CLUTCH UNIT
A brake-side clutch part includes an outer ring whose rotation is restricted and an output shaft from which rotation is output. The outer ring is provided with a slide gear that meshes with the output shaft when rotational torque is cut off and releases a meshing state with the output shaft when rotational torque is transmitted. The output shaft is provided with an inner gear that meshes with the slide gear so as to be slightly rotatable. An alignment part that aligns a phase of the inner gear with that of the slide gear when rotational torque is cut off, and a centering part that returns the inner gear to a neutral position with respect to the output shaft when rotational torque is transmitted are provided between the inner gear and the output shaft.
CONVEYANCE SEAT DEVICE
A conveyance seat includes a saddle-type seat on which an occupant sits to straddle and a seat height adjustment unit which is attached below the seat and is able to adjust a height position of the seat. The seat height adjustment unit includes a rotation link which rotates together with the seat with respect to a chassis to adjust a height position of the seat, an upper link support member that is provided between the seat and the rotation link and is used so that an upper end portion of the rotation link is attached thereto, a lower link support member that is provided between the rotation link and the chassis and is used so that a lower end portion of the rotation link is attached thereto, and a flexible cover member that covers the rotation link from the outside in a front to back direction of the seat and a width direction of the seat.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat may have height-adjustment kinematics where the kinematics may have a four-joint arrangement and an adjustment arm. The four-joint arrangements may have a base, a side part, a front swing arm and a rear swing arm as transmission elements of the four-joint arrangement. A first revolute joint may connect the base in a pivotable manner to the rear swing arm, a second revolute joint may connect the rear swing arm in a pivotable manner to the side part, a third revolute joint may connect the side part in a pivotable manner to the front swing arm, and a fourth revolute joint may connect the front swing arm in a pivotable manner to the base. Each of the two four-joint arrangements can be adjusted by one of the two adjustment arms, and a drive device, having exactly one transmission motor, drives the two adjustment arms.
Seat height adjustment device for a vehicle seat
The present disclosure relates to a seat height adjustment device for adjusting the height of a seat cushion in relation to a seat frame, in particular, an upper rail, the seat height adjustment device comprising an actuating device, which may be, in particular, an electric motor, with a toothed pinion driven by the actuating device, and a toothed gear rack, the toothed gear rack comprising a hinge end for hinging onto the vehicle seat, and a front end including a gear rod region engaging with the toothed pinion, for adjusting the hinge end upon rotation of the toothed pinion. The present disclosure provides that the toothed gear rack is hot forged, the toothed gear rack comprises, between the hinge end and the gear rod region, a reinforced region, and the reinforced region comprises a profile.
Vehicle seating systems
A side facing seat includes a seat back element and a moveable seat base element disposed below the seat back element. The moveable seat base element is moveable at least between a stored position and a seating position. Movement of the moveable seat base element is controlled by an activation element that is configured to engage with a locking mechanism such that the locking mechanism is able to lock the moveable seat base element in the stored position or the seating position.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes a seat frame having an opening in a plate-shaped part, and an actuator mounted on the plate-shaped part. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a vehicle seat that further contributes to quietness in the interior of a vehicle.
SEAT LIFTER DEVICE
A seat lifter device includes: an output shaft; a support unit that supports the output shaft; an input unit; a ratchet-type feed unit configured to transmit rotation of the input unit to the output shaft; a lock unit configured to lock rotation of the output shaft relative to the support unit; a friction generation unit configured to apply a friction force between a rotation member and the support unit in response to an operation of the input unit rotating in a direction in which the seat is lowered; and a slippage preventing unit. When the input unit rotates in the direction in which the seat is lowered and the output shaft rotates preceding to the feed unit against the friction force to slip, the slippage preventing unit is fitted to the support unit by an elastic force in response to slippage of the output shaft to stop the slippage.
SEAT FRAME FOR VEHICLE SEAT
A bracket for attaching an actuator is easily bonded to a side frame while avoiding interference with a shaft for driving a reclining mechanism. In a seat side frame which is provided at each of both ends of a seat back frame in the width direction, a reclining mechanism, and an actuator, the reclining mechanism is attached to a side wall of the side frame, and the actuator is fixed to an attachment bracket bonded to an inner surface of a portion to which the reclining mechanism is attached in the side wall in the width direction. An upper portion which is disposed above the attachment portion of the reclining mechanism and a lower portion which is disposed below the attachment portion thereof are connected to each other at the rear ends thereof and are separated from each other at the front ends thereof.
ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT AS WELL AS A VEHICLE SEAT
The present disclosure relates to an adjustment device for a vehicle seat comprising adjusters adjustable in relation to one another, where on the first adjuster a toothed rack with an interlocking is hinged, and on the second adjuster a pinion is pivoted, the interlocking engaging with the pinion for adjusting the toothed rack and for moving the two adjusters in relation to one another, where, further, a toothed rack blocking element is affixed to the second adjuster, and the toothed rack, when adjusted, runs between the toothed rack blocking element and the pinion.
