Storage bag with features that facilitate sealing and unsealing of the bag
A storage bag is provide with features that facilitate unsealing an opening of the bag, including shaped lips and visual cues for areas that the lips that should be grasped during the unsealing process. The visual cue may include relative coloring of portions of the lips of the bag. The storage bag also includes features that facilitate sealing the opening of the bag, including textured areas and dimples. Such features may provide visual cues, tactile feedback and/or audio feedback in order to facilitate the sealing process.
HINGED SLIDER FOR A CLOSURE ASSEMBLY
A hinged slider for a closure assembly of a bag includes a top wall and a pair of legs extending from the top wall. A first leg and a second leg of the pair each includes a top end attached to the top wall and a bottom end opposing the top end. A pair of wings is hingedly attached to the pair of legs. A first wing and a second wing of the pair is each hingedly attached to the bottom end of the first leg and second leg, respectively. The first wing and the second wing hinge upwardly in order (a) to engage the first wing to one of (i) the first leg and (ii) the second wing, (b) to engage the second wing to one of (i) the second leg and (ii) the first wing, and (c) to install the slider onto the closure assembly.
RECLOSABLE POUCH HAVING A CLICKING CLOSURE DEVICE
A reclosable pouch includes a first bag wall. A second bag wall opposing the first bag wall is joined to the first bag wall to form an interior of the pouch with an opening to the interior. A first male closure element coupled to the first bag wall defines a plurality of deformed segments and a plurality of normal segments alternating along a length thereof. A first female closure element coupled to the second bag wall engages with the first male closure element to seal the opening of the pouch and to generate a first sound. A second female closure element coupled to the second bag wall engages with the second male closure element to seal the opening of the pouch and to generate a second sound differing from the first sound.
Apparatus for manufacturing reclosable bag material with audible closure
The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a reclosure for a reclosable package or container, such as a plastic bag, wherein opening or closing the zipper causes an audible sound and a tactile feel. The apparatus includes a cutting wheel which is opposed to a pressure wheel. The cutting wheel includes cutting teeth spaced about its periphery. Interlocked zipper material is engaged between the cutting wheel and the pressure wheel to form indentations in the interlocked zipper, thereby resulting in audible and tactile feedback when the zipper is operated.
SENSOR EQUIPPED MEDICINAL CONTAINER
Medicinal container bags are presented. Bags can include openers capable of sealing an opening of the bag. Disclosed bags further comprise electronic assemblies configured to detect opening or closing events as the openers move along the rims of the bag opening. The assemblies can compile usage data based on opener movement, and then provide the data to remote monitoring systems.
FASTENING SYSTEM
A fastening system comprises two elongated profile parts, one of which comprises a guiding means for positioning it with respect to the other profile part, for releasably fastening a carrier to a holder, wherein the rib of one profile and the clamping hole of the other profile both comprise a deformation, which deformations are mutually adapted to position the one profile in substantially clamped state in the other profile in the longitudinal direction thereof, wherein the said deformations comprise a recess respectively an elevation adapted thereto.
Carrier or holder, in particular a Minigrip bag, provided with such a profile part.
Storage system for holders and carriers provided with such profile parts; Minigrip bag provided with an additional profile part on the outside of the closing edge, for use in a storage system.
Reclosable bag having a loud sound during closing
A zipper for a reclosable bag includes an elongated groove profile having two arms which form a general U-shape to define an opening to a channel, and an elongated rib profile opposing the groove profile. A plurality of first segments of the rib profile alternate with a plurality of second segments of the rib profile to create a structural discontinuity along a length thereof. During interlocking of the groove and rib profiles, an audible clicking sound of at least 50 dB on average is created during opening and closing.
RECLOSABLE BAG HAVING A LOUD SOUND DURING CLOSING

Zipper strap structure, packaging bag comprising zipper strap structure, and manufacturing method for zipper strap structure
A zipper strap structure according to an embodiment includes a first strap, a second strap disposed side by side with the first strap, an internal coupling unit, and an external coupling unit. According to the invention, the internal and external coupling of the zipper strap structure is performed with very high accuracy and precision. In addition, when the zipper strap structure is operated, a user can intuitively recognize whether the zipper strap structure is opened or closed by senses of touch and hearing. Since a user can effectively seal contents by the internal and external coupling of the zipper strap structure and can clearly recognize an operation state of the zipper by senses of touch and hearing, the user does not have to perform repeated checking of whether or not a zipper is completely closed, unlike the related art.
CLOSURE SYSTEM FOR POUCH OR CONTAINER
A container made entirely from an elastomer includes a body with a front wall and a rear wall that is connected to the front wall along a peripheral edge. The container further includes a closure system comprising a front side having a male closure profile that includes a male closure element and a rear side having a female closure profile. The female closure profile includes a female closure element and defines a cavity. A centerline extends through the cavity such that the female closure element is symmetrical about the centerline. The male closure element includes a head portion that has a primary profile and a secondary profile that extends from the primary profile. A height of the secondary profile measured in a direction that is perpendicular to the centerline is greater than a height of the primary profile measured in a direction that is perpendicular to the centerline.
