Dispenser having a sub-assembly for selectively engaging and disengaging a plunger rod
A dispenser including a sub-assembly to engage and disengage a plunger rod. The sub-assembly minimizes the need for springs and other biasing members within the dispenser.
Reusable and Interchangeable Custom Tip Compound Application Device
The present invention relates to a device designed to enhance the efficiency and environmental sustainability of applying various compounds used in construction and repair tasks. The device comprises a first connector end equipped with a set of threads, a customizable tip that is configured to be received by the first connector end, and a second connector end that features a cavity to securely receive the tip. The second connector end also includes a corresponding set of threads that engage with the threads of the first connector end to tighten the assembly, ensuring a robust and leak-proof connection. Additionally, the device includes a container of compound that attaches to the first connector end, allowing for a seamless and controlled flow of the compound through the device. This invention provides a versatile solution that accommodates a wide range of compound types and application needs, with the added benefit of being environmentally friendly by reducing waste associated with traditional single-use compound application systems. The device's interchangeable tips and reusable components not only promote sustainability but also offer users the flexibility to adapt the tool for various specific tasks, enhancing precision and efficiency in compound application.
Dampening mechanisms for compound applicator
A dampening mechanism in combination with a compound applicator. The combination includes a compound applicator which further includes an incrementally iterative advancement mechanism for urging a plunger along a tube reservoir in preselected incremental strokes. The plunger urges compound along the tube reservoir and out through an applicator head. The compound applicator includes a device for dampening pressure spikes created in the tube reservoir during an incremental stroke of the plunger.
LOW PRESSURE HIGH VOLUME GREASE GUN
A grease gun which uses a piston to mechanically push grease from a standard tube without the need for air pressure. A grease tube chamber is sized to hold a standard tube of grease, and may be closed at a first or front end by a cap with a dispensing nozzle. At a second end, a piston assembly includes a plunger rod with a piston that may be advanced towards the front end by a drive handle assembly. As the piston advances, it enters into the open rear end of a grease tube, pushing the grease forward where it is dispensed through the nozzle on the cap. When not in use, the plunger rod is urged rearwards by a spring, pulling the piston away from the grease to reduce potential leakage.
MULTI-COMPONENT FLEXIBLE PACK DISPENSING MANIFOLD AND SYSTEM
A manifold assembly includes a manifold head and at least one piercing member. The manifold head includes a cap portion and a wall portion. The cap portion has an upper surface, a lower surface, and an inner edge that extends at least partially in a circumferential direction. The inner edge defines an opening that extends from the upper surface to the lower surface. The wall portion is coupled to the lower surface of the cap portion and has an inner wall surface that defines a channel. The at least one piercing member is coupled to the manifold head and extends in the circumferential direction along the inner edge of the cap portion and into the channel.
Dispensing System, Packaging System, Package, Dispensing Assembly, And Method Of Dispensing A Product
The invention includes a dispensing system for dispensing a packaged product, e.g. a condiment, onto one or more areas. A package including a pouch having the product therein cooperates with a dispensing gun to dispense a dose of product. The invention includes a packaging system that includes a container such as a rigid sleeve, and a flexible package with an aperture, and an internal fitment disposed in the aperture, the internal fitment comprising a pierceable or frangible membrane, the package including a flexible pouch; a dispensing assembly for dispensing a product from the package, including a valve and optionally a piercing component configured to pierce the membrane; and a method of dispensing a product.
DISPENSING GUN WITH ONBOARD ACCESSORY TOOL STOWAGE SYSTEM
A dispensing gun with an onboard tool stowage system is provided and has a frame body that includes a handle housing and a cartridge frame portion extending from said handle housing. The cartridge frame portion is configured for receiving a cartridge of work material therein. The frame body further includes at least one retention structure that has at least one receiving post protruding from said frame body. The dispensing gun further includes at least one accessory tool configured for detachable coupling with said at least one receiving post when stowed thereon, and a drive mechanism that is operably coupled to said frame body. The drive mechanism includes a drive member which passes displaceably into the cartridge frame portion responsive to operation of a trigger operatively disposed in the handle housing.
DISCHARGE DEVICE FOR SEMI-SOLID MATERIALS
This invention relates to a discharge device of the dispenser gun type, which is suitable in particular for discharging semi-solid materials such as e.g. bone replacement materials. The discharge device comprises an adapter (400) which is removably attached to a main body (110) of the discharge device. A fastening structure for attachment of a container (300) is formed on the adapter substantially along a proximal direction (C) contrary to the feed direction (A). As a result various types of containers can be fastened to the machine without the need to change the mechanism of the device. The container can be provided on both ends with identical external threads and can be closed by closure caps in order to enable intuitive handling. In order to improve access to points which are difficult to reach, the container may be in the form of a curved pipe or may be formed flexibly. The piston rod (200) of the discharge device is then also formed flexibly.
INTEGRATED MULTICOMPONENT DISPENSING SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
An integrated multicomponent dispensing system for use with a fluid dispenser and associated methods of manufacture, such as by 3D printing are provided. The system includes a cartridge including first and second cylinders having first and second chambers for storing first and second fluid components, respectively, and first and second fluid outlets. A static mixer of the system includes a fluid passageway and a plurality of mixing baffles configured to mix the first and second fluid components upon delivery into the fluid passageway. A frangible closure may also be formed integral with the cartridge and/or the static mixer to prevent discharge of the fluid components into the static mixer until this is desired. The formation of the static mixer and optionally also the cartridge as an integral, unitary piece reduces cost of assembly and storage of multiple parts conventionally formed separately.
Dispensing device for conveniently dispensing material
According to embodiments of the invention, apparatuses and devices are provided for a liquid compound dispensing device. Generally, the dispenser includes a frame for carrying a composition, a plunger shaft having a piston at one end for urging the composition out of the frame, and one or more plunger driving assemblies for driving the actuator shaft to expel the compound. The plunger driving assemblies may have one or more downwardly extending handles, and the assembly includes one or more triggers extending upwardly within the housing. One or more triggers may be pressed to expel compound. Further, one or more triggers and/or handles may be movable to different portions of the dispensing device.
