SAFETY BELT AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS AND CHILD SAFETY SEAT THEREWITH
A safety belt automatic adjustment apparatus includes a safety belt buckle fastening assembly, a safety belt retractor and a linking component. The safety belt buckle fastening assembly is rotatably connected to a seat body of a child safety seat and for connecting with a safety belt buckle. The safety belt retractor is used for retracting a safety belt, and the safety belt retractor includes a restraining assembly for restraining a movement of the safety belt in a predetermined direction. The linking component is installed between the safety belt buckle fastening assembly and the safety belt retractor, and the safety belt buckle fastening assembly rotates to drive the linking component and the restraining assembly, so as to restrain or release the safety belt winding around the safety belt retractor. The safety belt automatic adjustment apparatus has advantages of automatic adjustment for the safety belt, simple structure, convenient operation and enhanced safety.
BUCKLE FASTENING ASSEMBLY AND CHILD SAFETY SEAT THEREWITH
A buckle fastening assembly is adapted for a child safety seat and includes a cushion body whereon a through hole is formed, and a belt body including a protecting pad and a positioning structure. One end of the positioning structure is connected to the cushion body, another end of the positioning structure passes through the through hole to connect with the protecting pad, and the positioning structure biases the protecting pad away from a working position. When the belt body is not in use, the positioning structure can drive the protecting pad away from the working position by elasticity, so as to prevent the protecting pad from randomly falling on an upper surface of the cushion body, which will not affect a child's riding and can improve the riding comfort. The buckle fastening assembly has advantages of simple structure and easy disassembly, which is convenient to use by caregivers.
SAFETY ALERT SYSTEM
A safety alert system includes a child seat that may be positioned within a vehicle. The child seat has a plurality of belts and each of the belts may restrain a child in the child seat. A remote unit may be retrofitted to a dome light of the vehicle. The remote unit generates an alarm sequence when a door of the vehicle is opened. A base unit is removably coupled to the belts on the child seat and the base unit is in electrical communication with the remote unit. The base unit emits an audible alarm when the remote unit generates the alarm sequence. Thus, the base unit may prevent the child from being inadvertently left unattended in the vehicle.
Integrated child safety seat
An infant safety car seat seamlessly and permanently integrated into the bench seat between two adult seats or replacing the adult seats if more than one is incorporated into the vehicle. The child seat is sunken or not below and behind the vehicle bench and seat and safety harnesses are permanently installed to secure an infant in the safety seat. The seat adjusts to allow forward or rearward facing configurations suitable to different ages of the infant, from zero to eight years old. Security features are internally integrated to prevent the incidence of leaving an unbuckled and/or an unattended infant in a vehicle that includes some combination of a scale, hasps sensors in display and video monitor of cameras in screen.
METHODS AND SYTEMS FOR ORNAMENTING SAFETY SEATS
Systems and methods capable of changing the aesthetic appearance of a safety seat by covering portions thereof with an ornamental accessory. The systems includes the ornamental accessory and an attachment system configured for removably securing the ornamental accessory to a belt system of the safety seat.
Car Seat Alarm System
A car seat alarm system for alerting a parent or caretaker to retrieve the infant child prior to exiting a vehicle is provided. The vehicle has an openable door mounted within a door frame. The car seat alarm system comprises a child car seat having a harness and a fastener positioned on the harness. The fastener is closable to secure the harness around the infant child and openable to unsecure the harness from around the infant child. A transmitting system is mounted on the child car seat. A receiving system is associated with the door and the door frame and directly interfaces with the transmitting system. Upon opening the door from within the door frame, with the fastener dosed to secure the harness around the infant child, the transmitting system provides an alert. The alert reminds the parent or caretaker to retrieve the infant child prior to exiting.
Apparatus for assisted buckle release
An apparatus for assisted buckle release employing a generally C-shaped, V-shaped, or U-shaped assistive device adapted to depress a buckle's release button, such as a button typical of a child car seat restraint harness, and thereby assist in unlocking the buckle.
CHILD VEHICULAR ABANDONMENT PREVENTION SYSTEM
The present invention, in one form, is an absolute prevention system that will not allow anyone to leave an infant/child or pet in a vehicle unattended mistakenly or intentionally. The system comprises an ECM/ECU with auxiliary wiring connections from the host vehicle wiring, such as the ignition, A/C and heat, door ajar, vehicle seat weight sensors and ABS sensor, interior display screen, door locks, power windows, interior speakers and the vehicles' theft alarm system. In addition, the ECM/ECU will allow connections for a flow sensor/meter, passive infrared sensors, temperature sensor, wireless antenna, voice module, ISO pet chip reader and a hardwired harness. The ECM/ECU is capable of employing 911, GPS location and text message logged love ones.
CHILD'S BOOSTER SEAT WITH DETACHABLE BELT POSITIONER CAR SEAT
A child's booster seat with detachable belt positioner car seat is provided. The booster seat can include a seat back that can be coupled and decoupled from a seat base. The seat base can include a primary seat base and a removable seat base. The removable seat base can be coupled and decoupled from the primary seat base and used as a booster seat for a child without the primary seat base. The primary seat base can include protrusions and/or recesses and the removable seat base can include recesses and/or bosses for aligning and/or coupling the removable seat base to the primary seat base. A pair of armrests can be adjustably coupled to the seat base, such as to the removable seat base. The seat base can further include one or more lap belt positioners.
