Refillable Dispenser Case
A refillable dispenser case includes an outer base rotatably connected to an outer cover; a cup received within and slidably coupled to the outer base; the outer cover has a lower portion which extends within the outer base and sleeves around an upper portion of the cup, and the lower portion of the outer cover is provided with at least one slanted sliding groove, each of which engages with a corresponding protrusion protruded outwards from the cup; a bottle inserted in the cup and having a dispensing outlet at an upper portion thereof; rotation of the outer base relative to the outer cover simultaneously rotates the cup and drives the protrusion of the cup to move along the corresponding slanted sliding groove and thereby driving the cup to slide axially relative to the outer base between a retracted position and an extended position.
Fluid product dispenser
Fluid product dispenser comprising: a reservoir (R) having a neck (1), a dispensing head (T) mounted axially on the neck (1) and comprising a dispensing member (P), and a fastening ring (F) engaging both the neck (1) and the dispensing member (P), the fastening ring (F) comprising a skirt (2) including a plurality of internal latching projections (211), characterised in that the neck (1) defines externally a plurality of horizontal latching shoulders (130) oriented downward and a plurality of release ramps (112), the latching projections (211), initially engaged below the horizontal latching shoulders (130), being constrained radially outward on the release ramps (112) by rotation of the skirt (2) around the neck (1), thus releasing the latching projections (211) of their latching engagement from below the latching shoulders (130).
Methods of making a fastening system for a distribution member on a threaded neck of a reservoir
A fastening system for fastening a distribution member, such as a pump, on a neck of a reservoir to form a distributor for a fluid product includes a fastening ring and a rigid collar, the ring including a skirt intended to be engaged around the neck. The skirt includes articulated fastening tabs angled outwards with respect to a central axis X of the ring, and the collar is able to be moved with respect to the skirt and engaged around the skirt so as to fold back the articulated tabs to a radial alignment with the axis X. The ring with the collar is then able to be assembled on the neck and able to be disassembled from the neck without relative movement between the ring and the collar, and the articulated tabs have an internal fastening means that can engage with an external fastening means of the neck.
Pump dispenser
A pump dispenser having a bottle with a neck and a pump assembly. The pump assembly includes an actuator, a closure connected to the actuator and coupled to the neck of the bottle, a dip tube, and a dual chamber pump. The dual chamber pump includes a piston assembly, a sealing cap, and a housing, which includes a pump chamber, a storage chamber having a cavity, and a core. The sealing cap is rigidly connected to the core and closes the storage chamber at a lower portion such that the substance to be released remains stored in the storage chamber cavity. When the actuator is pushed down for a first time by a user, a piston assembly moves to push down a connecting stem, which pushes down the sealing cap to open the storage chamber for releasing the substance contained in the storage chamber from the bottle.
