Flexible sunscreen and sunshade assembly provided therewith
A flexible sunscreen is provided intended for use in a sunshade assembly of the type comprising a flexible sunscreen having a central part and two opposed inwardly folded longitudinal edges connected to the central part by means of folding lines, and two opposed longitudinal guides for receiving therein and guiding corresponding ones of the inwardly folded longitudinal edges of the flexible sunscreen, which guides are provided with locking members for engaging an outer end of the inwardly folded longitudinal edges for preventing these edges from moving out of the longitudinal guides. The central part of the flexible sunscreen mainly is manufactured from a first material with a first stiffness wherein of the inwardly folded longitudinal edges and of the parts of the central part adjacent the edges at least part is made of a second material with a second higher stiffness.
Roller blind arrangement with lateral guide
A roller blind arrangement for shading a transparent vehicle section having a roller blind web, which can be wound to form a roller blind winding and is guided at its lateral edges in relation to a vertical longitudinal center plane of the roller blind in each case in one guide rail, as well as a drive device having a drive pinion which drives two driving means which are each guided in one of the guide rails. The driving means are in each case designed as a toothed belt. The toothed belt can have at least one flat surface for coupling to the roller blind web, and the driving means are joined within the guide rails to the roller blind web in each case solely via their respective flat surfaces and are detached from the roller blind web in a section arranged between the guide rails and the roller blind winding.
Sunscreen assembly for an open roof construction
Sunscreen assembly for an open roof construction in a vehicle of the type includes a flexible sunscreen having a center part and two opposed longitudinal edges connected to the center part and folding lines along which the longitudinal edges fold inwardly and whereby the center part of the flexible sunscreen comprises at least one layer of cloth. The sunscreen assembly further comprises a rotatable winding shaft configured to wind and unwind the sunscreen at a first one of its transversal edges, two opposed longitudinal guides configured to receive therein and guide corresponding ones of the inwardly folded longitudinal edges of the sunscreen, and wherein the folding lines are formed substantially by at least one respective incision made in the center part of the sunscreen along which the longitudinal edges are folded inwardly.
GUIDE AND SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY PROVIDED THEREWITH
A guide is presented intended for use in a sunshade assembly of the type comprising a flexible sunscreen having opposed longitudinal edges and two opposed longitudinal guides each comprising at least two spaced guide legs for defining there between a guide channel for receiving therein and guiding corresponding ones of the opposed longitudinal edges of the sunscreen. The guides and longitudinal edges are provided with cooperating guide locking members and edge locking members for preventing the longitudinal edges of the sunscreen from moving out of the guide channels. The guide locking members are defined on separate parts engaging the guides.
SHADING DEVICE FOR A WINDOW OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A shading device for a window of a motor vehicle with a sheet-like structure which is held on a winding shaft so as to be able to be wound up and unwound between a wound-up inoperative position and a stretched protective position. The winding shaft is mounted rotatably in a vehicle-mounted receiving space closable by a closing part mounted pivotably between a closed position and an opening position. The sheet-like structure is provided with a pull-out profile shiftable parallel along the window by a drive system. The closing part is controlled by a control mechanism between two different opening positions, of which a first opening position opens up an opening permitting passage of the pull-out profile, and a second opening position opens up a reduced opening selected to be of a size sufficient in order to permit the sheet-like structure to pass through without contact.
SHADING DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE WINDOW
A shading structure for a motor vehicle windshield including a profiled pull-out section attached to the shading structure at an end face and which is moved between a lowered rest position and an extended functional position in lateral guiding rails fixed to the vehicle by a drive transmission means. In the rest position, the shading structure is lowered into a shaft fixed to the vehicle through a passage. The passage is closed by a lid which is pivoted between open and a closed positions, and a control mechanism is provided for opening and closing the lid. The control mechanism is coupled to a displacement movement of the pull-out section. The control mechanism has a traction mechanism that controls the lid between the open position and an intermediate position located between the open position and the closed position of the lid, on the basis of the pull-out section passing through the passage.
Vehicle curtain
A vehicle includes a lift gate operable between the open and closed positions and includes an interior trim panel. A track assembly is positioned on a perimeter of the interior trim panel. A curtain is coupled to the track assembly and configured to hang from the lift gate in the open position.
Roller blind arrangement having driving means for laterally guiding a roller blind web
A roller blind for shading a transparent vehicle section having a roller blind web which can be wound up to form a roller blind reel and which is guided in a guide rail at each of its lateral edges on either side of a longitudinal center plane of the roller blind, and two driving means, each of which is guided in a guide track of one of the guide rails. Each driving means is formed by a toothed belt which has a substantially rectangular cross-section and a toothing on at least one side whose teeth run at least approximately parallel to the plane of the unwound roller blind web in the transverse direction of the respective guide rail, the roller blind web being pressed between the toothed belt underside having the toothing and a bottom of the guide track and being deflected in the guide track by the toothed belt.
