The joint (24) is connected to the bracket (30) through a fulcrum member (50) pivotable to the bracket (30), and the movable shaft (42) is connected to the joint (24) on the rear side of the fulcrum member (50).
Adjusting System for Pivoting at Least One Optically Relevant Component of a Vehicle Headlight About a First and a Second Axis
The invention relates to an adjusting system (1) for pivoting at least one optically relevant component (2) of a vehicle headlight about a first and a second axis (y, z), the system comprising a first retaining element (3) for holding the optically relevant component (2), a second retaining element (4) for displaceably holding the first retaining element (3) on the second retaining element (4), a carrying frame (5) for displaceably holding the second retaining element (4) on the carrying frame (5), and a first adjusting device (6) acting on the first retaining element (3) for displacing the first retaining element (3) relative to the second retaining element (4), and a second adjusting device (7) acting on the second retaining element (4) for displacing the second retaining element (4) relative to the carrying frame (5).
ARC MODULAR LIGHT DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Arc modular light devices, systems, and methods. In at least one exemplary embodiment of a module system of the present disclosure, the module system comprises a plurality of LED modules, each LED module comprising an outer housing, a light source positioned within the outer housing, and a lens positioned so that light from the light source can be emitted through the lens; and a plate configured to couple to each of the plurality of LED modules; wherein the module system is configured to focus light from the LED modules inward when the plate has a concave curvature; and wherein the module system is configured to spread light from the LED modules outward when the plate has a convex curvature.
AIMING APPARATUS FOR AUTOMOTIVE HEADLAMP
The present invention relates to a headlamp's aiming apparatus, in which the headlamp's optical axis is adjustable with respect to a vehicle body, the aiming apparatus that includes a stationary member secured to a portion of the headlamp; a tiltable member attached to the stationary member via one or more adjustment shafts; and a fixed pivot shaft to allow pivotal connection with the headlamp's tiltable member. Adjustment shafts include a ball portion at a forward end portion, a drive shaft portion at a rear end portion and a flexible portion between the ball and drive shaft portions. The pivot shaft in conjunction with the adjustment shafts enable the tiltable member to tilt about a horizontal axis and a vertical axis of the headlamp to adjust the headlamp's optical axis, and the flexible portion is adapted to deflect in multiple directions to enhance accessible degrees of freedom during the headlamp's optical axis adjustments.
Lighting device
A substrate supports a light source and a control circuit. The control circuit is configured to be able to control lighting and lights-out of the light source. The substrate is supported to a conductive housing. The housing is configured to couple with a transparent cover through which light emitted from the light source is to pass. The housing has a through-hole. A connector unit has a connection part and a terminal holding part. The connection part is arranged outside the housing. At least a part of the insulating terminal holding part is arranged in the through hole. The terminal holding part holds a conductive terminal. The conductive terminal is coupled to the substrate and electrically connected to the control circuit.
ONE-PIECE LENS WITH DRIVEN WHEEL SECTOR
The present invention relates to a vehicle lighting device including a lens intended to deflect the light rays emitted by a light source and including a wheel sector with a driven surface. The wheel sector is made in one piece with the lens as a whole. Also included is a driving means with a driving surface such that the driving surface is in contact with the driven surface, and movement of the driving surface drives movement of the lens.
