Wiper device and wiper arm for cleaning a vehicle window
A wiper device for cleaning a vehicle window is disclosed. The wiper device has a wiper arm fastened in a torque-proof manner to a wiper shaft via an articulation piece, where the wiper arm is arranged pivotably on the articulation piece, a wiper blade arranged on the wiper arm, and a washing device for the wiper blade, which contains a feed for a washing fluid, where the feed runs in a partial region in the longitudinal axis of the wiper shaft and leads to the wiper blade in a direction running substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis.
Windshield touch and clean system
A windshield touch and clean system that can clean either the entire windshield of an automobile or spot clean a localized area of the windshield is disclosed. The windshield touch and clean system may control a cleaning head in a number of ways including but not limited to two articulating extension members or a gantry system. The cleaning head may be retrofitted with a spray nozzle for spraying cleaning fluid and also a vibration unit to assist in cleaning of residue on the windshield.
WIPER ARM ARRANGEMENT
The invention is directed to a wiper arm arrangement comprising a wiper bar (10), a coupling unit (12) and a fastening unit (14) for securing the coupling unit (12) to the wiper bar (10). According to the invention, the coupling unit (12) has a crimped profile (16, 54) which, in a mounted state, is to be connected to a washer fluid hose (18).
Wiper arm wind deflector unit
The invention proposes a wind deflector unit, more particularly a wiper arm wind deflector unit, having at least one wind deflector element (112a, 112b; 212a, 212b; 312a, 312b), having at least one first coupling unit (114a, 114b; 214a, 214b; 314a, 314b) which in an installed condition is designed to be connected to a wiper stem (116; 216; 316) of a wiper arm (118; 218; 318), and having at least one second coupling unit (120a, 120b; 220a, 220b; 320a, 320b) which in an installed condition is designed to receive a wiper fluid duct (122; 222; 322).
Wiper system for spraying a cleaning and/or deicing fluid from the region of a windscreen wiper
The invention relates to a wiper system (1) comprising: a driving arm (3) comprising a rod (30) extended by an end portion (31) that is able to be connected to a windscreen wiper (2); a windscreen wiper (2) fitted on said end portion (31) and comprising at least one ramp (10) that is able to channel a cleaning and/or deicing fluid;
characterized in that said wiper system (1) comprises: a transporting pipe (5) for said fluid, which passes at least in part along said rod (30), said pipe (5) helping to channel said fluid towards said ramp (10); a connecting means (8) that helps to provide a removable connection between said pipe (5) and said ramp (10) and helping to channel said fluid from said pipe (5) towards said ramp (10); a retaining means (9) that is able to ensure fastening of said connecting means (8) to said rod (30).
CASING FOR A WINDSCREEN WIPER DRIVE ROD
Casing (20) for a windscreen wiper drive rod, in particular of a motor vehicle, said casing being configured to cover et least a portion of said drive rod and comprising means for fixing to said drive rod and/or to at least one element (42) linked to said drive rod, characterised in that it further comprises support and guiding means (70) which are configured to cooperate with at least one electric cable (63) and/or at least one fluid line (64) of said windscreen wiper.
DEVICE FOR RETAINING A PIPE, NOTABLY FOR WINDSCREEN WASHER LIQUID
A driver for retaining a windscreen washer liquid pipe includes an orifice arranged to receive a rotation shaft, an outer contour when the driver is observed along the rotation axis, and a housing arranged to receive a curved portion of the windscreen washer liquid pipe around the orifice. The rotation shaft is rotated about a rotation axis. The housing is arranged so that, when the driver is Observed along the rotation axis and when the windscreen washer liquid pipe is installed on the driver, the curved portion of the windscreen washer liquid pipe is set back from the outer contour of the driver.
System and Method for Improving Windshield Glare
Described is a wiper blade for a windshield of a vehicle configured to apply a reparative material to a surface of the windshield. The wiper blade having a squeegee and wiping lip. The wiping lip having a coating of the uncured reparative material or receiving a coating of the uncured reparative material from a reservoir coupled to the wiping blade. The wiping blade applying the uncured reparative material to a surface of the windshield by wiping the windshield. The uncured reparative material integrating with and curing on a surface of the windshield to form a cured reparative material. The cured reparative material being configured to fill scratches in a surface of the windshield, thereby reducing glare from the windshield.
WIPER APPARATUS
A wiper apparatus is improved in wiping performance, and can suppress a disturbance due to cleaning liquid in a driver's field of view. Each cleaning liquid W1 and W2 is jetted from four forward-side injection nozzles and four backward-side injection nozzles in a direction opposite to the wiper blade 20, and toward injection-target locations, and a distance between the wiper blade 20 and an injection-target location for cleaning liquid W1 and W2 on the opposite side from a center of a swinging motion of the wiper blade 20 in a wiping direction of the wiper blade 20 is larger than a distance between the wiper blade 20 and an injection-target location for cleaning liquid W1 and W2 on the same side as the center of the swinging motion of the wiper blade in the wiping direction of the wiper blade 20. Therefore, on the same side as the center of the swinging motion of the wiper blade 20, it is possible to suppress a disturbance due to cleaning liquid in the driver's field of view, and on the opposite side from the center of the swinging motion of the wiper blade 20, it is possible to enhance the wiping performance of the wiper apparatus by sufficiently wetting dust and the like.
