The motorized drain cleaner includes a three ring aluminum frame surrounding a rotating drum containing a drain snake drum, the rotating drain snake drum being coupled to a multi-directional motor, an outside frame coupled to a pair of pivoting wheels at its base, the outside frame having a plurality of frame support arms connecting a handle to a base about the pair of wheels and a control panel between the plurality of frame support arms about the handle, a pair of pivot support arms coupled between the three ring aluminum frame and the plurality of frame support arms of the outside frame permitting the three ring aluminum frame and the drain snake drum contained therein to pivot upward and downward about the pivot support arms, the drain snake drum coupled to a feed neck that is connected to a drain snake outlet coupled to the three ring frame supporting the drain snake outlet about a center of rotation of the rotating snake drum, and a drain snake cable having a cutting tool coupled to an outward end and being coupled to the drain snake drum such that rotation of the drain snake drum within the three ring frame causes the drain snake cable to rotate accordingly, the drain snake cable arranged to pass through the drain snake outlet as the drain snake cable exits the drain snake drum.
Method for placement of an imaging element cleaning apparatus and obturator for enabling same
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and assembly each adapted for enabling an imaging element cleaning apparatus to be placed through an abdominal wall of the patient without the use of a trocar or cannula. By eliminating the need for and use of a cannular or trocar, such embodiments advantageously overcome dimensional compatibility issues exhibited between the inside diameter of the central passage of commercially-available trocars and cannulas and the outside diameter of the sheath of an imaging element cleaning apparatus comprising such a sheath. Such dimensional compatibility issues are overcome by enabling an imaging element cleaning apparatus of the present disclosures to be placed through the abdominal wall of a patient without the use of a trocar or cannula. As a result, the sheath of the aforementioned imaging element cleaning apparatus can be in direct contact with the abdominal wall tissue.
Drain cleaner
A drain cleaner includes a drum assembly configured to store a cable and an actuator assembly movable relative to the drum assembly between a neutral position, where the cable is free to spin and translate out of the drum assembly, an autofeed position, where the cable is allowed to spin and is automatically driven out of the drum assembly, and an autofeed locked on position, where the actuator assembly is maintained in the autofeed position without continuous input from a user. The actuator assembly includes a handle supported by the drum assembly and an autofeed locking mechanism. The autofeed locking mechanism includes a drive lock and a lock release. The drive lock engages the handle to maintain the actuator assembly in the autofeed locked on position.
HYBRID DESCALING TOOL AND METHODS
A tool that removes a scale inside a pipe includes: a laser tool including a laser head to output a laser beam, and a robotic arm that is articulated and that is connected to the laser head. The robotic arm includes segments that are connected by flexible robotic arm joints to enable movement of the laser head in six degrees of freedom, and a control system to control the robotic arm to direct output of the laser beam. The tool also includes a drilling shaft attached to the robotic arm of the laser tool.
Device and method for cleaning monocrystalline pulling apparatus
A device for cleaning the inside of a monocrystalline pulling apparatus includes a main tube unit to be inserted into a pull chamber and an inner surface cleaning mechanism that is provided at an upper part of the main tube unit and cleans the inner surface of the pull chamber. The main tube unit includes a retreat/housing section into which a seed chuck provided at the lower end of a wire retreats and which houses the seed chuck therein, and a continuous extension mechanism that is provided at the lower part of the main tube unit and to which a plurality of extension rods are capable of being added and joined. Accordingly, the inner surface of the pull chamber is efficiently cleaned.
Cleaning bell for pipes
A cleaning bell (1) for removing scraps from tubular pipes for the transport or distribution of fluids, comprises a bell-shaped body (2) having a head end (5) provided with a through passage (6) for slidable insertion of an operating rod (7) carrying cleaning accessories (10); advantageously, said cleaning bell (1) comprises a pneumatic cylinder (12) fixed to said head end (5) and adapted to be attached to said operating rod (7) to oppose the force of ejection of said operating rod (7) from the bell-shaped body (2) caused by an internal overpressure.
Method for cleaning and lubricating an angiographic wire with fluid solvent delivery
A method of guiding an angiographic wire while delivering fluid solvent to the wire. The method incorporates a guide device comprising a housing that is mated to a base in a manner that defines an aperture for slidably receiving the angiographic wire. A plunger is disposed within the housing in a vertically adjustable manner such that the plunger has an open position, a closed position, and one or more intermediate positions relative to the housing. The angiographic wire is placed in the aperture, and the housing is mated to the base such that the wire is slidably retained in the aperture. The plunger is depressed such that a compression pad on the plunger is placed in contact with the wire, the wire being slidably retained between the compression pad and a base pad attached to the base.
DEVICE FOR REMOVING INTERNAL BLOCKAGE MATERIALS FROM A FLUID-CONVEYING LINE
The present invention provides a device for removing internal blockage materials (10) from a fluid-conveying line (3), said device comprising a cutting tool (9) activated by a rotary actuator (8), in which: the cutting tool (9) is positioned at the front of the device; and the cutting tool (9) comprises a diameter that is smaller than the internal diameter of the fluid-conveying line (3).
A Casing Cleaning Tool
A well cleaning tool (100) comprising: an elongate body (102) having a longitudinal axis; a central fluid bore (120) aligned with the longitudinal axis; and a cleaning element (110) mounted on the elongate body (102) and being displaceable with respect to the elongate body (102) in a direction inclined to the longitudinal axis, wherein the cleaning element (102) comprises at least one fluid channel (150) in fluid communication with the central fluid bore (120) and extending through the cleaning element (110) in a direction inclined to the longitudinal axis.
A FLUID FLOW ACTIVATED ROTATIONAL CLEANING TOOL
A system to clean well casing in a downhole well operation. The system comprises an inner collar having flow ports and an out collar having jet ports in fluid communication with the flow ports. The inner collar couples with a section of a tool string and the outer collar rotates about the inner collar in response to fluid flow through the tool string. The inner collar can include a sleeve. The sleeve can be moved from a first position to a second position causing the jet ports to be in fluid communication with the flow ports. The inner collar remains relatively stationary with respect to the rotation of the outer collar. In addition, the jet ports are angled in a way that a portion of force generated by the fluid flow through the jet ports induce rotation of the outer collar in the opposite direction of the fluid flow.
