FOAM GENERATOR FOR COMPRESSION RECEPTACLES
A foam generator for compression receptacles is configured such that liquid contents pumped by an internal pressure as a result of directly compressing a compression receptacle, having the liquid contents stored therein, are mixed with air in a gas-liquid mixing chamber and, at the same time, directly discharged in the form of foam. Accordingly, the foam generator not only is capable of preventing the corruption of the liquid contents, which are not in contact with any separate metal member, but also further improves product responsiveness, since the contents are instantly discharged in the form of foam by compressing the compression receptacle.
Fluid dispensing device and method for producing such a device
A device for dispensing a fluid, including: a feed pipe, a dispensing pipe arranged in order to convey a fluid in a dispensing direction, a deformable pouch, a feed valve, and a dispensing valve. In an open state the feed valve allows fluid to pass from the feed pipe to the inside of the pouch, and, in a closed state, does not allow this. In an open state the dispensing valve allows fluid to pass from the inside of the pouch to the dispensing pipe, and, in a closed state, does not allow this. The dispensing valve is held in the device by tightening between inner walls of the dispensing pipe.
SPRAYING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a spraying apparatus. The disclosed spraying apparatus includes a housing having a flow path from an inlet to an outlet, through which content passes, a pump provided in the housing and configured to extract content from a container for replenishment or discharging the content, a valve provided in the flow path and configured to selectively shield the flow path, in conjunction with movement of the pump, and an inverted extractor provided in the flow path and configured to extract the content from the container, in conjunction with movement of the pump in an inverted state.
PUMP TYPE DISPENSER
Disclosed in the present invention is a pump type dispenser which includes a pump held by a mouth portion of a container and configured to suction and pressure-feed a content liquid in the container, and a nozzle head having an internal passage through which the pressure-fed content liquid passes and driving the pump by being repeatedly pushed down and restored. The internal passage includes a vertical passage, a lateral passage, and a protrusion protruding toward an inner side in a joining portion between the vertical passage and the lateral passage, and a dispensing member disposed in the lateral passage includes a recessed portion which engages with the protrusion to prevent separation from the lateral passage.
Foam dispenser with reversible valve
A foam-dispensing pump includes an actuator, a collar, a housing, an air piston, a liquid piston, a mesh element and an air valve structure. The collar is constructed and arranged for attachment to a liquid storage container and a portion of the actuator is received by the collar. The air piston is constructed and arranged to be moveable within the housing. The liquid piston is constructed and arranged to be moveable within the housing. The mesh element is constructed and arranged to receive air and liquid for the production of foam. The air valve structure includes an annular sleeve component which is assembled onto the liquid piston and a cooperating annular valve element which is received by the air piston.
Vent valves and refill units with vent valves for use with inverted non-collapsing containers
An exemplary refill unit for a dispenser includes an inverted non-collapsing container for holding a liquid. A pump housing is secured to the bottom of the inverted non-collapsing container. The pump housing includes a pump chamber for pumping fluid out of the inverted non-collapsing container. The pump housing includes an annular venting chamber. The annular venting chamber has a floor with an opening therethrough. A vent valve is located within the venting chamber. The vent valve has a first wiper seal in contact with a wall of the annular venting chamber.
Vented refill units and dispensers having vented refill units
Exemplary embodiments of vented refill units and dispensers having vented refill units are disclosed herein. An exemplary refill unit includes a non-collapsing inverted container. The container has a neck located at the bottom of the container. A pump is secured to the neck. The pump has a housing that has a cylindrical outside surface. In addition, the housing has an attachment mechanism for attaching the pump to a venting insert. The venting insert has a cylindrical inside surface and a cylindrical outside surface. At least a portion of the venting insert is located within the neck. An air passage is located between the pump housing and the cylindrical inside surface of the venting insert. One or more apertures are located through the venting insert. A one-way air inlet valve is located proximate the one or more apertures.
PORTABLE CHARGEABLE SPRAY BOTTLE
A portable chargeable spray bottle is disclosed comprising a body comprising an upper part and a lower part; a spray nozzle assembly equipped on the upper part, and a liquid charging structure placed at the bottom part. It is further comprises an exhaust structure comprising an exhaust hole penetrating the body, whereby exhaust air flow can escape via the exhaust hole to outside the bottle.
SPRAY DISPENSER
A spray dispenser is provided, the spray dispenser comprising a container for holding a liquid to be dispensed and a dispensing assembly for extracting liquid from said container, the dispensing assembly comprising a pressure-relief valve for release of excessive pressure in the container and a filter arranged to permit egress of gas through the filter, inhibit egress of liquid from the container and to inhibit ingress of contaminants into the container through the pressure relief valve. A dispensing assembly for use is a spray dispenser is also provided.
FLUID DISPENSING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A DEVICE
A device for dispensing a fluid, which includes: a feed pipe, a dispensing pipe arranged in order to convey a fluid in a dispensing direction, a deformable pouch, a feed valve, which, in an open state, allows fluid to pass from the feed pipe to the inside of the pouch, and, in a closed state, does not allow this, and a dispensing valve, which, in an open state, allows fluid to pass from the inside of the pouch to the dispensing pipe, and, in a closed state, does not allow this, wherein the dispensing valve is held in the device by tightening between inner walls of the dispensing pipe.
