A force may be applied to the first block such that material of the guide plate moves into the gap formed between the guide plate and the second block.

In particular, the rotary cam includes: a first protrusion formed on a mount surface of the rotary cam, which is coming into contact with the fixing flange when mounted; and a second protrusion formed on a surface opposite to the mount surface and capable of engaging with a control plate. When the first protrusion is inserted into the guide groove, the guide groove guides a rotation of the rotary cam.
