FUEL OR CHARGING PORT DOOR ASSEMBLY WITH OVERRIDE CONFIGURATION AND ASSIST TOOL
This disclosure relates to a fuel or charging port door assembly of a motor vehicle. In particular, this disclosure relates to a fuel or charging port door assembly configured to permit a door to open when an override force is applied using an assist tool, for example. An example vehicle includes a door configured to move relative to a body of the vehicle between open and closed positions. The door is a fuel door or a charging port door. The vehicle also includes a lock assembly including a base and a tip. The base is configured to hold the tip during normal operating conditions, and the base and tip are configured to separate upon application of an override force to the door.
Closing device of a fuel tank lid for vehicles
A closing device includes a box with a hole, a roto-translating pin disposed in the hole of the box in such a way to rotate and translate from a retracted closing position to an extracted opening position. The closing device has a spring to push the roto-translating pin in the opening position, a locking device to lock the roto-translating pin in the closing position, a first actuator to move the locking device, a second actuator to move the first actuator. The roto-translating pin has a shoulder that protrudes externally from the roto-translating pin to be stopped against the internal wall of the box around the hole in such manner to stop the extraction travel of the roto-translating pin.
RECIPROCAL MOVEMENT DEVICE
A forward/backward movement device includes: a case; a forward/backward member; a biasing member that biases the forward/backward member; a moving member that is housed in the case and moves between a first position where the forward/backward member is capable of moving forward by a biasing force generated by the biasing member and a second position where the forward movement of the forward/backward member is stopped; and a restricting member that restricts a movement of the moving member by moving to a position for restricting the moving member while a lid is open, in which the restricting member restricts a movement of the moving member from the first position to the second position in a case where the forward/backward member moves backward while the lid is open.
Advancing/retreating movement device
An advancing/retreating movement mechanism 1 of an advancing/retreating member includes: a lifter 3; a coil spring 5; a lock pin 7 that limits the movement of the lifter 3; a case 2 that accommodates the lifter 3 and the coil spring 5; an advance/retreat position control mechanism 9 that controls an advance position, a retreat position, and a reciprocating movement of the lifter 3; and a receiving seat 11 that receives the coil spring 5 so that the lifter 3 is biased. The receiving seat 11 is arranged in a rearward position side of the lifter 3. An engaging part 27a engaging the lock pin 7 is arranged to the lifter 3. When the lifter 3 moves to the retreat position, the engaging part 27a moves to a rearward side beyond the receiving seat 11 and moves to a position where the engaging part 27a can be engaged with the lock pin 7. Therefore, the size of the advancing/retreating member in a protruding/withdrawing direction can be made small.
Fuel door apparatus for vehicle
A fuel door apparatus for a vehicle includes: a fuel door rotatable connected to a door housing, connected with an elastic member of the door housing, and including a guide pin; a locking lever rotatably connected to the door housing, having a first end portion disposed on a rotation radius of the guide pin; a restraining lever spaced apart from the locking lever to be rotatable on the door housing, having a first end portion disposed in a radius, on which a second end portion of the locking lever rotates, and latched on the locking lever in the closed position; and a drive controller being in contact with or separated from the restraining lever depending on whether the fuel door is opened or closed to selectively allow rotation of the restraining lever.
Structure of fuel filler door for vehicle
A structure of a fuel filler door for a vehicle includes a door hinge having one end portion hinged with a vehicle body, a support unit coupled to an opposite end portion of the door hinge, and a cover plate coupled onto the support unit. A fixing mount is provided to protrude from an inner surface of the support unit and includes a coupling hole formed through the fixing mount, a hook member is provided to protrude from an inner surface of the cover plate and includes a bending part slidably inserted into the coupling hole.
Fuel charging or electricity charging port lid lock and fuel charging or electricity charging port lid assembly
Fuel charging or electricity charging port lid lock includes an elevating shaft provided with an elevating thread on an exterior wall thereof. The port lid lock also includes a worm gear configured to drive the elevating shaft. The worm gear is sleeved outside of the elevating shaft. The port lid lock also includes a worm configured to drive the worm gear. The elevating shaft is configured to be capable of moving up and moving down along an axial direction of the elevating shaft and rotating about the axial direction of the elevating shaft when driven by the worm. A head portion of the elevating shaft is used to drive a fuel charging or electricity charging port lid so as to control the opening and closing of the fuel charging or electricity charging port lid.
ACTUATING DEVICE FOR ACTUATED OPENING OF A COVER
An actuating device for opening and closing a cover in or on a vehicle includes a housing, a rotatable plunger, a spring that preloads the plunger into a discharge position, and an actuating sleeve into which the plunger can be introduced. At least one actuating groove extends helically around the longitudinal axis of the actuating sleeve and is formed on the inside of the sleeve. At least one actuating projection of the plunger engages into the actuating groove when the plunger is introduced into the actuating sleeve causing the plunger to rotate about its longitudinal axis during an axial relative movement between the actuating sleeve and the plunger. A blocking device blocks plunger movement into the discharge position to hold the plunger in a locked position. A spring element preloads the blocking device into a blocking position, and an actuator disengages the blocking device from the blocking position.
ACTUATING DEVICE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING A COVER IN OR ON A VEHICLE ON DEMAND AND COVER WITH SUCH AN ACTUATING DEVICE
An actuating apparatus for opening and closing a cover in or on a vehicle has a blocking device for blocking the cover in a locked position. The blocking device has a transmission mechanism with a rotation part (64.1; 50) mounted rotatably and driveable by an actuator (34), and a blocking bar (62) which is operatively connected to the rotation part. The transmission mechanism converts a rotation movement of the rotation part into an axial movement of the blocking bar. The blocking bar is transferable with the aid of the rotation part from a release position into a blocking position. The transmission mechanism is self-locking so that, at least whenever the blocking bar is in the blocking position, the rotation part is not driveable via an axial movement of the blocking bar, and the rotation part prevents an axial movement of the blocking bar out of the blocking position.
Structure of fuel filler door for vehicle
A structure of a fuel filler door for a vehicle includes a door hinge having one end portion coupled to a vehicle body, a support unit including a support plate coupled to an opposite end portion of the door hinge and a sidewall protruding from an edge of the support plate, and a cover plate coupled to an upper portion of the sidewall. A first locking step and a second locking step protrude from the sidewall positioned at opposite end portions of the support plate, and a locking member, which is rotatably locked to the first locking step, and a first hook member, which is fixedly locked to the second locking step, protrude from an inner surface of the cover plate.
