12516122 · 2026-01-06 · ·

The present invention relates to novel antibodies and fragments that bind to a V-domain Ig Suppressor of T cell Activation (VISTA), and methods of making and using same. Methods of use include methods of treatment of cancer, including leukemias, lymphomas, solid tumors and melanomas.

SYNTHESIS AND COMPOSITION OF AMINO ACID LINKING GROUPS CONJUGATED TO COMPOUNDS USED FOR THE TARGETED IMAGING OF TUMORS

The present disclosure relates to compounds that are useful as near-infrared fluorescence probes, wherein the compounds include i) a pteroyl ligand that binds to a target receptor protein, ii) a dye molecule, and iii) a linker molecule that comprises an amino acid or derivative thereof. The disclosure further describes methods and compositions for incorporating the compounds as used for the targeted imaging of tumors. Conjugation of the amino acid linking groups increase specificity and detection of the compound. Methods and compositions for use thereof in diagnostic imaging are contemplated.

GARP AS A BIOMARKER AND BIOTARGET IN T-CELL MALIGNANCIES

The present study of the regulatory T phenotype of Szary cells led to the discovery of the expression of GARP (LRRC32) by Szary cells. GARP has also been shown to be overexpressed in samples from patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. GARP therefore appears as a diagnostic marker, for monitoring T-cell malignancies, and as a therapeutic target. Accordingly, the present invention relates to methods for the diagnosis and treatment of T-cell malignancies.

Methods and compositions relating to anti-PD1 antibody reagents

Described herein are novel anti-PD1 antibody reagents (e.g., antibodies, antigen-binding fragments thereof, and/or chimeric antigen receptors). Also described herein antibody-drug conjugates or kits comprising the disclosed antibody reagents, as well as methods of treating cancer by administering the disclosed antibody reagents.

Targeting Galectin-9 as a therapeutic strategy for T-cell exhaustion in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

The present invention relates to compositions and methods for treating early T-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ETP T-ALL).

Identification and monitoring of monoclonal immunoglobulins related to monoclonal gammopathy by molecular mass with mass spectrometry

Disclosure herein are methods for determining whether or not an immunoglobulin is present above the polyclonal background level in a biological sample, and methods for determining whether an immunoglobulin contains a kappa or lambda light chain. These methods are useful for screening biological samples for the presence or absence of monoclonal gammopathy, and for diagnosing and monitoring monoclonal gammopathy in a subject.

METHODS OF TREATING DISORDERS USING CSF1R INHIBITORS

Described herein are methods of treating cancers and other tumors related to the decreased proliferation, the depletion, or the repolarization of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and treatment of associated disorders, including tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) and diffuse-type tenosynovial giant cell tumor (DTGCT).

Anti-BCMA antibody, antigen-binding fragment thereof and medical use thereof

Provided are an anti-BCMA antibody, an antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a medical use thereof. Further provided are a chimeric antibody and a humanized antibody containing a CDR region of the anti-BCMA antibody, a pharmaceutical composition containing the anti-BCMA antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof, and the use of same as an anti-cancer drug and for treating autoimmune diseases. Particularly, provided are a humanized anti-BCMA antibody, and the use of same in the preparation of a drug for treating BCMA-mediated diseases or conditions and the use of same in disease detection and diagnosis.
