CHARGE PORT COVERING ASSEMBLY AND COVERING METHOD
An exemplary charge port covering assembly includes, among other things, a biasing device configured to move to a first position when a charger is decoupled from a charge port, and to a second position when the charger is coupled to the charge port. A charge port door is moveable to a closed position when the biasing device is in the first position, and is held in an open position when the biasing device is in the second position. An exemplary charge port covering method includes, among other things, biasing a charge port door toward an open position with a biasing device in a first position, and moving the biasing device from the first position to a second position to close the charge port door.
Fuel door opener
A fuel door opener may include a main body coupled in a fuel door housing, and disposed to face a hinge of a fuel door rotatably coupled at one side of the fuel door housing, a locking rod which is disposed to be movable between a locking position where the fuel door is locked and an unlocking position where the fuel door is unlocked in accordance with opened and closed states of the fuel door, and an opening detection switch disposed in the main body adjacent to the locking rod, and detecting the opened and closed states of the fuel door by selectively coming into contact with the locking rod as the locking rod is positioned at the unlocking position.
Opening and Closing Device for a Motor Vehicle
An opening and closing device (10), such as for a charging port on electric vehicles or a fuel filler neck on vehicles with a combustion engine, has a flap unit (68), an actuator (30) for moving the flap unit (68), and a housing (16). The flap unit (68) has at least one guide element (114) which engages in a guide slot (126, 130) formed in the housing (16). The flap unit (68) is coupled to a cross-piece or traverse that can be moved by the actuator by means of at least one coupling element.
Fuel tank
A fuel tank includes a tank panel in which a storage space of a fuel is formed, a tank inlet fixed to the tank panel, and a tank cap that allows the tank inlet to be opened and closed. The tank inlet includes a bottomed cylindrical inlet plate to which the tank cap is attached, an inlet pipe that protrudes from a bottom wall of the inlet plate into the storage space, and a separator configured to separate the fuel entering from the storage space into a liquid component and a gas component. The separator is supported by the bottom wall of the inlet plate in the storage space, and the separator is disposed on an outer side of the inlet pipe and on an inner side relative to an outer edge of the inlet plate in a bottom view of the tank inlet.
CLOSING DEVICE OF A FUEL TANK LID FOR VEHICLES
A closing device includes a box with a hole, a roto-translating pin disposed in the hole of the box in such a way to rotate and translate from a retracted closing position to an extracted opening position; the closing device having spring means to push the roto-translating pin in the opening position, a locking device to lock the roto-translating pin in the closing position, actuation means to move the locking device, an actuator to move the actuation means; the roto-translating pin having a shoulder that protrudes externally from the roto-translating pin to be stopped against the internal wall of the box around the hole in such manner to stop the extraction travel of the roto-translating pin.
CLOSING SYSTEM FOR A DOOR OF THE FUEL TANK
A closing system includes a module having a tubular body with a duct suitable for communicating with a fuel tank of a vehicle; a door hinged to the body of the module, and a lock mounted in the body of the module. The lock has a box with a shell and a lid, a closing pin suitable for fastening the pin of the door, a spring that stresses the closing pin, a cam obtained in the closing pin, a follower with a tip that acts in the cam, a latch that engages and locks the closing pin, an actuator suitable for actuating the latch, and an emergency mechanism that can be manually actuated by the user to unlock the closing pin from the latch.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a tank, an exterior cover, an openable cover, and a hinge member. The tank has a replenishing port. The exterior cover covers the tank and includes an opening section in a portion facing the replenishing port. The openable cover covers the opening section. The hinge member is provided between a lower end of the openable cover and the exterior cover and allows rotation of the openable cover. A recessed section is formed on an upper part of the hinge member when the openable cover is opened.
