Latch device
A latch device includes a case, a rod juts out from inside the case so as to adopt an advanced position, a rod biasing member biases the rod in a jutting out direction pushing the rod out from inside the case, a lock mechanism that includes a slide cam that moves together with the rod in the jutting out direction and a rotation cam that is relatively rotatable with respect to the slide cam about an axis of the rod, with the lock mechanism locking the rod in a retracted position in the case due to the rotation cam engaging with the slide cam and rotating due to the rod being pressed in, a guide mechanism for rotating the rod about the axial direction thereof when the rod is advancing or retracting, and an engagement portion that engages with an engaged portion when the rod has been locked.
Vehicle flap cover system and a method for automatically actuating the flap cover
A system having a cover for a motor vehicle, in particular a fuel cap or a charging port cover, an electromotive actuator with an output and an electric motor, and an electric motor controller, wherein the electric motor of the actuator can be controlled via the motor controller as a function of an electric actuation signal such that the output of the actuator transfers the cover to an open position or a closed position. In order to realize the automatic opening or closing of a cover for a motor vehicle using simple circuit technology, it is proposed that the actuation signal can be generated by an external movement of the output. Furthermore, a method for automatically actuating a cover is provided.
Vehicle lid lock device
A vehicle lid lock device includes a locking member for locking a lid provided on a vehicle, a housing member in which an insertion hole is formed into which the locking member is inserted and which houses the locking member enabled to move backward and forward; and an annular seal member that is housed in a housing portion of the housing member and that seals a gap between an inner surface of the insertion hole of the housing member and an outer surface of the locking member. The seal member includes a main body including an inner peripheral surface with an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the locking member, and a lip portion that protrudes radially inward from the inner peripheral surface of the main body and that is in slide contact with the outer surface of the locking member.
LOCKING SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE LID
A locking system for locking a lid of a vehicle including: a lid, a movement actuator for moving the lid, a lock having a roto-translating pin with a head suitable for being engaged in a seat of the lid, and an actuator of the lock that moves the roto-translating pin. The actuator has an electric motor and a motion reducer. The electric motor is suitably configured so as to rotate in a first rotational direction to move the roto-translating pin from a retracted position to an extracted position, and in a second rotational direction to move the roto-translating pin from the extracted position to the retracted position.
Locking device for locking a charging flap of an electrically operated motor vehicle and electrically operated motor vehicle comprising such a locking device
A locking device for locking a charging flap of an electrically operated motor vehicle, with a latching device, a latch catch device and a receiving device. The receiving device includes a receptacle in which the latch catch device is accommodated in a form-fitting manner and is fixedly clamped. The latching device is connectable to a body component of the motor vehicle and the receiving device is connectable to the charging flap of the motor vehicle. The latching device is connectable in a locking position in a form-fitting manner to the latch catch device and in a release position is separable from the latch catch device. The latch catch device is designed in order, in the locking position of the latching device, to be removable without destruction from the receptacle by exertion of a predetermined minimum pull-off force by the latching device along a pull-off direction.
VEHICLE LID OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE
A vehicle lid opening/closing device includes: a base portion mounted on a vehicle body; an opening exposing a supply port for supplying energy to a vehicle; a lid closing the opening; and a link mechanism opening/closing the lid between predetermined closed and opened positions. The link mechanism includes first and second arms each rotatably supported at one end portion thereof by the base portion and at another end portion thereof by the lid. The second arm rotates in synchronization with rotation of the first arm and is positionable in a rotation trajectory of the first arm when seen in a thrust direction. The first and second arms respectively have overlap portions overlapping each other in the thrust direction at the lid opened position, and stopper portions coming into contact with each other in a rotation direction at the lid opened position to restrict further opening of the lid.
Forward/backward movement device
The forward/backward movement device includes: a case; a forward/backward member, and a drive mechanism. In the forward/backward movement device, the drive mechanism includes: a drive section including a drive section main body and a drive shaft; a gear section; an arm section; and a lock portion including a conversion mechanism and an engaging section. In the forward/backward movement device, the forward/backward member and the drive section are housed in the case such that respective axes of the forward/backward member and the drive section are substantially parallel to each other, and the arm section includes a rotation axis, in which a plane containing a rotation direction of the arm section with the rotation axis is substantially parallel with respect to a plane containing an axial direction of the drive section and an axial direction of the forward/backward member.
Tank flap or charging flap arrangement
A tank flap or charging flap arrangement for a vehicle includes a housing body and a tank flap or charging flap mounted for pivot between a closed position and an open position by means of an actuating arrangement. A locking device releasably locks the flap in the closed position. The actuating arrangement includes a pivot arm mounted pivotably at a first end on the housing body and connected pivotably at a second end to the flap and a control lever connected pivotably at a first end to the flap. Pivot axes of the pivotable connections of pivot arm and control lever to the flap run parallel to and offset laterally from one another. During movement of the flap between the closed and the open position, the control lever is guided at a second end an elongated hole in the pivot arm and in a guide curve of the housing body.
ELECTROMECHANICAL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE HOUSING AND DOOR SYSTEMS
A control system is provided for a refuel or recharge door of a vehicle, which includes a vehicle controller. The system has a housing with a port, a door removably attached to the housing, a system controller, and at least one module. The system controller is communicably connected to a vehicle controller of the vehicle. Further, the system controller is configured to control the at least one module.
Tension cable control duplexer
An electric vehicle includes a charge port configured to selectively lock a charge plug to the charge port, a charge port door configured to provide access to the charge port, a charge port door lock configured to selectively lock the charge port door in a closed position, a primary manual release cable operably coupled to the charge port to manually unlock the charge plug from the charge port, and a secondary tension cable system coupled between the primary manual release cable and the charge port door lock. Actuation of the primary manual release cable simultaneously unlocks the charge plug from the charge port and actuates the secondary tension cable system to unlock the charge port door lock.
