The present invention provides a device for packaging products in a foil package. The device comprises corner forming means for forming a number of folded and attached-together sections of foil material in a foil web, which sections extend outwardly in the longitudinal direction of the foil web, which sections each form a seam on the inner side of the foil web, packaging means, and transport means for transporting the foil web from a supply roll along the corner forming means and along the packaging means, respectively. The device further comprises application means for applying elongate closing elements perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the web to the inner side of the web, wherein the application means are provided between the corner forming means and the shaping means and are adapted to apply the elongate closing elements such that the closing elements cross at least some of the seams formed in the foil web by the corner forming means.

Provided herein is a degassing valve for a dry consumer product (e.g., a dry oodstuff) that has a pleasant aroma. Such a valve includes a valve body,

a one-way valve element positioned on the valve body, and, preferably, a filter associated with said valve body wherein the filter is configured to facilitate the passage of a gas. The gas may be selected from the group consisting of air, carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen, and methane, or mixtures thereof. Additionally, the gas contains one or more aroma-conferring volatile molecule species responsible for the aroma characteristic of the product. The filter of the valve body may include activated charcoal, an activated charcoal mixture or a combination thereof. In some embodiments, the dry consumer product is a dry foodstuff such as flavored or seasoned breadcrumbs, spices, or other flavorful dry foods, the aroma(s) of which can provide an important marketing benefit.

A storage bag includes at least one zipper profile provided adjacent to an opening to the interior of the bag. The at least one zipper profile has opposing closure elements that respectively interlock with each other. The storage bag also includes a slider with at least one opening member and at least one detent on at least one end of the bag. The at least one detent is configured to engage with the at least one opening member of the slider to provide a leak-proof end seal.

Contents of a container are prevented from adhering to a zipper prior to unsealing, and a film of a container body is easily and linearly cut upon unsealing. Provided is a zipper tape including: a first base; a tear strip disposed in parallel with the first base at a first side in a width direction of the first base; a second base having a width larger than a width of an area including the first base and the tear strip; a first engagement portion and a second engagement portion that respectively protrude from the first base and the second base, and are engageable with each other; and a peeling portion provided on a surface of a part of the second base, the surface being located near the first base, the part extending beyond the first base at a second side opposite to the first side.

A resealable bag is provided. The bag may include a resealable closure configured to make it difficult for a child to open the bag. The resealable closure may be disposed on a pair of flanges attached to an interior of the bag. In some embodiments, a user may need to grasp the flanges near the resealable closure in order to open the bag. This may provide a user an advantage when trying to prevent children from accessing the contents of the bag.

A bag 1 with a reclosable tape includes a reclosable tape 20 having a male fastener part 21 and a female fastener part 22 attached to one inner surface of a bag body 10, a cut tape 23 provided between mounting base parts 212 and 222 of those fastener parts, and an easily unsealable structure 50 formed on the mounting base part 212 adjacent to the cut tape 23 in an unsealing start part 30 of a side seal part 60 of the bag body. The easily unsealable structure 50 may be formed by: forming a hole portion 50a or a portion formed by a weak line on the mounting base part 212, arranging a thickness of the mounting base part 212 in the unsealing start part 30 so as to be thinner than other portions, or forming a non-adhesive part between the mounting base part 212 and the cut tape 23.

A bag 1 with a reclosable tape includes a reclosable tape 20 having a male fastener part 21 and a female fastener part 22 attached to one inner surface of a bag body 10, a cut tape 23 provided between mounting base parts 212 and 222 of those fastener parts, and an easily unsealable structure 50 formed on the mounting base part 212 adjacent to the cut tape 23 in an unsealing start part 30 of a side seal part 60 of the bag body. The easily unsealable structure 50 may be formed by: forming a hole portion 50a or a portion formed by a weak line on the mounting base part 212, arranging a thickness of the mounting base part 212 in the unsealing start part 30 so as to be thinner than other portions, or forming a non-adhesive part between the mounting base part 212 and the cut tape 23.

The present disclosure relates to a storage bag for expressed mother's milk, particularly one which can receive the milk directly from a pump. The hanging milk storage bag includes semi-circular perforations or other lines of weakness for creating an aperture to receive the breast milk pump. The hanging milk storage bag further includes upper linear perforations or other lines of weakness for creating an opening at the top of the hanging milk storage bag for pouring the contents into a subsequent receptacle. The hanging milk storage bag further includes a leak-resistant zipper for forming a storage volume.

A pouch container is provided with sack-like portions provided respectively to upper parts of the front-surface sheet and the rear-surface sheet.
