WIPER COMPOSITE BEAM BLADE WITH INTERNAL WASH TUBE
An aircraft windshield wiper system includes a wiper blade with a composite support member and a blade element that interfaces with the windshield of the aircraft to clear the windshield of rain and other debris. The composite support member includes a wash tube integral with the composite support member, such that the wash tube receives windshield washing fluid from a fluid reservoir and dispenses the fluid onto the windshield of the aircraft. A plurality of clips can be used to couple the composite support member to the blade element.
Attachment for a wiper arm
An attachment for a wiper arm of a windscreen wiper of a vehicle, having a rod arm, comprises a fluid channel for conducting a fluid and a first dimensionally stable element, wherein a first fluid channel section is formed in the first dimensionally stable element. The attachment also comprises a second dimensionally stable element, wherein a second fluid channel section is formed in the second dimensionally stable element. A wiper arm including the attachment is also disclosed.
WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM
An aircraft windshield wiper system includes a wiper arm, a wiper blade coupled to a first end of the wiper arm, and an output shaft coupled to a second end of the wiper arm. The wiper blade includes a fluid dispensing system including nozzles, a fluid control unit, fluid lines, fluid source, and a user interface. The wiper blade with the fluid dispensing system is configured to dispense a variety of fluids directly from the wiper blade onto the windshield of an aircraft.
On-board sensor cleaning device
An on-board sensor cleaning device is provided for an on-board sensor including a sensing surface. The on-board sensor cleaning device includes an ejection port that ejects fluid toward the sensing surface when the ejection port is disposed outside a sensing range of the on-board sensor. The on-board sensor cleaning device further includes a movable nozzle configured to move the ejection port so that a position of an ejection axis of the ejection port changes.
Windshield clean system
A cleaning device for a surface, such as a windshield of a vehicle, includes an active positioning system and a cleaning head. The active positioning system is configured to deploy from a storage position hidden from view within a covered storage space and to position the cleaning head upon the windshield. The active positioning system includes a first extension member and a second extension member that move relative to one another to position the cleaning head, and also move the cleaning head across the windshield along a path. The cleaning head can have a brush portion configured to agitate debris from the window, and a drying portion configured to dry the window after cleaning. The cleaning device can be controlled via a touch-screen display in the vehicle, enabling a user to direct that specific portions of the windshield be cleaned as desired.
WINDSCREEN WIPER DEVICE OF THE FLAT BLADE TYPE
A windscreen wiper device of the flat blade type having an elastic, elongated carrier element and an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, adapted to be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped. The wiper blade includes at least one longitudinal slit, in which at least one longitudinal strip of the carrier element is disposed. The windscreen wiper device comprises an oscillating arm having a rod-like extension, a connecting device and a nozzle for spraying a washing liquid onto the windscreen to be wiped. The connecting device includes a channel adapted to receive a free end of the rod-like extension and a second channel adapted to receive the nozzle upon insertion of the free end of the rod-like extension inside the first channel of the connecting device. The nozzle is adapted to be mounted onto the rod-like extension.
Vehicle wiper device
A vehicle wiper device includes a wiper arm, a wiper blade, a nozzle body, a hose, and a cleaning fluid supply section. A leading end side portion of the wiper arm is configured by an arm piece, and the wiper arm swings back and forth. The nozzle body is attached to the arm piece, is disposed on an outward movement side of the wiper blade, and jets cleaning fluid toward a windshield. The hose conveys cleaning fluid under pressure. The cleaning fluid supply section is at an opposite side of a rubber holder from the windshield, extends from the nozzle body so as to extend across the rubber holder from the outward movement side toward a return movement side of the wiper blade, is connected to the hose, and supplies cleaning fluid to the nozzle body.
Wiper device and wiper arm for cleaning a vehicle window
A wiper device for cleaning a vehicle window is disclosed. The wiper device has a wiper arm fastened in a torque-proof manner to a wiper shaft via an articulation piece, the wiper arm being arranged pivotably on the articulation piece in a pivot axis, a wiper blade arranged on the wiper arm, and a washing device for the wiper blade, which contains a feed for a washing fluid, wherein the feed runs in the longitudinal axis of the wiper shaft and leads to the wiper blade in a direction running substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis.
Windshield wiper with spray mechanism
A windshield wiper has a high-pressure fluid pump in hydraulic communication with a plurality of spray nozzles disposed upon a manifold. The manifold is configured to be mounted on an upper edge of at least one (1) windshield wiper. The fluid pump is in electrical communication with a switch which is disposed on a dashboard of a vehicle upon which the spray mechanism is installed.
