A vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus includes a base body and a solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is attached to an attachment hole which opens on one surface of the base body. A plurality of press-fitting portions that are press-fitted to an inner peripheral surface of the attachment hole are provided on an outer peripheral surface of the solenoid valve at an interval in a hole axis direction. Contact lengths, in the hole axis direction, between the inner peripheral surface of the attachment hole and two of the press-fitting portions are different from each other.

A vehicle braking device provided with a hydraulic circuit having a first system, a second system, and a connection flow channel connecting both systems. The vehicle braking device includes a fluid supply unit supplying fluid to the first system, a first braking unit, for applying a braking force to a first wheel by using the fluid flowing in the first system, a second braking unit, for applying a braking force to a second wheel by using the fluid flowing in the second system, a determination unit for determining whether the fluid is leaking from the second system, and a control unit for executing specific control for controlling the fluid supply unit so that an amount of fluid supplied to the first system is increased in response to determination by the determination unit that the fluid is leaking from the second system.

An actuation system for at least one hydraulically actuatable device, e.g., a vehicle brake, may include an actuation device, e.g., a brake pedal, at least one first pressure source that can be actuated using the actuation device, and a second pressure source having a pressure-generating arrangement that is moveable in two directions, and which includes an electro-mechanical drive for the pressure-generating arrangement. Each pressure source is connected via at least one hydraulic line to the hydraulically actuatable device for supplying pressurising medium. A valve device may regulate pressure of the hydraulically actuatable device. Pressurising medium can be supplied in a controlled manner in both movement directions of the pressure-generating arrangement. Provision is made for two working chambers of the second pressure source to be connected by a hydraulic line, and a valve device may be arranged in the hydraulic line.
SLOW RESPONSE SOLENOID HYDRAULIC VALVE, AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Hydraulic valves for dampening pressure spikes and associated methods are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a hydraulic valve for dampening pressure spikes includes: a spool configured to move axially inside the hydraulic valve; and a sleeve configured to at least partially house the spool. A location of the spool with respect to the sleeve may determine a flow of a working fluid through the hydraulic valve. A viscous damper is at least partially housed inside an opening in the spool, and a viscous friction between the viscous damper and the opening in the spool slows a motion of the spool.

In the brake hydraulic pressure control unit of the brake system for a motorcycle, an inlet valve, an outlet valve, and a pump in one of hydraulic circuits as a boost-type hydraulic circuit and a first valve and a second valve in the hydraulic circuit are separately provided in a primary base body and a secondary base body. The primary base body and the secondary base body are separated from each other.
Solenoid Valve for Controlling the Braking Pressure of a Wheel Brake and Tool for Producing Its Valve Element
A solenoid valve for controlling the braking pressure of a wheel brake of a slip-controllable hydraulic brake system of a motor vehicle includes an armature, a valve insert, a valve seat, a valve element, and a spring device. The valve element is arranged in the valve insert in a longitudinally displaceable manner and acts together with the valve seat. The spring applies a force acting in the direction of opening with respect to the valve seat to the valve element in the installed position. The valve element can be actuated by an electromagnetic actuator in the closing direction with respect to the valve seat. The valve element is arranged between an anchor and the valve seat and is operatively connected to the anchor. A front face of the valve element facing the anchor has at least one projection and the projection defines a point of contact with the anchor.

Provided is a braking device for a vehicle comprising: a first hydraulic pressure generation unit which generates hydraulic pressure corresponding to the volume of a master chambers in the master chambers that change in volume according to the movement of master pistons; a second hydraulic pressure generation unit which is configured so as to be capable of generating a desired hydraulic pressure in a bottoming state in which the forward movement of the master pistons is restricted by a master cylinder; braking force generation units which apply the braking force corresponding to the input hydraulic pressure to wheels of a vehicle; and a braking force control unit which causes the second hydraulic pressure generation unit to generate hydraulic pressure in the bottoming state, and inputs the hydraulic pressure to the braking force generation units.
Solenoid valve, in particular for slip-regulated motor-vehicle brake systems
A solenoid valve comprises a valve closing body, which can open or close a valve passage formed in a valve seat body which is pressed into a valve housing, and comprising a magnet armature acted upon by a restoring spring, arranged in a through-bore of the valve housing. In addition to a press-fit segment, the valve seat body has a clearance-fit segment along the outer jacket of the valve seat body. The clearance-fit segment has a reduced outside diameter in relation to the press-fit segment. The valve housing also has a tube segment, which deflects radially inward and which has a constant inside diameter that is reduced relative to the outside diameter of the press-fit segment. The tube segment thus deflecting into the clearance-fit segment of the valve seat body because of the elasticity of the tube segment.
SOLENOID VALVE
Disclosed is a solenoid valve which is installed in a bore of a modulator block having a first hydraulic port and a second hydraulic port to control a flow of a braking fluid. The solenoid valve can reduce the number of components by integrating the components and implement a check valve function.
SOLENOID VALVE
A valve operating member includes a valve support portion, which supports a valve disk while allowing the valve disk to move relative to the valve operating member in a direction of an axis. An elastic member is disposed inside a valve chest. The elastic member constantly urges the valve disk toward the valve seat in the direction of the axis to cause the valve disk to be seated on the valve seat with an urging force. The valve support portion includes a valve engagement portion, which is engaged with an engaged portion of the valve disk seated on the valve seat, and separates the valve disk apart from the valve seat. When the valve disk is seated on the valve seat, the valve engagement portion is not in contact with the valve disk in the direction of the axis.
