Viscous food product grinding and dispensing system
A viscous food product dispensing system having a transport section for receiving a particulate food product from a bin, an auger for processing and conveying the received particulate food product from the transport section into an outlet adapter via one or more flutes, a milling device housed in the outlet adapter, and a discharge nozzle in the outlet adapter that pinches off the viscous food product created by the milling device. The auger has a unique design that allows it to engage and break whole nuts.
Meat grinder with storage tray and cover
A food grinder comprises a base housing a motor, a throat portion coupled to the base, a receiving tube coupled to the throat, a feeding tray coupled to an upper end of the receiving tube, a selectively rotatable auger selectively insertable into and removable from the throat portion, and a storage tray sized and shaped to be selectively insertable into and removable from the feeding tray. The storage tray comprises a main body having a plurality of depressions formed in a top surface thereof. Each depression is sized and shaped to hold one or more accessories for use with the food grinder.
SHREDDER WITH PAPER SEPARATION AND ADVANCEMENT MECHANISM
The present disclosure is generally related to an apparatus having cutter elements for destroying articles such as paper sheets and a mechanism for separating at least a sheet from a stack in a tray. The separation mechanism can be activated by rotation of the cutter elements. In one embodiment, the separation mechanism is provided in the form of a helical mechanism configured for insertion into the stack and to receive separated sheets from the stack in between its space(s) as it is rotated. The separated sheets can fall via gravity into the shredder mechanism. Optionally, a paper feed mechanism can feed separated paper to the cutter elements. The tray can include an edge to assist in directing separated paper towards the cutter elements. One or more staple picking support mechanisms can also be provided to assist in separating sheets from a stapled set of pages.
Method and apparatus for treating organic matter
An apparatus includes a material feeder having an input and an output, a reducing nozzle attached to the output of the material feeder, an electrically conductive tube having a first end surrounding at least a portion of the reducing nozzle, and an induction coil surrounding all or part of the electrically conductive tube. A method for treating organic matter includes inductively heating the electrically conductive tube using the induction coil, and supplying the organic matter to the input of the material feeder. The organic matter is pushed through the reducing nozzle using the material feeder, such that the organic matter forms a continuous tube, semi-continuous tube or pellets of organic matter that is pushed through the electrically conductive tube. The continuous tube, semi-continuous tube or elongated pellets of organic matter is treated using the heat within the electrically conductive tube.

The separation mechanism can be activated by rotation of the cutter elements. In one embodiment, the separation mechanism is provided in the form of a helical mechanism, such as a coil, configured for insertion into the stack and to receive separated sheets from the stack in between its space(s) as it is rotated. The separated sheets can fall via gravity into the shredder mechanism. Optionally, a paper feed mechanism can feed separated paper to the cutter elements. Super absorbent polymer hydrogel shredding device
Disclosed is a hydrogel shredding device. The hydrogel shredding device includes: a first barrel body in which a first transfer space for transferring a hydrogel is formed, and extending in a first direction; a first transfer unit installed in the first barrel body and transferring the hydrogel in the first transfer space; a second barrel body installed on a lateral side of the first barrel body, and in which a second transfer space connected to the first transfer space extends in a second direction traversing the first direction; a second transfer unit installed in the second barrel body and transferring the hydrogel in the second transfer space; a cutter member installed in the second barrel body and pulverizing the hydrogel transferred by the second transfer unit; and a porous plate for discharging the hydrogel particles pulverized by the cutter member to an outside of the second barrel body.
FERTILIZER PRODUCTION SYSTEM
Multi jet abrasive head for cleaning/removing material surfaces and splitting/cutting materials by a liquid beam enriched with solid abrasive particles with a uniform velocity and density profile allowing the cutting power to be increased with more efficient cutting beam usage.
Conveying apparatus having a serrated impact bar
A conveying apparatus suitable for sturdy articles, in particular flattened plastic bottles or the like, in a recycling plant, has an upwardly moving continuous conveyor that includes a horizontal conveyor and a vertical conveyor connected to the horizontal conveyor, both conveyors having a tubular housing in which a respective conveying screw is rotatably mounted. The inner wall of the tubular housing of the vertical conveyor and the associated conveying screw have a vertical driver bar disposed therebetween, projecting radially inward from the tubular housing and spaced from the conveying screw by a distance (a). The driver bar has cutting teeth on its longitudinal edge located at least facing the conveying screw. Preferably, the driver bar is fastened in an interchangeable manner on the vertical tubular housing and has cutting teeth on both longitudinal edges.
