Light module for a motor vehicle headlight, comprising a lighting device (2) generating light beams with a predefined beam path (3), a light deflection device (4) which is downstream of the lighting device (2) for deflecting the predefined beam path (3), and a spatial light modulator (5) downstream of the light deflection device (4), as seen in the direction of the light beams, wherein the light deflection device (4) directs essentially all light beams incident on the light deflection device (4) to the spatial light modulator (5) to generate an illumination pattern (6) to be emitted on the spatial light modulator (5), as well as an imaging system (7) which is set up to reproduce the illumination pattern (6) in the form of a light distribution in front of the light module, wherein the light deflection device (4) comprises a light-deflecting element (40) and an adjusting system (41), wherein the adjusting system (41) is set up to pivot the light-deflecting element (40) about at least two intersecting pivot axes (H, V), thus altering the beam path (3′) between the light deflection device (4) and the spatial light modulator (5).

An illumination device for a motor vehicle headlight, which illumination device (10) comprises: a light module (100) comprising: at least one light source (110), a primary optics (200), a heat sink (300), and a holding body (400) set up to hold the primary optics (200) in their position, the holding body (400) and the heat sink (300) being connected to one another by means of a fastening means (500), and a support frame (700) on which the light module (100) is fastened via an adjustment screw (800) which comprises a screw head (810) and a screw section along a longitudinal axis (A), which screw head (810) is mounted in an articulated manner on the light module (100), the light module (100) comprising a bearing device (900), which bearing device (900) comprises a first and a second bearing shell (910, 920) which together form a joint socket, the first bearing shell (910) being arranged on the holding body (400) and the second bearing shell (920) being arranged on the heat sink (300), and the bearing device (900) being set up to support the screw head (810), and the joint socket enclosing the screw head (810) such that the at least one adjustment screw (800) is secured against displacement in the direction of its longitudinal axis (A).
HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
In some embodiments, a snowmobile has a body with a headlight assembly that includes a headlight and a cowl. The headlight includes a lens with a center section, and two side sections, wherein one side section includes an extended portion. The cowl is attached to the headlight and covers a portion of the lens. The cowl includes a middle section and two wings extending from the middle section, where the wing, positioned over the one side section with the extended portion, has a notch revealing the extended portion.
VEHICULAR LIGHTING FIXTURE
A vehicular lighting fixture is provided which includes a combination of an aiming mechanism and a leveling mechanism that can reduce deformation of an aiming/leveling bracket. A vertical aiming mechanism and a leveling mechanism include an aiming/leveling bracket that is integrally molded with a resin. A rectangular recess is formed in the aiming/leveling bracket so as to accommodate an aiming nut serving as a point of load for the vertical aiming and an actuator output shaft serving as a point of effort. The rectangular recess is located on or near the central axis of the aiming nut where the central axis substantially coincides with the front-rear direction of a vehicle.
Adapter Bracket for a Motorcycle Headlamp
An adapter bracket for a motorcycle headlamp is shown and described. The adapter bracket generally includes an annular ring having an open interior defined by an interior circumference, an exterior circumference, a top surface and a bottom surface, a plurality of indexing apertures disposed around the interior circumference, and a plurality of clamping tabs disposed around the exterior circumference. The adapter bracket further includes a plurality of ears attached to the annular ring, the ears having a slot for receiving a threaded anti-vibration bushing. The adapter bracket also includes a headlight aiming riser. A headlamp is disposed in the open interior of the annular ring and the annular ring is secured by the clamping tabs to a retaining ring and the annular ring, the headlamp, and the retaining ring are secured to a main bracket by fasteners that engage with the threaded anti-vibration bushings.

The present disclosure relates to an adjustment device for a light emitting module of a vehicle. The adjustment device includes a light emitter support unit and adjustment conversion unit where the light emitter support unit includes a rotatable light emitter bracket configured to support a light emitter; the adjustment conversion unit includes an adjustment conversion structure and a translation member provided with a receiving part; a first support part of the light emitter bracket is moveably received in the receiving part; the adjustment conversion structure is configured to convert adjustment movements into translational movements via the translation member, thereby causing lamp bracket rotation; and the first support part is in contact with an inner wall’s annular section of the receiving part.
