Foam pump sprayer
A piston is formed by an outer edge of the cap. The piston and an inner wall of the nozzle body form a dynamic seal for the air cylinder, so that a main body of the air pump is formed. The cap extends downwardly to form a hydraulic cylinder. The hollow compression rod connects a pump component of the hydraulic cylinder and the mixing chamber of the head, so that a main body of the liquid pump is formed. The hollow compression rod is provided with an upper disk. The upper end of the upper disk passes the air outlet of the nozzle body and is inserted into the connecting pipe of the head in snap fit, and the upper disk opens or closes the air outlet. A fastening position is designed to form a gap between the head and the nozzle body to realize a floating valve function at the head.
Opening/closing nozzle of discharge pump for cosmetic container
An opening/closing nozzle of a discharge pump for a cosmetic container is configured such that it is advantageous in that inflow of air into a nozzle of the cosmetic container can be prevented such that not only degeneration of the content and hardening of the content inside the nozzle, which would otherwise occur if air flows into the nozzle, can be prevented, but the reliability of the product can also be improved.
Cosmetic container
Disclosed herein is a cosmetic container. The cosmetic container includes an inner cap coupled to a mouth of the container that accommodates contents therein, a pump coupled to the inner cap and inserted into the mouth of the container to discharge a fixed amount of contents, a push button provided in an upper portion of the inner cap, operating the pump by a push operation, and having on a side thereof a nozzle to discharge the contents, and a dip tube coupled at one end thereof to the pump to communicate therewith and inclined at the other end thereof downwards in a direction of a tip of the nozzle, a tip of the dip tube being disposed on an edge of a bottom surface of the container.
DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING LIQUID OR PASTY MATERIALS
A dispenser for dispensing liquid or pasty materials has a head part with a dispenser opening. The dispenser opening is formed by lip sections which lie directly on top of each other. A lip section for opening the dispenser opening can be lifted from the other lip section by means of a lifting part that engages on the lip section. The lifting part acts on the lip section with a loading direction that runs transversely to a dispensing direction of the material.
Fluid product dispensing head and assembly for moulding such a head
A fluid dispenser head having a single-piece head body (1) forming an axial inlet well (12) suitable for connecting to a dispenser member (D), such as a pump or a valve; and a transverse feed duct (13) that extends from the axial inlet well (12). The dispenser head also has a dispenser orifice (21) in fluid communication with the transverse feed duct (13). A filter (F) is situated in the axial inlet well (12) and/or in the transverse feed duct (13).
ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY LOTION PUMP STRUCTURE
A lotion pump structure includes a pump body extending into a bottle body and has a pump chamber and connected with a bottle-locking cap for fixing the pump body to the bottle body, the pump chamber internally has a pumping assembly to pump lotion upwards; the pump chamber lower end has a one-way valve, the pumping assembly upper end is connected with a bent mouth, the pump chamber inner wall has a locking cap, and a spring is between the locking cap upper end surface and the bent mouth; the pumping assembly includes a pump lever having at least one liquid inlet and connected with a piston, a limit assembly is between the pump lever and the locking cap to prevent the bent mouth from being pressed down when the pump lever rotates a certain angle. The structure is simple, self-locking, plastic, convenient for recycling, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
Portable pump by which liquid may be horizontally pressed out
A portable pump by which liquid may be horizontally pressed out, comprising a liquid storage container, a pump head being provided at a side of the liquid storage container, and a liquid suction device that is connected to the pump head being provided within the liquid storage container. The liquid suction device comprises a liquid suction chamber, a spring, a piston, and a liquid outlet pipe that is connected to the pump head. The liquid suction chamber is provided with a liquid inlet pipe and a fixed end of the spring, check valves being provided within the liquid outlet pipe and the liquid inlet pipe. The piston is sleeved with the liquid outlet pipe and provided with a through hole that matches an opening of the liquid outlet pipe. The pump can comprise a locking seat on the side of the liquid storage container that matches a pump head cover.
Trigger-type liquid sprayer
A trigger-type liquid sprayer in which a spring member urging an operation lever is less likely to be fatigued. A trigger-type liquid sprayer includes a sprayer main body attached to a container, an operation lever held to be swingable in a front-back direction with respect to the sprayer main body, and a spring member urging the operation lever forward. The spring member includes a fixed part that is located in front of a swing center of the operation lever and is fixed and held to the sprayer main body, and a projection that is located below the fixed part. The operation lever includes an inclined surface that is inclined upward from downward and frontward from backward and is urged by the projection abutting against the inclined surface.
PUMP WITH LEFT AND RIGHT LOCKING STRUCTURE AND EXTERNAL SPRING
The invention discloses a pump with a left and right locking structure and an external spring, which includes a pump body extending into a bottle body, a pump chamber is arranged on the pump body, a locking bottle cover is connected to the pump body, a pumping member is arranged in the pump chamber, a locking cover is provided at an inner wall of the pump chamber, a one-way valve is provided at a lower end of the pump chamber, a bent nozzle is provided at an upper end of the pumping member, a liquid guiding pipe capable of extending into the bottle body is arranged on the pump body and located below the one-way valve, the pumping member includes a pump rod, a liquid inlet hole is formed below the pump rod, a piston is sleeved on the pump rod, an air inlet hole is formed in the pump body, a pushing part is arranged on the pump rod, the locking cover is further provided with a limiting protruding block, and a reset spring is arranged between the locking cover and the bent nozzle; and a limiting member capable of preventing the bent nozzle from being pressed downward when the pump rod is rotated by a certain angle is arranged between the pump rod and the locking cover.
