Systems for securing fixtures to the floor of a transportation vehicle. The securing system has a simplified structure comprising a securing device with two C-profiles comprising a web extending between a top plate and a bottom plate, the profiles being joined by an omega-shape fishplate. Vertical lateral walls formed by the webs of the profiles are perforated.

Configurable transit seating systems and methods

A system, method and apparatus for a transit seating system including multiple seat frames, each seat frame including, at least one forward support and at least one rearward support. The at least one forward support and the at least one rearward support are capable of being detachably secured to a transit vehicle floor. A seat back height track system is vertically and slideably coupled to the seat frame. A seat back subframe is coupled to the seat back height track system. A seat base frame is coupled to the seat back height track system through a seat hinge. The at least one forward support is capable of overlapping the at least one rearward support when at least two of the seat frames are in a nested or fully compressed or stowed configuration.

MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT FLOOR SLIDE RAIL HAVING A GAP ELIMINATION STRUCTURE
20190225116 · 2019-07-25 ·

A motor vehicle seat floor slide rail includes a lower slide rail assembly (100), an upper slide rail assembly (200) and a gap elimination mechanism (230, 230), with a shaft-provided gap elimination cam (231L, 231R), on an upper slide rail longitudinal end, having a rotation center (232a) axis perpendicular to an upper rail longitudinal direction. A locking window face (117L, 117R) has an aluminum slide rail (110) longitudinal gap elimination face (113L, 113R). A rail locked state has a cam face (2311L, 2311R) in contact with the gap elimination face to eliminate a Y and Z direction gap. In a rail unlocked state, a locking mechanism (240) drives the gap elimination cam, such that the cam face loses contact with the gap elimination face. The gap elimination cam moves in linkage with the locking mechanism, reducing sliding friction, and having the advantage of low sliding assistance motive power.

Seat rail cover for covering a seat rail in a vehicle floor and method for manufacturing a seat rail cover

A seat rail cover includes a retaining section, configured to be introduced at least partially into a part of the seat rail, and a cover section, configured to cover the seat rail when the retaining section is introduced into the seat rail. At least the cover section of the seat rail cover is formed in one piece by 3D printing. Geometry, surface texture, color composition and/or color pattern of at least a visible part of the cover section in the installed state of the seat rail cover are matched to a surface and/or a floor covering of a floor element next to a seat rail to which the seat rail cover is connectable. Furthermore, a floor element with a seat rail and a seat rail cover as well as an aircraft with such a floor element. A method for manufacturing a seat rail cover by 3D printing.

An aircraft passenger seat (100) is fixed to a floor via a seat track fitting (110), and a reclining assembly of the seat is supported by pipes (130, 132) passed through left and right legs (120) and spreaders (170). A linear actuator (300) operates a reclining motion. A curved arm for deformation is provided to a mount (320) on which the actuator (300) is mounted, and a slit (145) is provided in a link plate (140) to which a rod is connected, and in a state where a forward force F is applied, the curved arm deforms and absorbs the impact. An impact absorbing structure is also provided to the legs (120).
