Liquid ejection head and method of manufacturing liquid ejection head
Provided are a liquid ejection head capable of preventing deformation and breakage of a filter and a method of manufacturing the liquid ejection head. The liquid ejection head comprises: a substrate comprising a supply port through which to supply a liquid and an element configured to produce energy for ejecting the liquid; a resin layer comprising an ejection port through which the liquid is ejectable with the energy produced by the element, and a flow channel connecting the supply port and the ejection port; a filter disposed between the supply port and the flow channel; and a support portion supporting a surface of the filter on the supply port side and a surface of the filter on the flow channel side.
Liquid container and liquid ejecting apparatus
A liquid container includes a first liquid accommodating chamber 31, a filter 50, a filter chamber 42 in which the filter is disposed, and a partition wall 47 that divides the first liquid accommodating chamber and the filter chamber. The filter chamber is disposed on the Z side of the first liquid accommodating chamber, which is vertically below the first liquid accommodating chamber. The partition wall has a flow-out path 51, which has an outlet 106 covered by the filter and through which the liquid having passed through the filter flows to the liquid ejecting head, a first communication path 48 having a first communication port 111, and a second communication path 49 having a second communication port 112. The communication paths are provided at positions different from the position of the flow-out path and communicate with the first liquid accommodating chamber and the filter chamber.
LIQUID EJECTION DEVICE
A control section controls an ejection operation to eject liquid in each of a first state in which the liquid flows from a supply tank to a liquid ejection head in a supply channel, the liquid flows from the liquid ejection head to a collection tank in a collection channel, and the liquid flows from the collection tank to the supply tank in a feedback channel, and a second state in which the liquid flows from the supply tank to the liquid ejection head in the supply channel and the liquid flows from the supply tank to the liquid ejection head and the liquid flows from the collection tank to the liquid ejection head in the collection channel.
Liquid circulation device and liquid discharging apparatus
A liquid circulation device includes a housing having an outlet and an inlet, a circulation unit configured to convey liquid out of the housing through the outlet and recover liquid into the housing through the inlet, a liquid supplying unit configured to supply liquid into the housing, an air conveying unit configured to convey air into and out of the housing, a level detecting unit configured to detect a level of the liquid in the housing, a pressure sensing unit configured to detect a pressure of the air in the housing, and a control unit configured to control a pressure of the liquid in the housing by controlling the liquid supplying unit or the air conveying unit, based on the level and the pressure of the air.
LIQUID EJECTING APPARATUS
A liquid ejecting apparatus including a liquid ejecting head that ejects a liquid, a liquid storage portion that stores the liquid, a supply flow path that communicates the liquid ejecting head and the liquid storage portion with each other, and an air chamber that is coupled to the supply flow path through a plurality of flow paths. The supply flow path includes a filter. The plurality of flow paths are, in the supply flow path, connected upstream of the filter, and the air chamber is positioned at a position higher than the filter when in a posture during use.
Food product platform for food product printer
A food product platform, system and method for supporting a food product thereon during printing. The platform has a first surface for supporting the food product thereon, the first surface having a surface topography configured to securely support the food product thereon; and a second surface supporting an attachment mechanism for removably coupling to a reciprocal attachment mechanism on a receiving arm of a printer, wherein the attachment mechanism prevents movement of the platform with respect to the receiving arm when coupled to the receiving arm. The food product platform is removably connectable to the receiving arm manually and without the use of tools.
Delivery tray for food product printer
A delivery tray, system, and method for automatically delivering food product to a printer for printing on a surface of the food product. The tray has a main body having a plurality of food product support surfaces spaced apart on the main body and each food product support surface configured for supporting one of a plurality of food products thereon and the main body further comprising at least one positioning mechanism corresponding to each of the plurality of food product support surfaces and each positioning mechanism comprising at least one positioning element for guiding the loading of at least one of the plurality of food products onto the delivery tray. The tray is coupled to a motorized base for automatic movement of the tray.
Delivery tray mounting system for food product printer
A printer and corresponding method of printing an image on a surface of a plurality of food products by providing a system having a printer with an extendable and retractable receiving arm and a movable food product delivery tray for continuously and automatically providing delivery of unprinted food products which are retracted into the printer, printed on, and returned by the receiving arm to the rotatable delivery tray and the tray further moves to deliver subsequent food products for printing. A motorized base spaced apart from the printer supports the delivery tray during and printing processes.
