A temperature-controlling measure for the hydrogenation slurry bed reactor and its design method and use
A temperature-controlling measure for a hydrogenation slurry bed reactor has three control points that are set from low to high: cold hydrogen is injected automatically when the system reaches control point 1; cold oil is injected automatically when the system reaches control point 2; each pressure relief is opened automatically when the system reaches control point 3. The pressure relief point is set before and/or after the circulation pump of the reactor if internal circulation is set in the reactor; the pressure relief point is set at the reactor bottom if the internal circulation is not set; at least one pressure relief valve is set at each pressure relief point.
PROCESSING VACUUM RESIDUUM AND VACUUM GAS OIL IN EBULLATED BED REACTOR SYSTEMS
A process for upgrading vacuum residuum and vacuum gas oil hydrocarbons is disclosed. The process may include: contacting a heavy distillate hydrocarbon fraction and hydrogen with a zeolite selective hydrocracking catalyst in a first ebullated bed hydrocracking reaction zone to convert at least a portion of the vacuum gas oil to lighter hydrocarbons. Contacting a residuum hydrocarbon fraction and hydrogen with a non-zeolite base metal hydroconversion catalyst in a second ebullated bed hydroconversion reaction zone may produce a vapor stream containing unconverted hydrogen, acid gases and volatilized hydrocarbons which may be fed along with the vacuum gas oil in the first ebullated bed hydrocracking zone.
Internal loop airlift reactor for process intensification integrating reaction and separation
An internal loop airlift reactor (ILAR) for process intensification integrating reaction and separation includes a riser, a downcomer, a hydrocyclone, internals preventing occurrence of dead zone, a gas guide cone, vent holes, and a gas-liquid integrated distributor. The hydrocyclone is arranged at the bottom of the ILAR downcomer; the gas guide cone and the vent holes in the downcomer prevent the gas from entering the hydrocyclone; after the slurry enters the hydrocyclone, the solid-containing slurry enters the riser again from the hydrocyclone underflow, and the solid-free clean product flows out through the hydrocyclone overflow. The ILAR in the present invention has a simple structure and low cost and requires no special liquid-solid separation device. It can achieve gas-liquid-solid three-phase reaction, interphase mass transfer, and solid-liquid separation simultaneously, and is suitable for a gas-liquid-solid three-phase reaction in which the catalyst is solid particles.
Fuel treatment module, system and method
A fuel treatment module treats fuel with infrared radiation from a plurality of infrared radiation emitting elements arranged in a structure configured to ensure sufficient exposure of the fuel to infrared radiation. Such structure includes a head cap and spacer having through bores providing a manifold through which fuel flows into multiple IR/shunt columns of infrared radiation emitting elements that are disposed within a canister. Then the fuel moves out of the multiple IR/shunt columns into the open area of the canister where the fuel then flows around the exterior of the columns, exposing the fuel to further infrared radiation treatment.
Gas-liquid-solid three-phase slurry bed industrial reactor capable of achieving continuous operation
A gas-liquid-solid three-phase slurry bed industrial reactor capable of achieving continuous operation comprises an inlet gas distribution component composed of a false bottom and inlet gas distribution tubes, one or more layers of heat exchange tube components used for heating/cooling the bed, one or more layers of liquid-solid separator components capable of being cleaned automatically, an outlet gas-liquid-solid entrainment separation component located in the upper portion of the interior of the reactor and used for removing liquid foam and solid entrainments, a plurality of layers of solid concentration uniform distribution devices used for reducing the catalyst concentration gradient and the inlet-outlet temperature difference of the reactor, a flow guiding device located on a component support beam and used for preventing catalyst accumulation, and auxiliary systems including a filter-backflush system and a washing system. Compared with the prior art, the reactor is low in energy consumption and solves the problems of blockage, backflow and dead zones, the temperature and liquid level are well controlled, catalysts can be easily added and discharged online, and stable and continuous operation of the reactor is achieved. The reactor is suitable for being applied to the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process on an industrial scale.

FLUIDIZED BED MEDIA CONTACT CHAMBER
A contact chamber in which a bed of fluid treatment media is fully fluidized by using a fluidizer. The fluidizer may be, for example, an internal or external eductor that acts as a pump for a media and fluid mixture to boost fluid flow and generate recirculation that keeps the media suspended in the fluid or an arrangement of nozzles, mixing blades, pumps, baffles, or irregular cross-sectional shapes (or combinations of any of these) to promote fully fluidizing the media in the chamber and causing the media to recirculate within the chamber.
Plug flow reactor with internal recirculation fluidized bed
A reactor comprises an outer sidewall and a bottom wall enclosing a hollow chamber comprising a lower fluidized bed zone and an upper freeboard zone. A plurality of inlets is provided for injecting at least one fluidizing medium into the fluidized bed zone and creating a swirling flow. At least one feed inlet communicates with the fluidized bed zone; and at least one product outlet is provided for removing a product from the chamber, the outlet(s) communicating with either the fluidized bed zone or the freeboard zone. The reactor has at least one internal barrier located inside the hollow chamber, and at least partly located in the fluidized bed zone. The internal barrier(s) have at least one opening within the fluidized bed zone, such as an underflow opening, to permit internal recirculation of material from the product zone to the feed zone, thereby simplifying reactor structure.
