FOAM DISPENSER
The present invention provides a foam dispensing unit (10) that dispenses a content liquid in a foamed state by causing the content liquid pumped out via a liquid flow channel (23) to pass through a porous member (29) provided in a foaming flow channel (24) together with air, the foam dispensing unit including a mechanism for variably positioning a passage surface (40), the mechanism rotatably holding the porous member (29) in the foaming flow channel (24) to variably position a content liquid passage surface of the porous member (29). The mechanism for variably positioning a passage surface (40) includes a loosely holding region (41) formed in the foaming flow channel (24) and the porous member (29) loosely mounted in the loosely holding region (41). The porous member (29) has a spherical shape, and freely rotates inside the loosely holding region (41) due to an action of a stream of the content liquid passing through the loosely holding region (41), so as to replace a surface thereof in a pass-through direction.
DISPENSER IN PARTICULAR FOR LIQUID TO PASTY SUBSTANCES
A dispenser for liquid to pasty substances, has a pumping chamber that has a top pumping chamber wall and a bottom pumping chamber wall in relation to a vertical pumping movement; the bottom and top pumping chamber walls extend from laterally inside to laterally outside in relation to a geometrical axis running vertically through the center of the pumping chamber. In order to advantageously improve a dispenser of the aforementioned type, the bottom pumping chamber wall is joined to the top pumping chamber wall by designing the two walls as a single piece, or by welding or gluing the two walls together, and when the dispenser is actuated, the bottom pumping chamber wall deforms by folding inward such that an elevated region is formed inside in the lateral direction and a lowered region is formed outside in the lateral direction in order for substance to be dispensed.
PUMP DISPENSER WITH LOCKING FEATURE
A pump dispenser includes a dispenser head rotatable relative to a locking ring for a lock-down feature during shipment. The lock-down feature requires a greater torque to initially rotate the dispenser head from the lock-down position, and a lesser torque to further rotate the dispenser head to a use position. The lock-down feature incorporates an interference between the dispenser head and locking ring, either inside the dispenser head, on an outer periphery of the dispenser head, or between threads connecting the dispenser head and locking ring.
DISPENSERS
A dispenser has a plunger (3) operable in a pump body (4). The plunger can be locked up or locked down, and formations (88,89) of a pump plunger stem and pump body insert (6) for achieving this are described. Components of the dispenser, including a pump body cylinder/closure component (5), container neck and a pump body insert (6), are rotationally locked together with non-selective alignment and sealed by sliding-fit seals to prevent damage or leakage caused by relative turning of the components in transit.
Dispenser with a hermetic seal
A dispenser (1) with a hermetic seal includes a hollow containment body (2) which can be inserted in a bottle, a lower suction tube (5), a piston (7) slidable inside the containment body (2), a hollow stem (6) axially slidable inside the containment body (2), a sealing valve (8) inserted in a bottom portion (4) of the containment body (2) and interposed between the suction tube (5) and the dosing chamber (11). The sealing valve (8) is cup-shaped and the piston (7) has a lower sealing portion (7b) configured in such a way as to interact in compression with an upper edge (8a) of the sealing valve (8) making a hermetic seal between the sealing valve (8) and the piston (7).
Mouthwash bottle with a pump, a toothbrush holder and an insertable cup
A mouthwash dispensing system including a bottle having a base and a top portion. The mouthwash dispensing system includes a pump configured to draw mouthwash out from within the bottle, the pump having a pump neck extending into the bottle and a pump nozzle for guiding the mouthwash out of the bottle. The mouthwash dispensing system further includes a cavity within the top portion and positioned below the pump nozzle, the cavity configured to receive a cup, such that the pump draws the mouthwash out of the bottle and into the cup. The mouthwash dispensing system further includes a toothbrush holder configured to rotate about the pump neck and move between a storage position and a use position, the toothbrush holder limiting movement of the cup within the cavity in the storage position, and holding a toothbrush in the use position.
DISPENSER CONTAINER HAVING RETRACTABLE BUTTON
A dispenser container includes a retractable button, more particularly, the dispenser container includes a retractable button in which a button part is configured to ascend/descend in a state of a container body being fixed when the button part moves up and down by the rotation of a rotating body, such that it is possible to enhance the stability of the products, and also to reduce the production cost by composing the container body of a single container.
Integrated lock for atomizer
A liquid atomizer has an actuator, cap, piston unit and body. The actuator consists of an exterior casing, a locking block within the case, a nozzle and a piston receiving area that is in liquid communication with the nozzle. The cap has a pair of locking flanges separated by a locking channel dimensioned to receive the locking block as the actuator is depressed. A pair of stops, separated by a stop channel, prevent over rotation of the actuator. The piston unit has a piston whose proximal end has ribs and is dimensioned to be received within the ring containing piston receiving area in a juxtaposed manner. The dimensioning between the rings and the piston ribs permit disengagement, by the piston tilting under the rotational pressure enough to permit the actuator to lift slightly in order to clear the locking flanges.
Fluid dispensing apparatus and method
A fluid dispenser for containing and dispensing metered amounts of fluid that includes a reservoir for containing fluid and a chamber positioned substantially within the reservoir for containing a quantity of the fluid. The fluid dispenser additionally includes a piston that is moveable within the chamber to draw fluid into the chamber when the piston is moved in a first direction with respect to the chamber, and to discharge fluid from the chamber when the piston is moved in a second direction opposite the first direction. Further, the fluid dispenser includes a user-manipulatable control coupled to the piston and rotatable about an axis to select one of at least two different metered quantities of fluid to be dispensed. The user-manipulatable control is further movable to move the piston relative to the chamber along the axis to selectively dispense the selected metered quantity of fluid.
