Apparatus for multistage thermal treatment of rubber waste, in particular scrap tires
A process for multistage thermal treatment of rubber waste, in particular scrap tires, is proposed. The process comprises several steps of transferring a product granulate of rubber waste into three different sequencing heating zones of a reactor (10). In the heating zones (11a, 11b, 11c) the product granulate is heated at a first temperature between 100 to 200 C., preferably 150 to 180 C., then at a second temperature between 200 to 350 C. and at a third temperature between 300 to 600 C. The temperature is maintained until such time that no further oil is emitted within the respective heating zone. As a final step, the product granulate is removed from the reactor (10) and the desirable solid materials are separated.
Pipeline descaling tool
A pipeline descaling tool includes a milling tool, a roller assembly and a motor. The milling tool can rotate about a longitudinal axis of the assembly and is sized to fit within an inner volume defined by a pipeline. The milling tool can mill, by rotating, solid obstructions protruding from an inner surface of the pipeline into the inner volume. The roller assembly includes multiple rollers. The roller assembly is axially coupled to the milling tool. The roller assembly can transport the pipeline tool assembly including the milling tool within the inner volume. The motor is connected to the roller assembly and to the milling tool. The motor can rotate the milling tool and power the roller assembly.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING CABLES, SUCH AS FIBER OPTIC CABLES INCLUDING ASSOCIATED SENSORS, IN TUBULAR STRUCTURES SUCH AS A PIPELINES
A cable installation apparatus includes a drive assembly and a cable assembly, wherein the apparatus dispenses the cable onto and/or into and along the inner surface of a tubular structure while being moved. The apparatus also includes a securing assembly for holding and dispensing a securing material component while the apparatus is being moved along the length of the tubular structure, wherein the securing material component secures the cable to the inner surface of the tubular structure after being dispensed from the apparatus. A cleaning assembly may also be included for cleaning portions of the inner surface of the tubular structure while the apparatus is being moved along the length of the tubular structure and before the cable is dispensed onto and/or into the portions of the inner surface of the tubular structure.

Sewer line root cleaning and repair system
A sewer line root cleaning and repair system includes a root cleaner having a first body and a second body connected by a flexible connector. A flexible rotating member extending from a pneumatic motor in the first body extends through the flexible connector and the second body. The flexible rotating member terminates beyond the second body in a series of bristles. As the root cleaner moves through a sewer line a set of wheels on the first body extends outward, centering the first body in the sewer line as the bristles spin at high RPM centering the second body in the sewer line and scouring the sewer line free of roots including small root hairs. Afterward, a coating sprayer is inserted into the sewer line, connected to a coating supply and air supply, and the coating is sprayed under pressure to line the inner surface of the sewer line.

Pipe pig
A pipe pig is provided with linked wheels, and at least a central wheel of the linked wheels is pivotally linked to adjacent wheels through a spring loaded connection that biases the central wheel out of straight line alignment with the adjacent wheels. The pipe pig may be used to negotiate tight bends in a pipe and carry sensing electronics.

Device and arrangement for milling inner surface of pipe
The device is for grinding a pipe from an inside. The device has a spindle arranged to be rotated. The device further has protrusions fastened to the spindle. The protrusions have a strip causing an elastic force when being bent. The protrusions are arranged to position the device or a part of the device inside the pipe. The protrusions have blades arranged to grind the inner surface of the pipe, while the spindle is being rotated.
