PAINT NOZZLE
A paint nozzle used in a paint device has a paint channel that supplies paint, an air channel that supplies air, and a nozzle plate that is connected to the paint channel and the air channel. This nozzle plate is provided with a merging section that causes the paint and the air to merge and mix, and a discharge port that discharges, as paint particles, the paint and the air in a mixed state from the merging section. In addition, the interior of the nozzle plate has a tapered portion that connects the merging section and the discharge port and that tapers toward the discharge port on the distal end side.
CLUSTER HEAD NOZZLE FOR SPRAYING A FLUID, ARRANGEMENT HAVING A CLUSTER HEAD NOZZLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CLUSTER HEAD NOZZLE
A cluster head nozzle for spraying a fluid, having a single-piece housing and multiple outlet openings which are arranged around a central region on a front side of the housing for individual spray jets, and at least one purge air outlet opening for purge air. The at least one purge air outlet opening and sections of a feed channel for the purge air are provided in the single-piece housing.
Coating system and method
An atomizing spray device includes a housing having inlets that receive a first fluid and a slurry of ceramic particles and a second fluid. The inlets are fluidly coupled with outlets by an interior chamber that mixes the first fluid with the slurry to form a primary mixture of the first fluid and first atomized droplets of the slurry. A first outlet on a first side of the housing and a second outlet on the first side of the housing are shaped to change the primary mixture to form a secondary mixture of the first fluid and second atomized droplets of the slurry. The first outlet sprays the secondary mixture onto a first surface as a first layer of coating and the second outlet sprays the secondary mixture onto the first surface as a second layer of coating while the housing moves in a direction along the first surface.
PRINT HEAD AND PRINTING METHOD
A print head includes a capillary around an axis of symmetry for a liquid to be printed, the capillary adjoining at least one elastic element and having a nozzle opening which opens into a prechamber. The prechamber has an outlet opening aligned with the nozzle opening of the capillary in its axial orientation of the axis of symmetry and at least one inlet opening for a guide gas. The at least one elastic element forms a guide for the capillary in its axial orientation only. A feed for the liquid to be printed is provided in the capillary. A mechanical oscillation system is provided that includes the at least one elastic element and the capillary with the liquid contained therein. An actuator with a mechanical or magnetic force interaction with the oscillation system is further provided.
JET NOZZLE
A jet nozzle includes a single-piece body having a water inlet with a first inlet channel coaxial with a first inlet axis, a gas inlet with a second inlet channel coaxial with a second inlet axis, and an outlet coaxial with an outlet axis, the single-piece body defining a fluid passageway from the first inlet channel to the outlet. A channel wall having a water channel is positioned in the fluid passageway between the first inlet channel and the outlet, the water channel being coaxial with the outlet axis and having a diameter that is smaller than a diameter of the first inlet channel. The second inlet axis is substantially perpendicular to and intersects the outlet axis at a point within the water channel.
Nozzle cap, nozzle device provided with such cap, and spraying method of chemical solution
[Problem] To provide a nozzle cap that hardly causes clogging in the nozzle hole even when used for a long time, a nozzle device having such a nozzle cap and a spraying method of a chemical solution. [Solution] The present invention relates to a nozzle cap 100 to be used for a nozzle device for spraying a chemical solution to wet paper, wire, felt, press rollers, dryer rollers, canvas or guide rollers in a paper machine, which is provided with: an air cap part 10 that is provided with a first base part 11 having a cylinder shape with a lid, with a nozzle hole 13 formed on the first base part 11; and a liquid cap part 20 that is provided with a second base part 21 having a disc-shape and a protruding part 22 that is formed on the second base part 21, and in this structure, a plurality of chemical solution spraying air holes 22b are formed on the second base part 21, and into a space part S formed between the first base part 11 and the second base part 21, with the first base part 11 and the second base part 21 being fitted to each other, a chemical solution is flowed from the protruding part 22, and air is also flowed in from the chemical solution spraying air holes 22b so that the chemical solution from the nozzle holes 13 is sprayed by the air, and the lid part 11a has a lower surface having a plane shape so that the air flowed in from the chemical solution spraying air holes 22b are made to collide with the lower surface of the lid part 11a through the space part S.
NOZZLE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR DELIVERY OF ADJUSTABLY-SIZED DROPLETS IN A SPRAY
A nozzle assembly which is capable of delivering an airstream of droplets of liquid of a selectively-adjusted size which are accelerated to a selectively high velocity to serve purposes such as inter alia: blasting paint or particulates from a surface, washing a vehicle or other surface, fogging an area. The washing system produces adjustable-size droplets of a liquid-gas mixture for washing by combining a high velocity flow of gas carried at a first velocity through a gas conduit, with a liquid carried at a second velocity through a liquid conduit. A mixture conduit accelerates the liquid phase to nearly that of the gas phase for discharge in a controlled direction.
SPRAY TRAY DEVICE CAPABLE OF ROTATABLY SPRAYING DIE LUBRICANT
Provided a spray tray device capable of rotatably spraying a die lubricant, wherein a rotating driving mechanism drive the rotating shafts and the spray tray rotators to rotate, and several external nozzles are arranged on the spray tray rotators. The air pipe joints and the lubricant pipe joints respectively input compressed air and a lubricant into cavities, formed between the spray tray rotators and the connection sleeve bodies, through the nozzle connection pipes, and then the compressed air and the lubricant are sprayed out through the external nozzles. The device implements that the same dosage of the lubricant is uniformly sprayed into the surfaces of the maximum pitch circles of upper and lower dies.
ROTATING SPRAY DEVICE FOR LUBRICANT
Provided is a rotating spray device for a lubricant, wherein the rotating driving mechanism rotates to drive the rotating spindle, and the rotating spindle drives the upper and lower rotating spray trays to rotate, and compressed air and a lubricant are respectively fed into each pitch circle closed cavity formed between each of the rotating spray trays and the spray tray main body, and then are sprayed out through the nozzles on the rotating spray trays for uniform spray coating. The device can spray the same and uniform dosage of the lubricant to the working surfaces of the maximum pitch circles of upper and lower dies, play a role of uniform forging lubrication and reduce the forging defects.
VOC refining apparatus
A particle diameter is decreased and a surface area per unit flow amount is increased by spraying a VOC-containing liquid from a spraying device spraying that is a two-fluid nozzle in a vacuum container, so that only water in the VOC-containing liquid can be greatly evaporated and exhausted, and a concentrated VOC-containing liquid having high concentration can be refined and processed.
