Systems and Methods to Precisely Control Output Pressure in Buffered Sprayers (DuO1)
In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, various novel dispensing devices can be provided. Such devices can involve a range of sprayer heads and sprayer/foamer systems incorporating such heads. Novel sprayer/foamer heads can include buffers of various types. By using a buffer, a user need not continually be pumping the device in order for the device to be spraying or foaming. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, such a buffer can be spring loaded, spring loaded combination, elastomeric or gas. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the buffer can be in line or adjacent to a piston chamber. If adjacent, it can be connected to the piston chamber with a one way valve, to provide for spray after a downstroke of the piston has been completed, or without, to allow spraying to cease once a user releases the trigger or other actuator. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, such novel sprayers and foamers can be mounted upside down, in various “Flairomop” devices, used to clean floors or the like. When using a buffer, a piston chamber can be designed to deliver greater amount of liquid per unit time than can be possibly dispensed through the nozzle or nozzles. The fraction of liquid that cannot be sent through the nozzle(s), due to their inherent restriction, can thus be sent to the buffer for dispensing after the piston downstroke has been completed. A volume of the piston chamber, a volume of the buffer, a pressure response of the buffer, the throughput of the nozzle, and the minimum opening pressure of the outlet valve can be arranged to restrict the outlet pressures of liquid droplets exiting the nozzle within a defined range.
SPRING FOAM PUMP AND PACKAGING CONTAINER
A spring foam pump and a packaging container including the same are provided. Under the push of the pressing head (2), the liquid pump piston (71) and the air pump piston (72) force the fluid and gas in the liquid pump chamber (5) and the air pump chamber (6) to enter the gas-liquid mixing chamber (4) to form foam, respectively. Under the action of pressure, the foam flows out after passing through the foam channel (21). The sealing requirement is not very high, and it can be used in various environments. The packaging container comprises a container capable of containing fluid and the spring foam pump.
AIRLESS METERED FLUID DISPENSER ASSEMBLY
A liquid dispensing apparatus comprising: a dispensing nozzle, end cap housing, lock-out mechanism, and dosage collar, wherein the lock-out mechanism is configured to prevent additional actuation of the dispensing nozzle and the dosage collar is configured to determine how far the dispensing nozzle may travel without resetting, which may allow the user to dispense a specific dosage of material to be dispensed via the dispensing nozzle.
DISPENSER FOR DISCHARGING PHARMACEUTICAL LIQUIDS
A dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical liquids in the form of individual drops, having a liquid store, a pump device with a pump chamber with a variable volume, and a dispensing opening. The dispenser additionally has a membrane part which delimits the pump chamber on one side and which changes the volume of the pump chamber by moving and/or deforming. The dispenser has a housing, within which the pump device is provided, and an actuation button movable relative to the housing between a non-actuated starting position and an actuated end position to move or deform the membrane part and to decrease the size of the pump chamber to discharge the liquid. The membrane part.is secured to the housing and to the actuation button. The pump chamber achieves a high degree of compression and a toggle switch is used as the actuation button.
COSMETIC CONTAINER
A cosmetic container is disclosed. One aspect of the invention provides a cosmetic container that includes: a body in which an interior space is formed for holding a content; a body shoulder coupled to an upper part of the body; and a pump coupled to an upper part of the body shoulder, where the body shoulder includes an outer periphery member inserted into the body, an inner periphery member positioned on the inside of the outer periphery member, a placement step formed on an upper part of the inner periphery member, and a pump support protruding downward from the placement step and having the pump inserted through an inside thereof, and where the pump includes a housing inserted through the pump support, and a housing flange configured to rest on the placement step is formed on an outer perimeter of the housing.
PLASTIC SPRING, PUMP CORE, LOTION PUMP AND PRESS-TYPE PACKAGING CONTAINER
A plastic spring, a pump core, a lotion pump and a press-type packaging container. The plastic spring includes at least one spring unit. Each spring unit includes a first support member, a second support member, and at least two torsion arms. The at least two torsion arms are arranged between the first support member and the second support member, and both ends of each of the torsion arms are respectively connected with the first support member and the second support member. Each of the torsion arms includes at least one vertical section, and an end of each vertical section is connected with the first support member or the second support member.
METERED AND ACTIVE SPRAYER DEVICES WITH AEROSOL FUNCTIONALITY - FLAIROSOL II
Dispensing devices are provided. Such devices utilize a combination of Flair® technology, pre-compression valves and aerosol-like pressurization of the dispensed liquid. An example dispensing device has, for example, a main body comprising a pressure chamber, the latter being provided with a pressure piston and a pressure spring. The device further has a piston and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a container and fills the pressure chamber with that liquid as a user operates a trigger in various compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both an inlet valve and an outlet valve. Liquid exiting the piston chamber under pressure enters a central vertical channel which is in fluid communication with both the pressure chamber and a dome valve, with pre-defined opening pressure, provided near the outlet channel at the top of the dispensing head.
DISPENSER FOR DISCHARGING PHARMACEUTICAL LIQUIDS
A dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical liquids, in particular in the form of individual drops. Such a dispenser is designed as a side-actuation dispenser with an actuation button on the dispenser in the region of a lateral surface of the housing and has a liquid store, a pump device with a pump chamber which has a variable volume, and a dispensing opening for dispensing the liquid. The actuation button is a spring-loaded toggle switch, the volume of the liquid channel is reduced using an insert, and a special housing design is provided for the purpose of adapting the dispenser to the customer's needs.
RECYCLABLE PUMP DISPENSER
A pump dispenser where the pump assemblies does not require disassembly to be recycled in current recycling streams. The pump assembly can include a plastic spring that does not lose stiffness over time and does not interact with the liquid product.
CONTAINER FOR DISCHARGING DIFFERENT TYPES OF CONTENT
Disclosed is a discharge container capable of discharging different types of content. A discharge container according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a first container which includes therein an insertion space and a first inner space separated from the insertion space by a partition wall; a second container which is formed separately from the first container and inserted into the insertion space, and which is provided with a second inner space; a first pump module which is coupled to the first container and discharges first content filled into the first inner space; and a second pump module which is coupled to the first container, becomes inserted into a second space when the second container is inserted into the insertion space, and discharges second content filled into the second inner space.
