ACTUATING DRIVE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE APPLICATIONS
An actuating drive for motor vehicle applications, in particular for a motor vehicle lock comprising an actuating drive, for realizing different functional positions, includes an electromagnetic rotary actuator with a rotor and a stator, in particular a coil carrier, a drive lever, wherein the drive lever can be moved to different functional positions by the rotary actuator, and means for latching the drive lever in the functional position, wherein the drive lever interacts with a switching lever in such a way that, after a functional position of the drive lever is reached, a moment which stabilizes the functional position can be introduced into the drive lever by the switching lever.
Push to release fuel door operator assembly
A push to release fuel filler door assembly for a motor vehicle includes a door on the exterior of the vehicle having a latch that cooperates with a spring biased plunger which rotates and translates axially. The plunger includes radially extending pins which are received in complementary helical tracks on the inner surface of an inner housing. The tracks define a closed path having a first segment, in which the pins travel while the fuel door is being closed, a second segment in which they travel while the fuel door is opening and a latching recess between the first and second segments in which the pins reside when the door is closed. The inner housing typically includes three segments or sections and is, in turn, received and retained within an outer housing which mounts on a fuel door inlet assembly.
FLAP ACTUATOR
The invention relates to a flap actuator, comprising a flap, an actuating drive for actuating the flap along an actuating path from a closed position to an open position, and a linkage mechanism, the linkage mechanism comprising a toggle joint having a first leg and a second leg. The first leg is rotatably supported at a first rotation point and the second leg is rotatably supported via a second rotation point. Furthermore, the first leg and the second leg are rotatably linked to each other at a moveable third rotation point, wherein the second leg includes a guiding slot along a longitudinal direction of the second leg and the first leg includes a guiding projection engaging the guiding slot, wherein the guiding projection forms the third rotation point and is supported in the guiding slot to be moveable along the longitudinal direction. The toggle joint comprises an elastic element which, when the flap is in its closed position, exerts a force on the toggle joint so that the toggle joint causes a restoring force on the flap in the closing direction, and/or the guiding slot has a length L and a width B, wherein L>B, and the second leg, at a position P.sub.os2 along the longitudinal direction of the guiding slot at which the guiding projection is situated when the flap is in its closed position, includes a second recess having a width Br.sub.2, wherein Br.sub.2>Br, and wherein the guiding projection, when the flap is in its closed position, is in at least partial engagement with the second recess so that the toggle joint causes a retaining force and/or a restoring force on the flap in the closing direction.
CHARGING PORT COVER AND/OR FUEL CAP MODULE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A charging port cover and/or fuel cap module for a motor vehicle for receiving or attaching at least one interface, which is used for charging and/or refueling a motor vehicle-side energy accumulator. The charging port cover and/or fuel cap module also serves to fasten at least one device having light sources. The device illuminates both the charging port cover and/or fuel cap module and the current charge level and/or fuel level of the energy accumulator. The cover and/or module has at least one first opening and a second opening adjacent thereto. The openings are oriented such that emitted or deliverable light of the assembled device can emerge from the first opening in the direction of the operator and from the second opening in the direction of the interface for charging and/or refueling the energy accumulator.
Actuation Device, and Refueling Port or Charging Port Flap Assembly
The present disclosure provides an actuation device and a refueling port or charging port flap assembly. The actuation device comprises: a housing, a rotary motion mechanism, a linear motion mechanism, a rotary output mechanism and a linear output mechanism. The rotary motion mechanism and the linear motion mechanism are mounted inside the housing. The rotary output mechanism and the linear output mechanism are connected to the outside of the housing. The rotary output mechanism is configured to open and close a flap. The linear output mechanism is configured to lock and unlock the flap. A motion input mechanism, a motion output mechanism and a mounting structure of the actuation device each have a predetermined structure and size, so that the design of the actuation device can be simplified, facilitating mounting. In the present disclosure, further, a direction of a linear motion output of the actuation device is configured to be parallel to a direction of a rotation axis about which a rotary motion output of the actuation device is performed, thereby simplifying the mechanical structure of the actuation device.
Actuation assembly and refueling port or charging port flip cover assembly
An actuation assembly for a refueling port or charging port flip cover assembly is rotatably mounted on a base and includes a locking means, a flip cover rotating shaft, a transmission gear, a drive gear and a drive member. The locking means is movably disposed on the base and configured to lock or release a flip cover. The flip cover rotating shaft is configured to rotate the flip cover and includes a fitting portion. The transmission gear includes a receiving portion and is installed around the fitting portion. The drive gear and the drive member are configured to synchronously rotate. The drive gear is meshed with the transmission gear and the drive member is configured to drive the locking means. In moving the locking means from a release position to a locking position, the drive gear blocks the rotation of the transmission gear and prevents the flip cover from opening.
