Lid opening and closing device for vehicle
A lid opening and closing device for a vehicle which includes a restriction member that can operate between a restriction position at which movement of a rod at the lid closed position is restricted and a restriction release position at which the restriction is released, an electric motor that operates for a predetermined time in response to a door switching between a locked state and an unlocked state for driving the restriction member, and a case that houses the restriction member and the electric motor, wherein at least the restriction release position of the restriction member is resiliently held by a holding mechanism. Thus, even when the restriction member stops at position halfway between the restriction release position and the restriction position, convenience is enhanced by carrying out an operation of locking the door by moving the rod to the lid closed position without requiring an unlocking operation.
FUEL ADAPTER COVER STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
Provided is a fuel adapter cover structure of a vehicle which can hide a fixing portion for fixing a hinge to a body and can reduce the number of components. A fuel adapter cover structure of a vehicle includes: an oil supply port side recessed portion, a first cover portion, a second cover portion, and a hinge storage portion. The oil supply port side recessed portion has an oil supply port side flange. The hinge storage portion stores a hinge supporting a fuel lid. The first cover portion and the second cover portion are continuous to the oil supply port side flange. By the first cover portion and the second cover portion, a first rivet and a second rivet which support the hinge on a vehicle-body are covered from the outside.
Actuating device for actuated opening of a cover
An actuating device for opening and closing a cover in or on a vehicle includes a housing, a rotatable plunger, a spring that preloads the plunger into a discharge position, and an actuating sleeve into which the plunger can be introduced. At least one actuating groove extends helically around the longitudinal axis of the actuating sleeve and is formed on the inside of the sleeve. At least one actuating projection of the plunger engages into the actuating groove when the plunger is introduced into the actuating sleeve causing the plunger to rotate about its longitudinal axis during an axial relative movement between the actuating sleeve and the plunger. A blocking device blocks plunger movement into the discharge position to hold the plunger in a locked position. A spring element preloads the blocking device into a blocking position, and an actuator disengages the blocking device from the blocking position.
LOCK OF A MOTOR VEHICLE LID WITH POSITION SENSOR
A lock of a motor vehicle lid has a box and a cover, a locking pin provided with a head-that protrudes from the cover to engage with a housing of a lid in order to close the lid. The locking pin is internally empty and has a through axial channel. A central pin is mounted with the possibility of sliding in an axial direction in the through axial channel of the locking pin. A spring is disposed between the box and the central pin to push the central pin and the locking pin to the extracted position. Detection is provided in the box to detect when the central pin is in retracted position or in extracted position.
COVER OPENING-CLOSING DEVICE
A cover opening-closing device comprises a rod, a casing in which at least a portion of the rod is stored, a lock unit, an interlock mechanism, and a connection unit. The lock unit can rotate about a central axis line between a lock position, in which locking with the cover is possible, and a release position, in which locking is not possible. The interlock mechanism is configured so that the rotation of the lock unit and the displacement of the rod are interlocked. The connection unit is configured so as to connect the lock unit to the casing and to restrict displacement of the lock unit in the direction of the central axis line.
Actuating apparatus
An actuating apparatus for opening and closing a cover in or on a vehicle, having push-push kinematics which interact with the cover.
LOCK DEVICE OF FUEL TANK CAP
A lock device of a fuel tank cap includes: a cap configured to open and close a fuel filler port; an operating unit; a fastening unit movable in conjunction with an operation of the operating unit; a lock unit configured to lock movement of the fastening unit from a fastening position to a allowing position; and a detection switch configured to detect start of the movement of the fastening unit accompanying the operation of the operating unit. The fastening unit includes: a first fastening unit of which the start of movement can be detected by the detection switch; and a second fastening unit which enables locking by the lock unit and which is integrally moved with the first fastening unit after the first fastening unit is moved by a predetermined dimension so that the second fastening unit can be moved from the fastening position to the allowing position.
APPARATUS FOR OPENING/CLOSING FUEL LID OF VEHICLE
The described technology relates to an apparatus for opening/closing a fuel lid of a vehicle. In one aspect, the apparatus includes a housing, a push rod configured to reciprocate between a fuel lid open position and a fuel lid closed position, and a locking part configured to lock the push rod. The locking part may include a drive motor configured to rotate in forward and reverse directions to correspond to the fuel lid open and closed positions. The locking part may also include a pinion gear mounted on a shaft of the drive motor, and a linear moving body configured to linearly reciprocate by the rotation of the pinion gear in the forward and reverse directions. The locking part may further include a locking recess formed on an outer surface of the push rod, the locking protrusion configured to be locked to or unlocked from the locking recess.
Fuel fill control systems and methods for anticipating vehicle refueling events
This disclosure is directed to vehicle fuel fill control systems for anticipating vehicle refueling events in order to control the timing of fuel tank depressurization sequences. In a first embodiment, a global positioning system (GPS) is utilized to anticipate the vehicle refueling event prior to initializing the depressurization sequence. In another embodiment, a camera system is utilized to anticipate the refueling event prior to initializing the depressurization sequence. In yet another embodiment, both the GPS and the camera system may be utilized to anticipate the refueling event. By anticipating refueling events, customer wait time for gaining refueling access may be reduced.
LINEAR RECIPROCATING-MOTION APPARATUS
A linear reciprocating-motion apparatus includes at least one movable member (10, 30) supported by a housing (90) and being capable of undergoing linear reciprocating motion in a range that includes a first position, a second position, and a third position; a stopper (50) supported by the housing to be displaceable between a blocking position that blocks the at least one movable member and a nonblocking position that does not block the at least one movable member, and is displaced to the nonblocking position in response to a specific operation; an intermittent mechanism (100, 200) that interacts with movement of the at least one movable member and assumes a specific state once every two times that the at least one movable member moves to the third position; and a switch (SW1) that, in response to the specific state, is switched from a disconnected state or a connected state to the other thereof.
