A method of manufacturing a liquid container, in which, a nozzle unit includes a blow nozzle having a supply port and a spare supply tube having, at a lower end thereof, a spare supply port. The method includes: an air exhausting step of exhausting the air in the preform to the outside by supplying a liquid into the preform from the spare supply port located at a bottom portion of the preform; a liquid blow molding step of molding the preform into a liquid container by supplying a pressurized liquid from the supply port into the preform; and a headspace forming step of forming a headspace by exhausting the liquid from the inside of the liquid container.

The invention relates to a method and to a device for producing containers (11) filled with a liquid filling material (21, 21.1) from preforms (2) made of a thermoplastic material, wherein the preform (2) is thermally conditioned before its transformation, and subsequently, during a forming and filling phase, in a mold (37) of a forming and filling station (10), it is transformed into the container (11) by means of the filling material (21, 21.1) as pressure medium, wherein the filling material (21, 21.1) is introduced from a forming and filling head (28) into the preform, wherein the forming and filling head (28) is moved from a rest position, which enables a supplying and insertion of a preform into the mold (37) of the forming and filling station (10), into a sealing position with respect the preform (2), wherein, during the transformation into the container (11), the preform (2) is preferably guided at least temporarily by a stretching rod (17) and stretched in axial direction, wherein, after the completion of the forming and filling phase, the container (11) is closed with a closure cap (15) before the container (11) is removed from the forming and filling station (10), wherein the closure cap (15) is supplied from a cap supplying device (50) into the area of the forming and filling station (10), and characterized in that, after the completion of the forming and filling phase, the forming and filling head (28) is moved from the sealing position into a position spaced apart from the container (11), then the closure cap (15) is supplied into the area between container (11) and forming and filling head (28), and then the closure cap (15) is pressed by the forming and filling head (28) in a longitudinal direction (32) of the container onto the container (11).

A method and a device for producing a container filled with a liquid filling material from preforms made of a thermoplastic material, wherein each preform is thermally conditioned and subsequently, during a molding and filling phase, remolded into the container in a mold having at least one liquid filling material as a pressure medium. The filling material or parts of the filling material are supplied at at least two points in time and/or in at least two process phases with different contents of carbon dioxide and/or at different temperatures. In the second process phase, dry ice, particularly in form of pellets, is supplied.

The invention relates to a moulding and filling station of an installation for producing filled containers from preforms (2) by means of liquid filling material introduced into the preform (2) under pressure, said moulding and filling station comprising a stretch rod (1) and a liquid duct (3), which can be controlled by means of a filling valve (22), passes through at least part of the stretch rod (1) and ends in at least one outlet opening (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 5) in the stretch rod (1), and being characterised in that a gas barrier (6, 6a, 6b) is provided in the liquid duct (3) between the filling valve (22) and the outlet opening (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 5). The invention also relates to a stretch rod (1) for a moulding and filling station, having a filling material duct (3) and at least one outlet opening (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 5) for discharging filling material, a gas barrier (6, 6a, 6b) being provided in the filling material duct (3).
REDUCED MATERIAL CONTAINER AND METHOD OF FORMING SAME
Systems and methods for making a reduced material container are provided that hold a preform adjacent to an open end of the preform, stretch the preform, close a mold about the stretched preform to form a truncated preform, and introduce a pressurized fluid into the truncated preform to expand the truncated preform and form the reduced material container. A stretch rod can be inserted into the preform to mechanically stretching the preform. The mold accepts the preform at a first end thereof, has an open state and a closed state, and the closed state forms a cavity defining an internal surface having a second end located remotely from the first end. A first length is defined by a distance between the first end and the second end, the stretch rod mechanically stretching the preform to a second length, the second length being greater than the first length.

A liquid-filled container manufacturing method including: the air discharge step of discharging air from an inside of a preform, by supplying a liquid at a level of pressure that does not cause stretching of the preform to the inside of the preform through an intra-tube channel formed between an inner peripheral surface of a spare supply tube extending through a blow nozzle and an outer peripheral surface of a spare supply rod provided radially inward thereof; and the liquid blow molding step of molding the preform into a container with a shape conforming to an inner surface of a mold, by stretching the preform downward using the spare supply rod and supplying a pressurized liquid to the inside of the preform through an intra-nozzle channel formed between an inner peripheral surface of the blow nozzle and the outer peripheral surface of the spare supply rod.

Stretch blow molding process
A stretch blow molding process for producing a plastic container from a preform, having an elongated, tubular preform body, extending along a center axis. The first end of the preform body is closed by a preform bottom and the second end is adjoined by a neck part with a pouring opening. A wall, bounds an interior space of the preform. The preform body is heated and introduced into a cavity of a blow mold. A stretching mandrel enters the preform until the stretching mandrel tip reaches the preform bottom. The preform body and the preform bottom are stretched by the stretching mandrel. The preform body and the preform bottom are deformed by introducing a fluid into the preform under pressure. The stretching mandrel makes contact with the inner side of the wall in the region of the preform body.
