Driving machine

A driving machine is provided to prevent clogging of a fastener in an ejection passage without increasing the total length of the ejection passage. A nail driving machine includes: a nose part forming an upper portion of an ejection passage through which a nail passes; a contact part being slidable along the nose part and forming a lower portion of the ejection passage; a driver blade striking a head part of the nail supplied to the ejection passage; and a guide part disposed in a lower portion of the nose part and guiding the nail passing through the ejection passage. The guide part has a guide surface inclining to protrude from a radial outer side toward a radial inner side of the ejection passage. A housing groove is formed in the contact part and the guide part enters the housing groove when the contact part slides along the nose part.

COMBUSTION GAS-DRIVEN DRIVING-IN DEVICE

The invention relates to a driving-in device comprising a driving-in piston which is guided in a cylinder for driving a nail element into a workpiece and comprising a combustion chamber which is arranged on the driving-in piston and which can be filled with an ignitable combustion gas mixture. An overpressure of the combustion gas mixture can be generated in the combustion chamber by a charging element, and the driving-in piston is sealed against an inner wall of the cylinder by a first seal during the driving-in movement. The driving-in piston is sealed from the combustion chamber by a second seal, which is loaded axially to a piston axis (A), in a starting position.

The restricting plate is inserted in the nail-hitting track and movable in the restricting direction. Therefore, the restricting plate can be moved to press against the second lateral side of different sized nail clamps to clamp the nail clamp between the lateral surface of the nail-hitting track and the restricting plate, and the nail clamp can be firmly positioned in the nail-hitting track without slipping.

Fastener driving tool with an automatic nose chamber guide member

A fastener driving tool with an improved nose chamber guide member is provided for driving fasteners of at least two different lengths. Multiple fasteners in a magazine are guided toward a driving bore to be driven by a driver blade. A nosepiece defines a passageway of the fasteners. The guide member is operatively connected to the nosepiece and is configured for transitioning between a first position and a second position relative to the nosepiece in a direction transverse to an operational flow direction of the fasteners. In the first position, the guide member is disposed to align with the driving bore for allowing driving of the fasteners having a first length. In the second position, the guide member is disposed out of alignment with respect to the driving bore for allowing driving of the fasteners having a second length, which is longer than the first length.

DRIVING TOOL

A lock member is slidably provided in a pusher that pushes driven members in a feed direction. An engaging portion of the lock member engages a locking portion of a contact arm to restrict an ON operation of the contact arm. The lock member is relatively retracted against a lock biasing member when the engaging portion is pressed against the contact arm.

It is proposed that the guide member and/or transporting member is formed to operate on receiving ribbons of different widths.
