A spray pump according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a housing having an inlet space and coupled to a container inlet; a housing cover coupled to an upper end of the housing; a disk for opening or closing the housing according to a pressure of the inlet space; a valve movably inserted inside the housing cover and having a valve head, a valve passage formed in the valve head, and a valve body; a guide having a portion inserted into the valve body and another portion located outside the valve body, and including a guide passage corresponding to a flow passage through which content is discharged; a pump spring for providing an elastic force for urging the valve upward; a piston movably inserted into an outer circumferential surface of the guide, and opening or closing the guide passage by means of an upward and downward movement of the valve; a nozzle having a coupling protrusion coupled to the valve head and in communication with the valve passage; a valve ball positioned inside the nozzle and capable of closing the upper end of the valve passage; and a pump spring for urging the valve ball downward.
Trigger type liquid ejector
A trigger type liquid ejector includes an ejector main body having a vertical supply pipe, an ejection barrel, a trigger mechanism having a main piston and a main cylinder, a reservoir cylinder, a reservoir plunger, a first check valve configured to block communication between a container body and the vertical supply pipe when the main cylinder is pressurized and allow communication when the main cylinder is decompressed, and a second check valve configured to allow communication between an ejection hole and the vertical supply pipe when the main cylinder is pressurized and block communication when the main cylinder is decompressed, and a communication path is provided between the main piston and the main cylinder and is configured to bring the main cylinder in communication with the container body when the main piston is moved to a position deviated rearward from a frontmost position.
PUMP ASSEMBLY OF NON-METAL PUMP TYPE COSMETIC CONTAINER
A non-metal pump type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention may efficiently process recycling after use. Also, Due to an operation of the elastic pump that is more flexible than a rigid metal spring, pumping may be achieved and thus a cosmetic material may be sensitively discharged even by a small force, leading to increases in tactile sensitivity and operational sensitivity. In addition, the structure of the elastic pump formed of resin having a relatively good deformation property is improved such that the elastic pump delicately may descend without being distorted during deformation, contributing to an improvement in product reliability according to a precise operation of each component.
Compression spring assembly and methods of using the same
An all plastic compression spring assembly includes a slotted tubular spring element formed from a tensile polymer material and first and second loading cones received at opposing first and second ends of the slotted tubular spring element. The loading cones are axially compressible toward each other within the slotted tubular spring element whereby the slotted tubular spring element radially expands in tension to create an opposing radial contraction force, and in turn, an axial extension spring force. When released, the spring element elastically returns to its normal at rest shape, returning the cones to their normal at rest positions.
AIRLESS TYPE MIXING CONTAINER FOR TWO KINDS OF CONTENTS CAPABLE OF DISCHARGING ALL CONTENTS
Provided is an airless type mixing container for two kinds of contents capable of discharging all the contents, in which two kinds of substances may be separately accommodated and easily used by mixing the separately accommodated substances. The mixing container is configured such that an auxiliary container mounting member is mounted so as to be positioned on a content receiving part of a main container in which one of two kinds of contents is accommodated, and an auxiliary container in which the other of the two kinds of contents is stored is mounted on the auxiliary container mounting member, so that the two different kinds of contents are respectively stored. When a content discharge pumping member is deeply pressed, as the auxiliary container mounted on the auxiliary container mounting member is released from a body of the auxiliary container mounting member, the two kinds of substances are mixed together.
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for a cartridge dispensing system and retention mechanism
The present application relates to the design of a class of beauty products that facilitates personalized replenishment. The physical product is a new type of case comprising one or two sides or chambers, where each chamber retains a cartridge of a specific type of product, such as a foundation. For example, in an embodiment where the case of the present invention comprises a single chamber product, the cartridge may contain a single type of foundation. In an embodiment where the present invention comprises a case capable of retaining two cartridges, or comprises two product chambers, one cartridge may hold a relatively lightweight foundation, and the other may hold a long-wear foundation.
Systems and methods to precisely control output pressure in buffered sprayers (DuO1)
Dispensing devices can include buffers. This obviates the need for continually pumping the device to dispense spray or foam. A buffer can be spring loaded, spring loaded combination, elastomeric or gas, and can be in line or adjacent to a piston chamber. Such sprayers and foamers can be mounted upside down. With a buffer, a piston chamber can deliver a greater amount of liquid per unit time than can be dispensed through the nozzle(s). The fraction of liquid that cannot be dispensed can be sent to the buffer for dispensing after the piston downstroke has completed. Volume of the piston chamber and buffer, pressure response of the buffer, throughput of the nozzle, and the minimum opening pressure of the outlet valve can be arranged to restrict the outlet pressures of liquid droplets exiting the nozzle within a defined range.
COSMETIC CONTAINER PROVIDED WITH PUMP INCLUDING PART MADE OF POLYKETONE MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container provided with a pump including a part made of a polyketone material, wherein the pump functions to pump a cosmetic to the outside and has some part made of the eco-friendly material polyketone, whereby the problems of odor generation and harmfulness of formaldehyde, which is a raw material for the conventional substance polyacetal (polyoxymethylene (POM)), can be eliminated to give the user neither an unpleasant feeling nor irritation, thus allowing the user to use the cosmetic safely.
