Closure for container
A canister includes a closure configured to mount on a container to close an open mouth into a product storage region formed in the container. The closure includes a lid and a lid retainer coupled to the lid. The lid retainer is configured to mate with an external thread on the container to retain the closure in a mounted position on the container.
SPOUT ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING CONTAINER HAVING THE SPOUT ASSEMBLY
A spout assembly includes a spout and a cap. The cap includes an inner ring having an outer peripheral surface provided with a first region with a first outer diameter and a second region with a second outer diameter. The spout includes a side wall having an inner peripheral surface provided with a first region having a first inner diameter and a second region having a second inner diameter. When the cap is threadably engaged with the spout, the first region of the inner ring is in close contact with the first region of the side wall of the spout throughout the circumference, and the second region of the inner ring is in close contact with the second region of the side wall of the spout throughout the circumference.
Assembled container cap
A container cap assembly includes an inner cap coupled to an inner surface and an upper end of a container neck and an outer cap maintaining the coupled state of the inner cap, thereby keeping the inside of a container sealed. The container cap assembly includes an inner cap including an outer wall portion corresponding to an inner surface of a neck of a container and a flange portion extending outward from an upper end of the outer wall portion to correspond to an upper end of the neck. An outer cap has a ceiling covering an upper portion of the inner cap and a side wall portion covering an outer circumferential surface of the neck, the ceiling and the side wall portion being integrally formed. The inner circumferential surface of the side wall portion has female threads corresponding to male threads on the outer circumferential surface of the neck.
Screw cap container
A screw cap container including a container main body and a screw cap. The container main body includes a mouth tubular portion, which is provided with slope screw portions. The slope screw portions include: upper screw protrusions disposed at three or more different positions; lower long screw protrusions having left end positions same as left end positions of the upper screw protrusions, and each having a length longer than a length of each upper screw protrusion; and oblique screw protrusions extending obliquely from right ends of the lower long screw protrusions and each being connected to a left end of a different one of the upper screw protrusions. The screw cap includes a top wall and an outer circumferential wall. The outer circumferential wall is provided with cap screw protrusions disposed in the same number as the number of the upper screw protrusions.
Plastic formed body for pouring out liquid
A plastic formed body having a pouring port 110 for pouring out highly wetting liquid that wets plastics to a high degree, wherein at least either a surface 110b that becomes a liquid-drip flow passage when said liquid drips at the pouring port 110 or a surface 110a that becomes a flow passage when said liquid is poured out, is coated with a fluorine-contained resin, and a surface of the fluorine-contained resin coating has an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) in a range of 0.4 to 200 m in the surface roughness measurement and an element mean height (Rh) in a range of 0.04 to 10 as defined by mean height (Rc)/element mean length (RSm) in the linear roughness measurement. The formed body effectively prevents said highly wetting liquid from dripping at the pouring port 110.
Container and cap assembly
A cap assembly for a container has an inner sleeve that is secured to the neck of the container and an outer cap that is adjustably secured to the inner sleeve. The outer cap can be adjusted downwardly relative to the inner sleeve so that a gap between the bottom of the outer cap and a top of the container can be minimized or eliminated.
Closure for container neck finishes
The invention is directed to a closure (1) having a base (3) with a top deck (4) and a therewith adjacent skirt (5) extending in an axial direction (z) comprising an internal thread (6). The closure (1) is comprising a sealing arrangement (16) with an inner seal (18) extending in the axial direction (z) from the top deck (4). The inner seal (18) is having an inner annular sealing surface (29) arranged radially inward with respect to an outer seal (17) and pointing in an outward direction. The sealing arrangement further comprises an outer seal (17), which in its cross-section comprises a base section (20) extending in the axial direction (z) from the top deck (4) and an end section (21), which is bend inwardly with respect to the course of the base section (20) in the direction of the inner seal (18) and which terminates in a sealing surface (22) pointing in an inward direction.
LOW WEIGHT CLOSURE HAVING AN IMPROVED GRIPPING SURFACE
A closure includes a top panel and a corner section connecting an outer periphery of the top panel with a downwardly extending annular skirt. A plurality of gently curved ridges are spaced about the outer perimeter of the closure. The ridges generally extend from a lower portion of the skirt and around the corner section, with the upper ends of the ridges terminating proximate the top panel outer periphery. A plurality of knurls extend radially outwards from the midpoints of the ridges along the skirt of the closure. The configuration, arrangement, and spacing of the ridges and knurls about the closure provide an enhanced grip and feel, allowing for easier twist-off of the closure from a container. The closure may be used interchangeably with existing capping chucks used to apply conventional closures without requiring any modification to the capping chucks to apply the closures to containers during a capping process.
CONTAINER CLOSURE
The invention relates to a container closure for closing a container opening of a container having a casing, a cover disc which abuts the upper end of the casing, a dispensing opening which is provided on the cover disc, a first sealing element which is formed on the inner side of the cover disc and is provided to project sealingly into the container opening, and a cap which closes or opens the dispensing opening. On the casing, at least one latch opening is provided which can interact with a latch element of the container.
Closure and package that vents at high pressure
A closure includes a top wall portion, an annular skirt portion, a continuous plug seal, a top sealing member and a top stop. The skirt portion, the plug seal and the top stop depend from the top wall portion. The top sealing member is located between the plug seal and the skirt portion. The top stop is located between the plug seal and the skirt portion. The sealing member extends to and contacts a top surface, a top portion of the inner radius/corner or the outer radius/corner of the finish of the container when the closure and the container are in mating engagement with each other at an atmospheric internal pressure. At higher internal pressures, the top sealing member and the top stop are spaced from and located above the top surface of the finish.
