels for supply and loss purposes and user training and accountability. Various data integrity analyses can be performed and reports can be generated based on the analyzed data included data integrity reports and variance reports. The disclosed systems and methods can interface with a point-of-sale system to reconcile data of inventory and sales transactions.

Dispensing assembly comprising a container, containing a pressurized beverage, connected to or provided with a dispense assembly, wherein the dispense assembly comprises an outlet channel closable by a valve body and a chamber between the container and the valve body, which chamber is at least partly closed by a movable and/or deformable wall part connected to the valve body or a valve seat, such that pressurized beverage from the container filling the chamber forces the wall part, into a position biasing the valve body or the valve seat in a position closing the outlet channel and by pushing the wall part the valve body or the valve seat can be forced into a position opening the outlet channel, wherein preferably at least during use there is an open connection between said chamber and a beverage compartment of the container.

Provided is a water purifier. The water purifier includes a water purifier body including a housing defining an outer appearance and a filter provided in the housing to filter raw water introduced from the outside, a water discharge module including a water discharge nozzle that protrudes forward from the water purifier body to supply the water passing through the filter to the outside of the water purifier body, and a tray disposed below the water discharge nozzle. The water discharge module is provided to be elevatable.

A method of dispensing a malt-based beverage dispenses into a receptacle ready for consumption and for use in an on-trade or off-trade environment. The method has the following steps. The step of composing a first component of the dispensed beverage is performed during dispensing by mixing a liquid with carbon dioxide and/or nitrogen. The step of adding the first component to at least a second beverage component so as to form the dispensed beverage is performed. The carbon dioxide and/or nitrogen is scented.

Systems and devices for cooling and dispensing a beverage fluid are disclosed herein. One beverage dispensing system includes a beverage tower comprising a tower body, a shank, and a faucet. In some implementations, a coolant line is routed proximal to a beverage supply line through the tower body, through the shank, and into the faucet. In these and other implementations, the faucet includes a removable nozzle having a supplemental portion of the coolant line. In these and still other implementations, the faucet include a removable nozzle having a second coolant line. The coolant line and the second coolant line are configured to transport a coolant medium proximal to a beverage fluid in the beverage supply line to maintain or adjust the temperature of the beverage fluid. Systems and devices for cooling and dispensing a beverage fluid are disclosed herein. One beverage dispensing system includes a beverage tower comprising a tower body, a shank, and a faucet. In some implementations, a coolant line is routed proximal to a beverage supply line through the tower body, through the shank, and into the faucet. In these and other implementations, the faucet includes a removable nozzle having a supplemental portion of the coolant line. This invention is a refrigeration, dispensing, and management system for beverage and beverage containers that includes a tap attached to an upper door and a supply line; a recess base in a recess of a housing; a slide slidably carried by the recess base having a slot; a pressurized gas cylinder connected to the housing and attached to a gas line in fluid communications with the supply line wherein the gas cylinder contains gas selected from the group consisting of O.sub.2, CO.sub.2, N.sub.2 or other inert gas; and, a cap placed on the beverage container so that when the tap is opened, pressurized gas enters the cap and the snorkel through an inlet defined in the cap, forces gas into the beverage container, and forces the beverage out of the outline defined in the cap, through the supply line and out of the tap.
