Micro bubble generating device
A micro bubble generating device disposed at one end of a liquid supply device including a water inlet unit, a water outlet unit, an air inlet groove, and a first sleeve. The water inlet unit is penetrated by first passages, and one side being penetrated is provided with a first connecting surface; the water outlet unit is penetrated by second passages, and one side being penetrated is provided with a second connecting surface. The second connecting surface faces the first connecting surface, and they partially abut against each other to form the air inlet groove. The air inlet groove comprises a third passage and a first accommodating chamber. The first accommodating chamber has a first spacing, the first spacing is different from a second spacing of the third passage. The first sleeve is disposed at another side of the water outlet unit.
PRESSURE COMPENSATED VENTURI DISPENSING SYSTEM
Systems, methods, and software program products for dispensing chemical solutions. A controller receives a signal from a pressure sensor indicative of a pressure of a diluent. The controller determines an expected flow rate of the diluent through an eductor based at least in part on the pressure of the diluent. The controller may further determine an expected concentration of a chemical product in the solution dispensed from a discharge port of the eductor. Based on the expected flow rated and concentration of the chemical product, the controller determines a duration of a dispense stage of a dispensing operation required to dispense a predetermined dose of the chemical product. The controller then causes the diluent to flow through the eductor for the determined duration of the dispense stage. A check valve on the output of the eductor prevents dissimilar chemicals from mixing and reduces a response time of the eductor.
CHEMICAL DISPENSER HAVING A MOTORIZED ROTARY DIVERTER VALVE AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A chemical dispenser for a chemical dispensing system is disclosed. The chemical dispenser includes an input selector valve having an opened position and a closed position and configured to be coupled to a diluent source, a diverter valve coupled to the input selector valve, and a plurality of eductors coupled to the diverter valve. The diverter valve includes a valve head having a diluent port, a valve seat having a plurality of eductor ports, wherein each eductor port is in communication with a respective one of the plurality of eductors, and a drive mechanism coupled to the valve head and configured to move the valve head relative to the valve seat. The valve head may include one or more pressure relief ports for equalizing the diluent pressure across the valve head. A chemical dispensing system including the chemical dispenser and a method of using the chemical dispenser are also disclosed.
METHOD AND APPARATUS TO MIX GAS WITH A FLUID
A plasma-activated gas generated by a plasma-activated gas generator is mixed with a liquid in a variety of ways to generate a gas activated liquid. The gas activated liquid may be applied to various items, surfaces, and/or added to fluid volumes to affect chemical specifies and organism therein.
Method and installation for ozone treatment of wastewater
A method and an installation for treating a main wastewater stream flowing in a closed conduit with a flow direction. The method includes the steps of: introducing a liquid into at least one pre-treatment stream; generating a gas stream containing ozone gas; introducing the gas stream into the at least one pre-treatment stream, each with a gas injector, resulting in at least one mixed-phase stream comprising ozone laden gas and liquid; passing the at least one mixed-phase stream through at least one static mixer, resulting in a predefined gas bubble size; and injecting the at least one mixed-phase stream in the main wastewater stream perpendicular to the flow direction.

Systems and methods for an exhaust gas recirculation mixer
Methods and systems are provided for a mixer. In one example, a system may include an EGR mixing having a downstream surface with a plurality of venturi tubes extending therefrom.
Method and device for cleaning fiber suspensions by means of flotation
A device and method for cleaning contaminated solid-liquid mixtures by removing impurities and contaminants from an aqueous paper fiber suspension by flotation. Apparatus includes a first conduit (2) for a liquid, a second conduit (3) for a solid-liquid mixture, a third conduit (4) connecting first and second conduit (2, 3), a Venturi mixing element (5) with cones (7, 11), having small through-opening into chamber (9) which forms a cavity with small through-opening (12, 13) of the cones; the through-opening of first cone (7) connected with first conduit (2) and the rough-opening connected to second conduit (2), the small through-opening (12) of first cone (7) and the non-conical conduit sections arranged in longitudinal axial alignment, a fourth conduit (6) for conveying gas, wherein the fourth conduit (6) opens to the Venturi mixing element (5), and a fractionator arranged downstream of the second conduit (3) for removing the foam produced by flotation.
