The mounting bracket (5) according to the invention comprises a substantially hollow cylindrical body (50) linked to the sleeve (51) and configured to be inserted into a space (141) surrounded by the spring (14) of the driving arm (1). The invention also relates to a driving arm (1) comprising such a mounting bracket (5) and to a method for assembling such a driving arm (1), comprising a preliminary step of inserting the body (50) of such a mounting bracket (5) into at least part of the aforementioned space (141).
Arrangement of nozzle units for a wiper arm, wiper arm and use of a nozzle unit
Disclosed is an arrangement of nozzle units for a wiper arm, wherein at least one nozzle unit comprises a rigid body, has a channel through which liquid can flow into the nozzle unit and/or out of the nozzle unit, and comprises a nozzle, which is connected to the channel. The nozzle units are in communication with each other in series such that a liquid can flow from a nozzle unit into a following nozzle unit in the series, wherein at least one nozzle unit has a contact surface which is formed such that the nozzle unit cannot rotate about the longitudinal axis thereof if the contact surface contacts a surface of a wiper arm. A wiper arm comprising the arrangement is also disclosed.
Windscreen wiper arm, particularly for automobiles
A windscreen wiper arm, particularly for automobiles, that is able to oscillate upwardly and downwardly between a downward position and an upward position. The windscreen wiper arm comprises a wiper arm member having a substantially U-shaped cross-section, as well as a wiper rod. The wiper arm member at one end is adapted to be pivotally connected to a mounting head mounted on a drive shaft. The wiper arm member at another end is rigidly connected to the wiper rod. The wiper rod at one end extends inside the U-shaped cross-section of the wiper arm member, and the wiper rod at another end is rigidly connected to an adapter adapted to be connected to an elongated wiper blade to be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped. The adapter, at the location of its connection to the wiper blade, has a U-shaped cross-section with a base and two spaced-apart legs. The U-shaped cross-section is mounted offset in a plane of the base relative to a longitudinal axis of the wiper rod. The windscreen wiper arm is provided with a nozzle for spraying a washing liquid onto the windscreen to be wiped. The nozzle is detachably connected to the adapter at a lateral side of the windscreen wiper arm facing towards the upward position.
A WINDSCREEN WIPER DEVICE OF THE FLAT BLADE TYPE
A windscreen wiper device of the flat blade type comprising an elastic, elongated carrier element, as well as an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped, which wiper blade includes at least one longitudinal slit, in which slit at least one longitudinal strip of the carrier element is disposed, which windscreen wiper device comprises a connecting device for a rod-like extension of an oscillating arm, wherein said rod-like extension can be pivotally connected to said connecting device about a pivot axis near a free end thereof, with the special feature that said connecting device comprises a channel arranged to receive said free end of said rod-like extension, wherein said windscreen wiper device comprises a nozzle for spraying a washing liquid onto said windscreen to be wiped, wherein said nozzle is mounted onto said rod-like extension by sliding a ring-like mounting part of said nozzle over the free end of said rod-like extension in a direction away from said free end.
WINDSCREEN WIPER SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A windscreen wiper system for a motor vehicle includes at least one wiper blade which has a slider secured to a wiper blade element. An adapter is connected to the slider in an articulated manner. The adapter is connected to a component of a wiper arm of the windscreen wiper system via a recess. The adapter is connected to a wiper rod of the wiper arm via the recess. A further functional element is arranged on the wiper rod of the wiper arm separately from the adapter.
