Particle composition for easy-to-use solid preparation and easy-to-use solid preparation including said particle composition
An object of the present invention is to provide a particulate composition for an easy-to-take solid preparation, which has excellent moldability (hardness) and slipperiness. The present invention relates to a particulate composition for an easy-to-take solid preparation, comprising sugar alcohol and a gelling agent that will show slipperiness when it is brought into contact with water, wherein a part or whole of the surface of the particulate composition is coated with the gelling agent, to an easy-to-take solid preparation comprising the particulate composition, and to a method for the production of the easy-to-take solid preparation.
COMPOSITION OF A MILK-CONTAINING BEVERAGE CONTAINING SPECULOOS AND METHOD OF PREPARING IT
Method (1) for preparing a milk-containing beverage containing speculoos (8), consisting of the following steps:—removal of the milk fat fraction (5) from the milk by centrifugation or churning,—grinding of speculoos (2) into speculoos powder (4) dispersion of fine speculoos powder (4) in the milk fat fraction (5) of the whole milk (3) by mixing the milk fat fraction and the speculoos powder at high speed in a dispersing mixer (10), a high-friction disperser (12) or in a. disintegrator/dissolver (21);—adding the resulting dispersion (6) to skimmed milk (7) or low-fat milk in a proportion that restores or approximates the original milk fat content in the whole milk (3); intensely mixing the dispersion (6) with the skimmed (7) or low-fat milk to a stable dispersion of the speculoos powder (4) in the milk.

VITAMIN D2-RICH MUSHROOM POWDER, AND PREPARATION AND USES THEREOF
A method for preparing a vitamin D.sub.2-rich mushroom powder, including: slicing a mushroom to obtain mushroom slices, irradiating the mushroom slices with an ultraviolet light, drying the mushroom slices in nitrogen to obtain dried mushroom slices, and pulverizing the dried mushroom slices to obtain the vitamin D.sub.2-rich mushroom powder. The ultraviolet light irradiation is performed at an ambient temperature of 20-55° C. and an ambient relative humidity of 50-85%, and a moisture content of the mushroom slices is not less than 20%.

FAST RELEASE BENZOIC ACID IN FEED
The present invention relates to the use of benzoic acid prills in the feed industry. Despite of having a reduced surface area/volume ratio, the benzoic acid prills as used in the context of the present invention release benzoic acid faster than benzoic acid flakes. Compositions comprising such prills are useful for balancing the microflora in an animal's gastro-intestinal system, for acidification of feed and/or urine, and/or for reducing digestive disorders of an animal.
ENZYME-CONTAINING, HOT-MELT GRANULES COMPRISING A THERMOTOLERANT DESICCANT
Described are compositions and methods relating to enzyme-containing, hot-melt-prepared granules produced from a starting material that contains an amount of water sufficient to denature the enzyme under hot-melt processing conditions. The resulting granules are particularly useful in consumer and industrial products, such as detergent, animal feed, food, personal care and agricultural compositions.
Solvent-free THCA extraction process
A solvent-free method to extract THCA from cannabis, said method comprising: providing a source of THCA-containing cannabis plant; providing a source of natural oil; combining said source of THCA-containing cannabis and said source of natural oil into a blend; milling said blend; optionally, heating the blend during the milling; and extracting a THCA-containing liquid generated during the milling.

System and Method for Incorporating CBD/THC Cannabinoid Nanoparticle Carrier Compositions into Particulate Foods and Food Additives
A method of producing a cannabinoid nanoparticle carrier composition for administration to a human and thereafter producing a consumable food product including the cannabinoid nanoparticle emulsification. The cannabinoid nanoparticle carrier composition is combined with a particulate food product, herb or spice, sugar, salt, or particulate preservative, mixed into a slurry or suspension, dried, and then ground to a size suitable for human consumption
