WIPER ARM, WIPER AND VEHICLE
The present application relates to a wiper arm, which comprises a wiper arm body and a wiper arm end piece, the wiper arm end piece being fixedly connected to one end of the wiper arm body to hold a wiper blade, the wiper arm being further provided with a nozzle and a hose, wherein the nozzle is connected to an extension section of the wiper arm end piece towards the return side or the outward swing side of the wiper arm; the hose extends along the wiper arm body, and one end of the hose is connected to the nozzle to deliver a cleaning fluid to the nozzle. The arrangement of a nozzle on the wiper arm ensures that a cleaning fluid is quickly wiped off, the driver is given a clear field of vision, and the cleaning fluid usage may also be reduced.
WINDSCREEN WIPER ARM
A windscreen wiper arm (1), comprising a mounting head (2) mountable on a drive shaft (3) and a first arm member (4) at one end thereof being pivotally connected to the mounting head (2) by means of a pivot pin (8) and at another end thereof being rigidly connected to a second arm member (5) arranged to be connected to an elongated wiper blade (6) to be placed in abutment with the windscreen to be wiped. The first (4) and said second (5) arm members can oscillate to-and-from between a first reversal position and a second reversal position. The second arm member (5) is made in one piece and has a substantially U-shaped cross-section defining a housing between a base and legs of said U-shaped cross-section. The housing is arranged to accommodate at least one channel (14, 15) for a washing liquid and/or electricity wiring.
Connectors and connector kit for attachment of a windshield wiper blade to multiple types of windshield wiper arms
A kit for connecting a wiper blade and multiple types of wiper arms, the kit including a container and a set of connectors located within an interior of the container. The set of connectors includes a first connector having a structure to receive and be connected to at least two different wiper arms that are part of a first class of wiper arms. The set of connectors includes a second connector having a structure to receive and be connected to at least two different wiper arms that are part of a second class of wiper arms. The set of connectors includes a third connector having a structure to receive and be connected to at least two different wiper arms that are part of a third class of wiper arms, wherein the first class, the second class and the third class are different from one another.
Connector for a wiper blade
A connector for a wiper blade, comprising at least a main body and a rotating cap, comprising at least one cover wall, a reinforcing wall, a hinge and an attachment device for rigidly connecting the rotating cap relative to an end wall of the main body, the hinge being arranged at one of the longitudinal ends of the cover wall and ensuring a rotation of the rotating cap about an axis, the reinforcing wall extending from the cover wall towards the end wall of the main body, the rotating cap further comprising a device for supporting the rotating cap on the end wall of the main body.
WIPER BLADE ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a wiper blade assembly comprising a hinge shaft coupled to a wiper arm, wherein the wiper arm is directly coupled to the hinge shaft. The present invention can provide a wiper blade assembly in which a beginner can also easily engage and disengage the wipe arm and the wiper blade assembly.
Windscreen wiper device
A windscreen wiper device of the flat blade type, particularly for automobiles, comprising an elastic, elongated carrier element, as well as an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped, which wiper blade includes at least one longitudinal groove, in which groove at least one longitudinal strip of the carrier element is disposed, which windscreen wiper device comprises a connecting device for an oscillating arm, wherein the oscillating arm can be pivotally connected to the connecting device about a pivot axis near one end thereof The connecting device is connected to the wiper blade at at least two locations spaced-apart in the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade in order to evenly distribute a force exerted by the oscillating arm onto the wiper blade.
WIPER BLADE
injection positions (A2, B2, and C2) toward which washer liquids (W) are injected from the forward-side injection nozzles (A1, B1, and C1) and injection positions (D2 and E2) which washer liquids (W) are injected from the backward-side injection nozzles (D1 and E1) are alternatively shifted in the longitudinal direction of the blade rubber. Therefore, in wiping-out motion of the blade rubber for one reciprocation, the front glass (12) can uniformly get wet, the total number of injection nozzles can be made less than ever, the consumption amount of washer liquid (W) at the time of reciprocating wiping-out motion of the blade rubber can be reduced, power consumption of the washer pump can be reduced, and the size of the washer pump can be decreased.
Heated wiper blade for motor vehicles and the like
A heated wiper blade for motor vehicles includes an elongated flexible beam and a heating element extending along the beam. The heating element may be configured to provide increased heat at the central portion of the blade and at the opposite ends of the blade. The heating element is comprised of an electrical conductor material that varies the amperage drawn between hot and cold ambient temperature operation. The flexible beam may include curved end portions and a flat or reduced curvature central portion. The heating element is preferably covered and sealed off to prevent loss of heat energy.
WIPER BLADE
The wiper blade includes a washer unit mounted on a second long side wall portion of a connecting member and spraying a washer fluid toward a windshield glass. The washer unit includes a cover member, an elastically deformable valve member disposed between the second long side wall portion and the cover member, a flow path disposed between the cover member and the valve member, and a piping connection member mounted on the cover member and supplying the washer fluid from a second washer tube to the flow path. The valve member has an opening disposed on the upstream side of the flow path. The piping connection member includes a tube connection portion which extends in the longitudinal direction of a blade rubber and to which the second washer tube is connected, and an insertion portion which extends in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the tube connection portion and is connected to the opening.
Reusable Wiper Blade Assembly
Described is a wiper blade assembly for a windshield of a vehicle. The wiper blade assembly includes a spoiler, an elastomeric element, and a wiper blade spline. The elastomeric element is removeably coupled to the spoiler via the wiper blade spline. The elastomeric element can attach to the wiper blade spline in one of a first orientation and a second orientation. The elastomeric element includes a first blade having a first profile and a second blade having a second profile. The elastomeric element can further include a third blade having a third profile. The first blade, the second blade, and the third blade can be positioned 120 degrees about a longitudinal axis of the elastomeric element.
