CUSHION STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A cushion structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The cushion structure includes an intermediate layer, two rubber layers, and two surface layers. The intermediate layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The two rubber layers are respectively disposed on the first surface and the second surface of the intermediate layer. The two surface layers are respectively disposed on the two rubber layers. Each of the two rubber layers is formed from a rubber composition that includes a main rubber, a solvent, a conductive carbon material, and a foaming agent.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE HOUSING AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
An electronic device housing includes an instrument, a first primer layer provided to cover the instrument, a film layer provided on the first primer layer, a second primer layer provided on the film layer, and a coating layer provided on the second primer layer. The film layer includes at least one overwrap at which the film layer overlaps that is configured to surround the first primer layer.
THERMAL INSULATION SYSTEM
A thermal insulation system for an aerospace duct through which high temperature fluid, greater than 500 F, passes. The thermal insulation system can experience pressures less than 80 kilopascals and can be included in a turbine engine. The thermal insulation system includes at least a first foil layer confronting the duct, an insulation layer confronting the first foil layer, a second foil layer confronting the insulation layer, and at least one coating applied to any one of the layers.
IDENTIFYING THE LOCATION OF CONTACT BETWEEN A BALL AND A BAT
An impact label for use as a baseball training aid includes a deformable layer and an incompressible layer which may include aluminum foil and paper, respectively. The incompressible layer includes voids distributed in a regular pattern. A first side of the incompressible layer is adhered to the deformable layer. A second side of the incompressible layer is formed around the barrel of a baseball bat, e.g., via an adhesive on a base layer. Areas of the deformable layer proximate to the voids and within an area of contact with a baseball during a swing of the bat are adapted to deform in response to contact with the baseball, thereby creating dimples that are indicative of the area of contact and force of contact.
DIAPHRAGM AND SOUND GENERATING DEVICE USING THE DIAPHRAGM
The present disclosure provides a diaphragm and a sound generating device using the diaphragm. The diaphragm comprises a diaphragm body part, and a composite layer bonded to the center of the diaphragm body part. The composite layer comprises: a porous material layer; and a first metal layer and a second metal layer respectively disposed on two sides of the porous material layer. Compared with the prior art, the composite layer of the diaphragm adopts a composite structure composed of a porous material layer and metal layers, which can reduce the mass of the diaphragm and improve the modulus density ratio of the diaphragm while ensuring the rigidity of vibration. The porous structural material can increase the damping of the diaphragm, absorb the vibration energy under the specific resonant frequency, and thus effectively improve the high-frequency split vibration, reduce the distortion and improve the high pitched sound quality.
